It felt quaint and personal for the 6 days I was there. Bed: Ive stayed in Airbnb's, B&B's, and whatever else besides a hotel that have had amazing beds

But I have never stayed in a hotel, a chain hotel, that had a comfortable bed. The first 2-3 days sleeping are often uncomfortable, borderline painful. This bed was very firm but pliable

Rooms are overheated, it’s too hot even when heating is off and window open

The bed was comfortable, the room had nice lighting. The only inconvenience was the bathroom: it was difficult to get into the shower, the protective wall was in the way near the sink

Got a free upgrade to a nice and very comfortable suite. While of course not everyone can expect an upgrade, everyone can choose to have the breakfast and it was diverse and delicious

Great spacious rooms with amazing views over the city to the sea. Second stay here and it was still great. The bed is quite hard but the pillow menu has a good variety of different kind of pillows for everyones needs

Everything was perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We had requested a room on a higher floor, and the hotel kindly arranged it for us. The staff were very friendly and welcoming

I've stayed here a few times, starting way back in 2012, and this place still looks great. The rooms don't feel dated at all. The basic room is actually really spacious, and I slept like a log

It was all fantastic, around a 5-8 min walk to medieval old town of Tallinn and right by the impressive newer refurbished area of Rottermann do lots of good bars, shops and restaurants

The location is excellent — right by the harbor and just before the entrance to the Old Town, making it perfect for exploring the city

There is a wide variety of options, and even as a pescatarian/vegetarian, I found plenty of delicious choices

Honestly, I loved this place, although I stubbed my toe 7 times there. I hate the fact that the restaurant here is expensive, but it doesn't even taste good. I'm here in this Pubi, and the food is taking FOREVER

First thing to mention, that you would need to use the gift card all in one visit, there is no option to split it and use the money next time for other services (for example massage, procedures and other things)

Then I just asked to tell us what they have got. About 10-15min after this conversation we have received the originally ordered soups. After that we have been notified that kids food needs to be amended too

After 1 hour the waitress came and notify us that they are very sorry, but there are no food we ordered and we need to order other food. We tried to amend it, but no luck again and again

Highly recommended to those who wish to try out sauna, visit the zoo, the open air museum, and a huge shopping centre (Rocca al Mare)! The double room I stayed was impeccably clean and hygienic

Nice pool in the basement. Little cold in the water. But they have a sauna also. Nice room and the staff speaks good english. Breakfast could have been better, but a nice hotel in a perfect location near the sea.

Pretty good experience with the saunas and pools. Though a lot of the sauna’s were closed. Paid almost €5 for a quarter of a cup of coffee and got attitude from the staff when I asked for milk

Superior room has a nice wide bed, great wifi and smart tv. Bathrobes available, but bring your own slippers to go the spa/pools. Nice relaxing experience in saunas, outside pool is awesome

The bathroom was tiled and had a large shower area, and the soap/shampoo had a pleasant fragrance. There is a small pool and jacuzzi in the basement. There is also a steam room and a standard sauna next to the pool area

I stayed for four nights on a business trip however I know Tallinn very well. This is without a question the perfect location for business or leisure. Make sure you upgrade to get a view of Freedom Square

We stayed at Palace Hotell for 3 days in September 2025. We got room 709 and the room layout was quite good with good size bed, ceiling windows and with a wardrobe and desk in the entrance area

The desk included a small fridge with a bit of content which is not that common these days. The wardrobe included a small safe but also an iron and ironing board

The bed was quite comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too firm for me. The room had a greyish carpet on the floor and I would have preferred a wooden floor

Nice beach in Tallin just 10 minutes from city center. Can easily uber/bolt here for €5-7. They sold ice cream, drinks and food at the beach. Also option to rent surf equipment and paddel boards

In addition, the hotel is built on the coast, with a good coastline, very kind scenery, and a bar, which is also good! There are kitchen equipment in the room, so you can cook by yourself, and there are supermarkets nearby, so I was moved when I saw that the kitchen was well-equipped, and I immediately purchased some ingredients

1 | A beach on the edge of Tallinn that is easy to reach by bus. There is some basic equipment for beach volleyball and changing cabins. The beach offers a good view of downtown Tallinn

2 | What we liked about the hotel was the very good breakfast included in the room rate. Everything was fresh and the selection was very wide. Access to the wellness area with saunas and pools was also included

The hotel is located right on the waterfront with a nice view towards the castle. Parking is free for hotel guests, and towels and a bathrobe were available in the room

Although I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the sauna, pool, or other facilities because of my busy schedule, I really appreciated having a drink in their garden overlooking the Tori Abajas

The room size was sufficient, and I have to praise the very pleasant lady at the reception. 3 | There weren’t many weak points, and mostly they were details that are easy to fix. The room lacked a kettle and tea/coffee

The highlight of the hotel is the Sky Lounge on the 26th floor, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the city. I highly recommend visiting at sunset and for night views – it’s incredible

Good luck to non-smokers! Spa is good but drinking and slippers are allowed in the steam room and sauna. Buffet is also great in terms of spread and choices. But it can be crowded and dinning areas congested

Additionally, there's a small area near the reception where you can get free water, snacks, and fruits, which is a nice gesture not commonly found in other hotels

The location is excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, view amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived very early, before check-in, and they kindly kept our luggage for us

“The most convenient hotel in Tallinn” The hotel is nearest the old town, department store, and bus station. All staffs are friendly and service-minded. My aunt got sick and needed to see the doctor

Hotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀

Also shower water temp changed alot even though i barely touched it. Other than that breakfast was great and staff were excellent. One picture of the outside view

The location is convenient, the rooftop terrace offers stunning views, and the breakfast is excellent – really good for European standards

Since our return flight was very early in the morning, they also prepared a nicely packed breakfast for us to take away

+ Nice pool area and Finnish sauna. - Cleaning only on the fourth day, and very bad cleaning even then. You have go use the same towels for the rooms and the spa (for four days), so they're wet all the time

The biggest highlight is the SPA area – several pools, saunas, jacuzzi, and even a pool bar where you can enjoy drinks right in the water

Pool and saunas are great! Only thing I didn't like is parking price

Room: Clean and pleasant overall, but there was an unpleasant sewer smell in the room. You even have to pay for an extra pillow!? There was also some dark mold in the bathroom grout

However, not all ingredients seemed fresh. the salad and cucumber, for example, looked like they were from the day before. Spa: Far too crowded, and the pools were cold (around 28°C)

Service: Overall, the service was good, but the staff at the pool bar and the spa reception were rather rude. However, the hotel front desk staff were friendly and professional, which balanced things out a bit

A luxurious hotel, well maintained as befits a Hilton, the best casino in town is inside the hotel, really convenient, they have all the facilities, walking distance from everywhere, including the old town and lots of shopping centers, the members are luxurious with an amazing view, the The beds and pillows are the most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed in, befitting a hotel, I am happy to return...

As my first time in Tallin, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The structure was modern and stunning and the room was beautiful and always cleaned while I was exploring the city. I also liked and enjoyed at the sauna

Gonna say Hilton is crazy lucky to have a supervisor named Girly, on the 11th floor lounge. She treats this place like it’s her own business. Really impressive to see such dedication

The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is good, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. Whether it is shopping, entertainment or exploring the beautiful scenery of the city, it is all within easy reach

The man on reception was very friendly, informative and helpful. Even brought us up more pillows when we discovered you're only given 1 very thin pillow per person in the room. The Spa and pool was big and nice to visit

Very easy to locate and location of the hotel makes easier to walk to or around old town and most of the attractions, shopping center is also near in case need to get anything.

There might have been some room for improvement concerning the cleanliness of the room. It was abit dusty but that did not affect to the over all experience. Not too many options but all seemed to be very well made

Everything is literally flying. SPA area is not big, but is looking good and is super clean. Every minute in this hotel felt like a fairytale. Highly highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Tallinn

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located on the outskirts of old town in a fairly quiet area. The breakfast buffet was good, The pool area was nice, Our kid (1yo) loved the toys room

Beautiful restaurant with very tasty a la carte menu. Location - near old town,a park,a playground. Waterpark included is a big plus and it has an awesome Olympic pool

However the rooms were very far apart I the hotel so the reception kindly upgraded us so we would be next tk each other. The facilities in this hotel are top notch with a fabulous gym and amazing water park

Clean and has Pool in door out door. But the Bed does not support our Backbone. The Tap of our bathtub suddenly turn on without nobody touch it. The water was so loud so I woke up and go to the Bathroom to Turn it Off

Beach bar was a very nice surprise and had lovely cocktails, hammocks and entertainment. We did not quite expect that in Estonia. Breakfast was also plentiful and tasty. My gluten free wife had plenty to choose from

In Pärnu this is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The spa is excellent with many saunas, pools, and an outdoor jacuzzi

We were here for one of our first dates and came back after our wedding, we took our witnesses and parents with us here again - it was our gift to experience this amazing SPA and some quality time together

The rooms are clean and cozy, they provide the bathrubs, too. The breakfast is INSANELY good and broad-range and with prosecco as well

I didn't take photos of the hotel nor the room. But the park next to the hotel is worth visiting and the beach is a must-visit. SPA is outstanding and food is delicious

The best hotel in Tartu! It is centrally located. The basic room is standard size and amenities are complete. The only slight issue is the pillow they use - it’s not very comfortable (but maybe it’s just me)

Great hotel, limited amenities..small drawback is that you can hear people outside of the hotel arguing in the bathroom. Probably staff memebers who had a big argument.

I stayed for 14 days, the room is newly renovated, spacious and clean. The location is great, there’s two shopping center and supermarket next to the hotel. Walk 3 mins to airport. Highly recommended for a quick transit

The hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from the old town. We used the pool and saunas, although the fitness room could be a bit bigger. All in all 10/10 experience!

There were some complains about the interior in the comments but i personally prefer they gray and cozy style over a neon color modern hotel. The breakfast was amazing by the way and the internet worked fine!

Our room was very cold. The door to balcony was not able to close fully so there was cold coming in. Also at the SPA it could be warmer. At the moment you get out of pool you have to run not to freeze.

Room was basic but comfy and clean. We liked the spa/pool area - they have one large and one smaller pool. Together with a children pool , a jacuzzi and a cold tubs

Finnish sauna at 90 degrees , a 50 degree sauna ( I preferred the 90 degree and the other is quite Mild ) and a steam sauna. Breakfast was also nice similar to other Hestia hotels. Free parking just outside hotel

An economy-class hotel with simple and basic rooms. The plus is the spa, which is quite cozy, a bit outdated, but pleasant for relaxation. Tasty breakfasts, though it’s a fairly long walk to the beautiful sandy beach

Good location. We had asked for a children’s bed, but waited all evening for it to arrive. Spa was full on Saturday, breakfast very delicious.

Also, there is no bell service, you will need to drag your own suitcase up and down the stairs to get to and from the reception. If you are wheelchair bound, this would not be a good choice hotel overall

The room is very cosy and clean with a large comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is excellent. There are various restaurants and eateries nearby. The Christmas market was just around the corner

We had a wonderful 4 days at the Telgraff. Exceptional dining at the Tchaikovsky Restaurant. So well presented in every way. Perfect location to access everything in the historic town

Upscale hotel in a perfect Old Town location. Great service, comfortable rooms, parking available, and late check-out was a plus. The Shower-in-bathtub setup wasn’t ideal, but overall very pleased with the stay.

Charming and comfortable hotel. Good service and very good breakfast. We got to use the Zen Spa for an hour (16 €) which was atmospheric. The water in the jacuzzi could have been warmer. Otherwise wonderful!
