Hotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀. Also shower water temp changed alot even though i barely touched it. Other than that breakfast was great and staff were excellent. Would visit again for sure. One picture of the outside view.

We had an amazing stay. The location is excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, view amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived very early, before check-in, and they kindly kept our luggage for us. Since our return flight was very early in the morning, they also prepared a nicely packed breakfast for us to take away. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old city, the port, and bus stops. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean and soft, the breakfast is sufficient and varied. The fact that there is a shopping mall, supermarket, and food court underneath is a great advantage.

Hotel was nice and even excellent in terms of location, warmth during the harsh winter, breakfast and its variety. The only small problem was that once during the breakfast the staff was gossiping about the guests between each other. :) Otherwise it was perfectly fine.

Excellent location: right next and connected to the Viru Keskus mall, and there are bars and a museum in the hotel. The building feels a bit dated (the building walls), but everything else was in excellent condition and looked new and clean. I had a very comfortable stay with a good sleep on the most comfy bed. Friendly staff, room already prepared for family stay, nice location, great breakfast, not too overcrowded. Room is not cleaned without notice to front desk. Rooms are overheated, it’s too hot even when heating is off and window open.

Short summary about our stay in hotel. We booked Junior Suite with sauna. It is cool to have private sauna, but in total you have the same sauna in the SPA zone. If you prefer privacy it is cool choice(2persons max). Number was quiet big, clean and cool view of the city. One strange thing with lighting, maybe we don't managed how to turn all the lights in the number, but it was strange... Breakfasts...

Dirty bathroom with mould. They cleaned it after we complained to about 75%. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future.

The rooms are quiet and tidy. The bed was comfortable, the room had nice lighting. The only inconvenience was the bathroom: it was difficult to get into the shower, the protective wall was in the way near the sink. Breakfast - good ☕️

this hotel is one of my favourite in Tallinn. nice clean rooms near old town. spa gym etc at fair price! unfortunately getting 2x2 person familyroom there is risk that other side people are loudy. the door between rooms not keep voices away from otherside.

It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness. Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers! Spa is good but drinking and slippers are allowed in the steam room and sauna. Buffet is also great in terms of spread and choices. But it can be crowded and dinning areas congested. Was a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or €3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didn’t get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Would stay there again

The hotel is located next to the bus station. So, it's really easy to access for bus travellers! there are no amenities in the room so i recommend you to bring things you need (like toothbrushes...)

Best place where to stay in east. Are you coming with family or with ur missis. If u are coming with kids this is the place for u. Location of the hotel is great. It's very near of the Old Town and you can go and see the town by foot. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. We enjoyed the property, proximity to the beach, and restaurant meal. We enjoyed the sauna centre, but found the front desk staff (for the sauna centre) to be rude. We otherwise enjoyed the peace and serenity if the sauna centre.

Got a free upgrade to a nice and very comfortable suite. While of course not everyone can expect an upgrade, everyone can choose to have the breakfast and it was diverse and delicious. Short walk to the city centre as well.

Everything is good with the hotel, only there was no hot water in the shower. Funnily, in the tap there was hot water. We told the reception about it and next day we had hot water in shower. Breakfast is very rich, staff is friendly, speaks Estonian and English. Located close to town hall.

Hotel Inger was an ok hotel with some shortcomings. The room was very warm and open windows helped. A fan helped copl down a bit. Some things were in disrepai, eg the thing holding the shower head. But beds were comfortable, service nice and the hotel is in walking distance of the city center.

Location of the Hotell is excellent for families with kids, because AHHAA center and AURA water park, APOLLO cinema and McDonalds is just in minutes away from it. Also Maxima and LIDL are within walking distance. But rooms are always lottery! For a same price (same "family" room) they could give You bigger room with a large bathroom and a partition that divides the room into children's and adults'...

I liked my stay at Tartu hotel. Location is excellent, I visited AHHAA, Aura, museums, shopping malls, and everything was within 15-25 minutes to reach. The service at the hotel is superb. Thank you.

on 26.12.2025, a maid had not arrived in hotel room 442. Didn't top up toilet paper! There's no air hood working in the toilet, ventilation!

No frills hotel, clean, with comfortable beds and a food breakfast buffet. The absolute plus was the sauna area (by the way free of charge in the morning for hotel guests). Excellent facilities, super clean and early in the morning almost entirely for us !

A convenient business hotel with plenty of nearby dining options. The hotel also features a sauna on the 5th floor, which is a nice touch for relaxation after a long day. However, the soundproofing could be improved, so light sleepers may find it a bit challenging to get a good night's rest.

We state in the basic room, however the room was very basic for the level of the hotel they claimed to be, not even a kettle, one towel per person just a tiny piece on soap on the sink and small soap dispenser in the shower, we got only three coats hangers between two of us, room looked very cheap, we stayed in other 4 star establishments in Tallinn , so came with some expectations, very disappointed...

It needs to be renovated from outside, but inside it looks great. The room was clean and it had a view of the sea and sunset. Morning buffet was fresh and not too crowded. I liked that theres a buzyness thermometer for the breakfast in the elevator to let you know when yould be the most ideal time to go eat. Reception could be friendlier but I have no complaints other than that.

Hotel is amazing! Rooms are spacious and clean. The furniture looks new and is really comfortable! Bathroom and toilet are both with room and are separated, meaning you don't have to wait for your husband/wife to finish to go in. Most of the rooms have sea and city view! Although my stay there was ok location wise, the real trouble started afterwards. I needed an invoice to be emailed to me - I provided all the information and data. Had a nice stay at Tallink Express Hotel — the location is excellent, just a short walk from the ferry terminal and Old Town Tallinn. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the standard amenities you’d expect. Breakfast was passable, nothing special, but overall a convenient and decent place to stay for a short visit.
