Good hotel, great location to old town.

Nice stay. Not a flashy place but has nice sauna, good breakfast and great location for town.

In center of town, so can walk everywhere. Room was adequate, but bathroom small. Breakfast food normal. No restaurant in hotel, but plenty of choices in a block or two.

Best in Pärnu Amazing hotel and staff and breakfast and dinner and drinks. Location was also great. Spa is small, but still ok and fun enough to relax. Will stay here again and def can recommend to anyone.

Beautiful hotel ; excellent restaurant Raimond - truly a Michelin star level- nice spa - easy access to the beach and town center. Only one negative point, not relevant to the hotel though : teenagers playing/wasting time noisily with their motorcycles next to the hotel parking.

The hotel could really stand out if the staff showed more motivation and a genuine desire to provide good service. It feels like the guest experience just isn’t a priority.

The hotel has an excellent location. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied and the food tasty (although it is probably better to arrive early, not during the last breakfast hour). All in all, would recommend and revisit.

Excellent Hotel, Walk Anywhere Young lady at front desk is wonderful. Very professional, courteous, helpful, warm and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great. Never seen a fan floor in a hotel room before! It is an old hotel though. Comfortable beds. Good pillows. Nice bathroom. I’m not a particular fan of carpets in a room though. My friend and I stayed at GoSpa on October 26-27. Thank you for the very pleasant welcome, special thanks to the receptionist who quickly organized a TV repair in our room, despite the fact that it was a weekend :) The other service was also just great, treatments, breakfast, etc. The whole stay left a very good feeling. We have stayed at Georg Ots Spa Hotel several times this year, and the staff and atmosphere always make us want to return. This is probably the only hotel in Estonia that is truly child-friendly. Went for a family vacation. Every stuff member where friendly and kids loved the icecream cocteil by the pool. Just recomend to the hotel ti get atleast some kids swimming safety stuff aswell. They only had swimming glasses. But few swimming rings or cuffs would be lovely to use not to buy another pair( many spas have them incase you forget them at home). Perfect location, easy to get to key areas in the city. Room was great, though if you are facing the street, I would recommend bringing ear plugs as it can get very noisy on the weekend and impossible to sleep. Breakfast was standard. Overall I would stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay at Bern Hotel in Tallin. It is minutes away to the old town by foot. The room is on the smaller side, but very functional. It has a small closet, a table, and ledges to place things on. It has a relatively fast wifi connection. Our room key wasn't working due to low battery power. Location is great for visiting the old town. Rooms are a bit worn but otherwise Ok. The beds were however a bit uncomfortable and there is only one very small pillow. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

Rather modest hotel, which would need some face lifting soon. It is ok if you do not expect too much. Spa is small where nothing is not fancy, but just a pool and simples saunas. Biggest disappointment is the breakfast. Nothing really fresh and even the coffee is not tasty. Somehow the ambitious level is very low in all aspects.

I’m very disappointed with breakfast, cheap, unhealthy food, juice from powder, desert is just bread, butter and sugar.. it’s an old hotel with a bunch of problems. Though location is perfect. PS Hotel also has it own small pool and it’s great if you are to visit is when it’s not crowded.

The location is perfect. But sadly the hotel stopped on time and needs to be repaired according to the new tendencies. The hotel started its functions in 2002, and in 2007 they have expanded, but since that time, nothing really. It’s possible to see some accumulated dust on the dark/black walls, chandeliers. The SPA sauna has an unpleasant smell as well.

We were delighted to stay in this historic hotel. The room we had was fabulous, comfortable king size bed, excellent bathroom and many other conveniences, including a complementary welcome drink. Staff went above and beyond with directions to attractions offered, car parking and baggage assistance. It has a good location just inside the wall of the old town. Wonderfully renovated 1930s apartment building that has been entirely converted to airbnb. Quality of the fit and finishes are excellent, nice appliances and full cooking facilities. Amazing mattresses and linens. My only suggestion would be to add dish drying rack. No microwave but it wasn't too bad. Excellent price. I will return.

Very nice hotel definitely recommended

I'm leaving just 4 stars because we had two issues. First, when we arrived, we found out we needed a PIN code to enter, but we hadn't received it, so we had to find out how to contact support to get that PIN. You can't even call them. Second, there was a day that they were supposed to clean the room but they didn't.

Wonderful place to stay in Tallin... walking distance to Old Town and an apartment with everything you may need. Just perfect. 10/10

Always a great place from the hotel rooms, or actually apartments to restaurant. Definitely try sauna and go out on the rooftop terrace afterwards. Small but well equipped gym. Restaurant is always good and friendly.

Fantastic restaurant and apartments to enjoy the summer and Southern Estonia hills and lake Pühajärve. Take the sauna, paddle and swim on the lake and hike and run in the forest. On winter time here are the best ski tracks.

GMP Clubhotel is a apartment hotel with large clean rooms that let you relax. The house is new and very clean. Be sure to visit the saunas at the top of the hotel. From the top you have excellent views of the whole area around Otepää. You can also dine at the amazing restaurant in the hotel.

Centrally located with convenient parking. The room was very large - I don't think I've ever stayed in a room this big. Since it was located on the street level, you could hear car and motorcycle noises quite clearly. Also, guests in the upstairs room were noisy. Otherwise a great stay. Located next to nice dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
