Absolutely top notch luxury resort. Quiet and all staff very attentive. Music around the pool very tasteful. Perfume sprayed around the reception area. Saxophone and violin played in the evenings.

Delicious pastries, amazing coffee; courteous & friendly service from Roberta & the family…pleasure to see hard working young staff as opposed to some places where they look as if they’re totally disinterested! Highly recommend this as a place to enjoy a coffee, pastry or pizza. Walking distance or a short bus ride from the Bank street in SeS or the hotel zone where Renaissance is located

Fabulous holiday in this 5 star hotel, nothing too much trouble.
Amazing friendly staff, beautiful rooms, cleanliness of all areas of the hotel first class.
This was our third visit to Le Royale and yet again we loved it.
Great that they are now offer free Wi-Fi which is a bonus when you have your own business and need to be online constantly.
We felt very safe in Sharm considering what had happened with the Russian plane, this wouldn't put us off returning next year. Airport security on our way home was really tight and we were impressed.
Thanks to all the staff Ali our pool guy, Temir and his staff at the Babylos bar and Mahmoud and his staff in the Le Gondela you all made our stay special thankyou! See you all next year

The food is bad soups salt is not a variety in food, no mosquitoes have bitten the room bad been cleaned until you leave the money is not good don't take promised food for the child were there for children who do not cook . The money that paid not much!!!! I do not advise ! Asked for a playpen for children brought squeaky rusty torn while did not give money, not who did not want to move !!!!

It is definitelly not 5 stars hotel, territory is small attitude of the staff is bad. Far from beach. All negative reviews about this hotel are TRUE. The room is good, the staff is rude, noisy, the hotel is near the road. Food is terrible. The beach is crowded with tourists, dirty and noisy, the reef is quite good. Definitely not recommended, spoiled vacation.

To me : 32 and 26 German and there for 5 nights. Premium room all included The room is on the first look really nice but you slowly see the age of the hotel. Actually the organization of the hotel doesn't do anything against. The staff are really kindly and do a great service. High weakness is the restuarant- the staff try to catch but we expected more. Also a really bad point is the quality of the wifi - it exist theoretically but not practical
