The place is beautiful, rooms are pretty good and a lot of staff is really nice and helpful, but there're some minuses (for ex. monotonous food, staff is sometimes a bit not friendly). But in generous I'm really glad I came here.

The room doesn't match the photo at all! It's like a dorm room with wooden beds and a broken wooden closet. Old floor tiles, whitewashed walls, a glass door leading to a balcony with broken glass. The hotel is situated on a hill with a beautiful view of Naama Bay. The rooms are renovated but unfortunately not very clean. There was no toilet paper in my room upon arrival. Eden Rock is the first hotel in Egypt that didn't provide beach towels. Cleanliness in the restaurant was poor; tables were dirty and were only cleared, not cleaned.

There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, no hot water, and the showers didn't work. There were bugs in the rooms, and hair and other debris on the floor, so it felt like the room wasn't well-cleaned. The doors were hard to open, and some of the cleaning staff were unfriendly. The breakfast wasn't very tasty either. However, the pool was nice.

Okay the only good think I’m gonna say about the hotel is the location and the staff in the morning were so helpful. But what I wasn’t impressed was how can a hotel have no internet in the room regardless of the price of the hotel. I booked this hotel because all I needed to do was sleep until I check into my other hotel, which had no availability for that night.

It's quite set back from the beach and naama bay. The hotel had major building work going on during my stay. I was not informed about this, the lobby area was dirt and dusty. The kids absolutely loved it, especially the snorkeling and the aqua park, which kept them entertained all day. The food was a big hit too, surprisingly kid-approved across the board. Even better, snacks are available almost everywhere, so there’s always something to grab between meals. It made the whole stay easy, fun, and very kid-friendly.

This hotel was excellent, very affordable, and offered a wide variety of food, including a Chinese chef who could prepare some Asian dishes. The hotel has several swimming pools, and the beach is nice. The staff were very welcoming; perhaps because there aren't many Chinese tourists, they were especially hospitable to us.

Please avoid booking this hotel! We heard the snorkeling conditions were good, but the hygiene and room facilities were terrible! We stayed for three days and both of us got many red bites. We suspect bed bugs, reported it to the hotel front desk but received no action. You can find a much better hotel in Sharm for the same price!

Location is a little in the middle of nowhere, but there is a shop 5 minutes walk from the hotel. One of the nicest people you could ever meet and will go out of his way to do all within his capability to make your stay as comfortable as can be.
