The animation team is a huge credit to this hotel, they provide loads of activities every day and get everyone informed on what’s going on in the evenings, they try their absolute best to keep everyone happy and smiling and entertained, The team is, Tia, Misha, Kemo, Vika, Marta and Suesana, they are a great bunch and deserve every single bit of credit possible, the hotel is beautiful itself

Arab Bucks over the road and the Hard Rock down the street from the hotel were great for a change of scenery and very good value

Pool staff - Sedki, Mahamed Mamout, Mohamed Eladway and Ahmed are amazing, Miss them all - thank you! Spa team- Gouda, Anan, Nana and Farah- thank you for the smiles and lovely massages and beauty treatments at great prices

We visited the Italian and Asian à la carte restaurants, both were great. Very generous portions in the Italian restaurant. The hotel grounds were impeccable and the festive lights just added to the lovely atmosphere

We stayed for our 10th wedding anniversary and were welcomed with a fruit basket and some wonderful decorative touches in the room. We had a ground floor room with outdoor hot tub which was quite private

Our cleaner for this room was absolutely amazing and kept it beautiful throughout our stay! Pools - we mainly stayed at the quiet adults pool at the back, mustafa the pool lifeguard guy was absolutely amazing and set up our towels and umbrella every day for us

A golf buggy came to show us around the complex and although late at night it was very much needed as the complex is large with lots of different things going on

Reception was helpful and let us get our dinner as we had not eaten in a few hours. We then went back to reception to get checked in a smooth process

My wife and I are very happy with the week we spent at the Regency Palace Hotel. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, and the prompt service ensured we were given our rooms

2nd time here and it was just as good. Rooms a bit dated but very clean. Gehad at the pool made our holiday. Alcohol I learnt after the first holiday not to touch. Take your own from the airport

Actually it was really sweet that some of them recognised us :) The food here is also great: the main restaurant offers a variety of dishes daily that can satisfy everyone’s needs; once a week there is a dinner with traditional Arabic specialities

This was our second time at this hotel, and hopefully not the last. The territory is picturesque and quiet, with a beautiful coral reef and cozy, clean rooms

Mariam was our angel, she arranged a birthday meal and made sure we had everything we needed from printing flight tickets to where to shop, so friendly and always there when you need her! She made us feel very welcome and special and made our stay

Beach stone throw away and amazing reef, food is lovely and loads to choose from. Short walk into Naama Bay, where you have some lovely restaurants if you fancy something different

Khalid from reception is very helpful. We have a lovely room poolside. Ground floor over looking pool. Everywhere is clean and staff are polite. Food is varied and lots to eat. Lovely people and lovely weather

They gave us a room with a walkin in shower. Built a ramp so I can get wheelchair chair in room. Management came to see me in hospital and bought flowers which was lovely

the animation team were fantastic! Staff friendly and go above and beyond for you. One of the best holidays we’ve been on, we will definitely come back

The restaurant staff are very child centred, extremely lovely, they remember your drink order and ensure that you have a replacement without you having to ask. A big shout-out to Alaa he is the best of the best

only thing to improve checkin was slow a little…during checkout found out the phone was not working as was calling the reception he was unable to hear and slightly rude when approached him at counter regarding this…beach is a bit far walking distance about 10minutes at opposite side hotel Very grateful for the cake and fruits placed in the room

He took my towel and put it on beds where i was sitting, he then did this every day, bar staff at pool 1 of them did same with our drinks (sorry cant remember his name) every time he seen our glass empty

I spoke to shanaii she said it was cold (no entertainment dancing etc wouldn’t feel it cold) she told reception as other guests had said, but nothing been done so said to me to go, again even though i was told they would sort it they never

Lovely hotel close to everything in Sharm. Situated in a nice quiet spot away from the hussle and bussle. We had a top floor room overlooking the pool. The staff were all lovely and very attentive

Close to Sparks Bay beach which was only 5 mins in a taxi or take the free bus to the sister hotel that has a private beach. Don't listen to the negative reviews

Food was different every day and tasty all the time. Everyday there was a group of animators that make sure we have a good time: organising events, games, going to clubs etc. I highly recommend this hotel

If not you have a private beach access with sunbed towels only small disagreement the pontoon to go to the sea if you’re not a good swimmer. But from there you can some wonderful fishes and corals

Autour du Royal Savoy vous trouverez divers restaurants Italien, Turc, Grec, fruits de mer, Sushi, Tepaniaky et un excellent restaurant l’entrecôte à Soho Square de quoi faire plaisir à tous et même un ice bar, bowling, des boutiques avec différents styles vestimentaires, un centre commercial et une pharmacie

The swimming pool are just opposite of the terrace very accessible with good accommodations even for lunch time you can eat some snacks, like sandwiches, salad or pizza and pasta

I had e class all inclusive option with excellent morning and lunch buffet and a great variety of a la carte restaurants with excellent quality of food and great variety

Rooms are big enough with a good layout with a big balcony in colonial style, If you need more shower gel, body lotion or anything else just ask and you’ll receive it

The staff in the restaurant are so helpful, especially Boles, Mahmoud, Abdo, Yasser, in fact all the staff in the restaurant!! Always friendly and keen to help bringing drinks etc. Alaa very good serving drinks

The lake has fresh salt water and the service you receive above and beyond Mohamed at the lake bar has the best attitude and he will treat you like kings and queens this place is a must in your list

I still miss our breakfasts in lake restaurant, best start to the busy day. You can spend all holiday inside this Domina. Hundred on shops - very friendly prices

Wifi only in the reception area. There is a dive center next to the pool as well. The rooms are basic with ac and small closet, big bathroom however there are no lifts in this hotel but they bring the luggage up for you

The beach is about 10 min walking away, you get an entrance ticket for sunbed & umbrella and there are showers and a restaurant. The hotel is right next to the center so you can easily walk around but it’s very quiet

Great value for money. The hotel is a bit old, but clean. The internet signal isn't great in the rooms, and even at reception it's weak. A big drawback was the lack of boiled eggs and olives at breakfast.

Good value for money, basic breakfast was included and the pool area is nice with a bar and food service and some entertainment all day even though I sometimes wished it was more quiet, staff was very friendly

The culinary offerings at both Bay View and Sea Breeze restaurants are excellent, featuring a diverse and delicious selection, though I personally favored Sea Breeze

The infinity pool view is absolutely stunning. You could lie there and relax all day! The service was also good; there was no pressure to tip

It is difficult to provide high quality excellent food in an all inclusive environment where people are eating and wasting so much. The alcohol flows freely, but portions are small. I would order 2or3 drinks at once

There’s no music around the pool during the afternoon, which makes it very quiet – too quiet, sometimes. It would be great to hear a mix of music (some pop or international tracks), not just Russian or techno

Suites are comfortable with the furniture of good quality. Worth mentioning that the territory and the suites are well maintained and clean

Fabulous holiday in this 5 star hotel, nothing too much trouble. Amazing friendly staff, beautiful rooms, cleanliness of all areas of the hotel first class. This was our third visit to Le Royale and yet again we loved it

The bed linen in one room was a bit old and yellow. The plumbing worked, but leaked a bit. But there was no internet, even in the lobby

However, when we arrived early the first night, around 5:00 AM, they wanted us to double the room price to get in, even though our room was empty. I would recommend anyone who chooses this to be careful about this

They never comply with the notes you wrote. I asked for a double bed, they gave us a single bed, and there is no politeness at all. com helped us at the reception. This put our minds at ease a bit

I paid for the room with the extra balcony, but they didn't give us the room in the picture. When I told them, they said I didn't choose that room, but showing them didn't help either

When I explained, he said he would help and dismissed us. If you pay attention to these things, your holiday will be better. If I could, I would give the reception a minus point
