Nice hotel with great amenities. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. Conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Budget hotel - a big plus: plenty of parking, good cleanliness, and good beds. On the downside: no refrigerator; the 9th floor at the end of July was like a sauna at night. Basic breakfast - a plus. Location on the route to the ferry.

Basic hotel with many rooms. Hotel is far away centrum, but we have chosen this hotel during our trip to ferry to Helsinki. It was convenient to sleep here and drive to ferry in the morning. Hotel offers really good breakfest.

Late check-in almost at midnight was easy because the reception was open all night. There were people in the hallway outside my room hanging out and making noise when I arrived. I heard them still in my room. But they went away when I went and told them they are quite loud. Problem solved easily! Breakfast was great! Best oatmeal I’ve had in a long time.

The breakfast was so full of every food that one could imagine, and it was all very good to eat.

Good place overall, but can hear upstair neighbours stomping all night(was new year afterall so) Came for breakfeast 5min before closing and food was already moved which was dissapointed.

Hotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀. We had an amazing stay. The location is excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, view amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived very early, before check-in, and they kindly kept our luggage for us. Since our return flight was very early in the morning, they also prepared a nicely packed breakfast for us to take away. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old city, the port, and bus stops. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean and soft, the breakfast is sufficient and varied. The fact that there is a shopping mall, supermarket, and food court underneath is a great advantage.

Hotel was nice and even excellent in terms of location, warmth during the harsh winter, breakfast and its variety. The only small problem was that once during the breakfast the staff was gossiping about the guests between each other. :) Otherwise it was perfectly fine.

It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness. Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers! Was a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or €3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didn’t get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Friendly staff, room already prepared for family stay, nice location, great breakfast, not too overcrowded. Room is not cleaned without notice to front desk. Rooms are overheated, it’s too hot even when heating is off and window open.

Short summary about our stay in hotel. We booked Junior Suite with sauna. It is cool to have private sauna, but in total you have the same sauna in the SPA zone. If you prefer privacy it is cool choice(2persons max). Number was quiet big, clean and cool view of the city. Dirty bathroom with mould. They cleaned it after we complained to about 75%. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future.

Nice hotel. Very convenient location.

It was tolerable for one night, but two nights would be impossible. There's no refrigerator, so you can't stock up on groceries for the next morning. The bathroom is difficult to use, and the foot mat gets pushed aside when you open the shower booth door, so it's not where you need it when you need it. It's like a cheap Japanese business hotel, but with a more difficult feel.

A mixed experience at the Park Inn by Radisson. Housekeeping requires a specific request, and it's very difficult, if not impossible, to reach reception by phone. The welcome clearly lacks warmth and helpfulness, which is in contrast to the standards expected of this chain. It's a shame, given the convenient location.

Nice brand new hotel . Otel room amenities are simple . Clean and good enough size for 2 people . Modern bathroom. For location if you travel by bus is good only far 5-7 minutes by walking . But if you want to be close to city centre need to use bus or tram . By walking city center is around 30 minutes . So even the hotel name is central Tallin is not in central .

Great hotel with reasonable prices. I liked the ease nmd friendliness of the reception team, I had to change rooms due to noisy neighbours and it was not a problem. The only negative for me is the lack of storage in the room and lack of single-use items. Whilst I understand the eco point, some travellers do find themselves in situations where extra items could help.

The sauna was great! All guests can use the sauna and gym as much as they like. It seems they can also use the wellness facilities. There are three types of saunas, a spa, and a jacuzzi, so it's great value for money.

The hotel has a great location, convenient for visiting attractions, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. In particular, there is a free hot spring pool available for use. A highly recommended hotel by the harbor: Tallinn's city center is within walking distance. The view of the harbor was especially worthwhile on New Year's Eve. The breakfast at LouLou is delicious. The only thing I missed was a kettle, but I hadn't even checked if there was one. The Citybox Tallinn is definitely recommendable.

The hotel is situated conveniently near the old town. The rooms are spacious with high ceiling. The shower water is not particularly strong but it is alright. There is no staff stationed at the reception. Everything is digitalised but it runs smoothly.

The room was lovely and spacious, we originally booked one standard and one economy as we were a family off five. However the rooms were very far apart I the hotel so the reception kindly upgraded us so we would be next tk each other. We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. They changed the room and as we were going out, we asked if someone could help to move our bags to the new room. The guy behind the desk said no. I protested and he eventually agreed.

Spent 2 weeks at Meresuu spa/hotel. It was a great stay! Personnel of the hotel is nice. Special thanks to Marina at the reception for her focused attention to the customers needs. Right in old town and very affordable! The building itself is very charming, and the staff are very helpful if you have any issues. The cleanliness is questionable, but taking the age of the hotel and the price it’s forgivable. We had a good experience. Room were small but very clean. If you request the cleaning service they will clean your room. Amenities are available upon request. Parking is 15€ a day which is good considering that parking can be 3€ per 30 minutes around Tallin. Wonderful hotel, recently renovated. The rooms are very clean and modern. However there is no housekeeping unless you ask for it. The breakfast has a big variety of foods, so you will definitely find something to eat. It's not located in the center of the city but the taxi from the center costs 5€, so it's near.
