Hotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀. Also shower water temp changed alot even though i barely touched it. Other than that breakfast was great and staff were excellent. Would visit again for sure. One picture of the outside view.

We had an amazing stay. The location is excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, view amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived very early, before check-in, and they kindly kept our luggage for us. Since our return flight was very early in the morning, they also prepared a nicely packed breakfast for us to take away. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old city, the port, and bus stops. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean and soft, the breakfast is sufficient and varied. The fact that there is a shopping mall, supermarket, and food court underneath is a great advantage.

Hotel was nice and even excellent in terms of location, warmth during the harsh winter, breakfast and its variety. The only small problem was that once during the breakfast the staff was gossiping about the guests between each other. :) Otherwise it was perfectly fine.

this hotel is one of my favourite in Tallinn. nice clean rooms near old town. spa gym etc at fair price! unfortunately getting 2x2 person familyroom there is risk that other side people are loudy. the door between rooms not keep voices away from otherside.

It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness. Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers! Was a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or €3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didn’t get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Friendly staff, room already prepared for family stay, nice location, great breakfast, not too overcrowded. Room is not cleaned without notice to front desk. Rooms are overheated, it’s too hot even when heating is off and window open.

Short summary about our stay in hotel. We booked Junior Suite with sauna. It is cool to have private sauna, but in total you have the same sauna in the SPA zone. If you prefer privacy it is cool choice(2persons max). Number was quiet big, clean and cool view of the city. Dirty bathroom with mould. They cleaned it after we complained to about 75%. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future.

The rooms are quiet and tidy. The bed was comfortable, the room had nice lighting. The only inconvenience was the bathroom: it was difficult to get into the shower, the protective wall was in the way near the sink. Breakfast - good ☕️

We were here on a weekend -getaway with my significant other. The stay was nice, service was excellent and we really enjoyed the spa. For me the nicest thing were the perfectly heated saunas. Nice hotel. Very convenient location.

It was tolerable for one night, but two nights would be impossible. There's no refrigerator, so you can't stock up on groceries for the next morning. The bathroom is difficult to use, and the foot mat gets pushed aside when you open the shower booth door, so it's not where you need it when you need it. It's like a cheap Japanese business hotel, but with a more difficult feel.

A mixed experience at the Park Inn by Radisson. Housekeeping requires a specific request, and it's very difficult, if not impossible, to reach reception by phone. The welcome clearly lacks warmth and helpfulness, which is in contrast to the standards expected of this chain. It's a shame, given the convenient location.

Got a free upgrade to a nice and very comfortable suite. While of course not everyone can expect an upgrade, everyone can choose to have the breakfast and it was diverse and delicious. Short walk to the city centre as well.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 600m from the Old Town's Viru Gate. It's incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions and dining. The room offers breathtaking views from its high-floor location and is wonderfully quiet.

Perfectly situated in the city center, many attractions can be reached by foot. Friendly staff. The rooms are of good size, nice colors, good mattress and clean. The room was lovely and spacious, we originally booked one standard and one economy as we were a family off five. However the rooms were very far apart I the hotel so the reception kindly upgraded us so we would be next tk each other. We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. Spent 2 weeks at Meresuu spa/hotel. It was a great stay! Personnel of the hotel is nice. Special thanks to Marina at the reception for her focused attention to the customers needs. We have stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel looks worse than on the pictures. The room was small, the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. The receptionist was unfriendly. Our stay in Mövenpick Tallinn was wonderful. All the staff was kind and helpful and polite, the facilities was top notch. Breakfast was plentiful and the 4 pm chocolate happy hour was a cute touch we all appreciated. The hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from the old town. We used the pool and saunas, although the fitness room could be a bit bigger. All in all 10/10 experience!

The hotel is amazing. The decoration is simple yet elegant and very clean. The room is very spacious, neat and tidy however, my favorite thing about this place was the lighting. Hotel Inger was an ok hotel with some shortcomings. The room was very warm and open windows helped. A fan helped copl down a bit. Some things were in disrepai, eg the thing holding the shower head. But beds were comfortable, service nice and the hotel is in walking distance of the city center.
