Basic hotel with many rooms. Hotel is far away centrum, but we have chosen this hotel during our trip to ferry to Helsinki. It was convenient to sleep here and drive to ferry in the morning. Hotel offers really good breakfest.

Late check-in almost at midnight was easy because the reception was open all night. There were people in the hallway outside my room hanging out and making noise when I arrived. I heard them still in my room. But they went away when I went and told them they are quite loud. Problem solved easily! Breakfast was great! Best oatmeal I’ve had in a long time.

this hotel is one of my favourite in Tallinn. nice clean rooms near old town. spa gym etc at fair price! unfortunately getting 2x2 person familyroom there is risk that other side people are loudy. the door between rooms not keep voices away from otherside.

It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness. Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers! Spa is good but drinking and slippers are allowed in the steam room and sauna. Buffet is also great in terms of spread and choices. But it can be crowded and dinning areas congested. Was a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or €3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didn’t get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Hotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀. We had an amazing stay. The location is excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, view amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived very early, before check-in, and they kindly kept our luggage for us. Since our return flight was very early in the morning, they also prepared a nicely packed breakfast for us to take away. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old city, the port, and bus stops. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean and soft, the breakfast is sufficient and varied. The fact that there is a shopping mall, supermarket, and food court underneath is a great advantage.

Hotel was nice and even excellent in terms of location, warmth during the harsh winter, breakfast and its variety. The only small problem was that once during the breakfast the staff was gossiping about the guests between each other. :) Otherwise it was perfectly fine.

Friendly staff, room already prepared for family stay, nice location, great breakfast, not too overcrowded. Room is not cleaned without notice to front desk. Rooms are overheated, it’s too hot even when heating is off and window open.

Short summary about our stay in hotel. We booked Junior Suite with sauna. It is cool to have private sauna, but in total you have the same sauna in the SPA zone. If you prefer privacy it is cool choice(2persons max). Number was quiet big, clean and cool view of the city. One strange thing with lighting, maybe we don't managed how to turn all the lights in the number, but it was strange... Breakfasts...

Dirty bathroom with mould. They cleaned it after we complained to about 75%. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future.

The hotel’s location was excellent and the cleanliness was good, but the service was very poor. At breakfast there was a long queue; I ordered a coffee and it arrived after 1 hour. Got a free upgrade to a nice and very comfortable suite. While of course not everyone can expect an upgrade, everyone can choose to have the breakfast and it was diverse and delicious. Short walk to the city centre as well.

We had a two nights family spa holiday in Noorus at the beginning of January 2025. Food: I want to start with most terrible service experience in my life. Best place where to stay in east. Are you coming with family or with ur missis. If u are coming with kids this is the place for u. Waterpark, pools, saunas... here u got everything for everybody. 3 different places to eat, bars, exet. You can choose all shorts of rooms. Beach is close on summer time. The room was lovely and spacious, we originally booked one standard and one economy as we were a family off five. However the rooms were very far apart I the hotel so the reception kindly upgraded us so we would be next tk each other. The facilities in this hotel are top notch with a fabulous gym and amazing water park. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Tallin.

We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. They changed the room and as we were going out, we asked if someone could help to move our bags to the new room. The guy behind the desk said no. I protested and he eventually agreed.

Spent 2 weeks at Meresuu spa/hotel. It was a great stay! Personnel of the hotel is nice. Special thanks to Marina at the reception for her focused attention to the customers needs. Only negative thing is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms, only minibars that don’t cool enough to keep drinks and snacks cold.

Have been to soo many SPA retreats in Europe. This hotel truly offers an amazing range of saunas (regular ones, hot, mild, aroma, infrared, salt, steam), various pools and also an outside jacuzzi. In Pärnu this is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The spa is excellent with many saunas, pools, and an outdoor jacuzzi. The hotel is located in a wonderful location, near the sea and a beautiful oak park. The spa is good, but there are a few minor issues. First of all, the pool itself is a bit unkempt, with a lot of sand on the bottom that somehow got there. Some of the massage tubs don't work. Furthermore, the air conditioning system works oddly, making the room uncomfortable. The bathrooms also need some work.

The sauna was great! All guests can use the sauna and gym as much as they like. It seems they can also use the wellness facilities. There are three types of saunas, a spa, and a jacuzzi, so it's great value for money.

I had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel has a great location, convenient for visiting attractions, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. In particular, there is a free hot spring pool available for use. We have stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel looks worse than on the pictures. The room was small, the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. The receptionist was unfriendly. The temperature at the elevator was way too hot. I liked the breakfast, there were a lot of options, only the coffee was undrinkable. Good location, close to the city center.

Hotel is small but the room was big, we reserved family room. There was small kitchen which is plus point. It was hard to find smiley faced staffs. Breakfast was not bad but the dinning place was congested. Location very good near to old city.

4 stars for great location! But the hotel interior was less than ordinary. No fridge or cooler. Bed was small and too soft. Maybe a bit noisy if facing the train station side.

Hotel has perfect location near to the old town. We booked it online and forgot to order breakfast. We pay it on the place and it cost 12€ per person and is not worth for what you get. Coffee was not drinkable( filtered coffee) so I need to order extra esspresso for 3€. Rather go for breakfast to the city. 20€ fee for dog is too much but we got some treats and bags for poops.
