Got a free upgrade to a nice and very comfortable suite. While of course not everyone can expect an upgrade, everyone can choose to have the breakfast and it was diverse and delicious. Short walk to the city centre as well.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 600m from the Old Town's Viru Gate. It's incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions and dining. The room offers breathtaking views from its high-floor location and is wonderfully quiet.

The bed is quite hard but the pillow menu has a good variety of different kind of pillows for everyones needs. We were offered a complimentary plate of fruits and sweets due to our special stay. Friendliest staff there is! Room were clean, neat and nicely designed. The views from up are on top. They have a spa with 3 saunas. Also a gym that has many workout machines and water fountain. Outstanding boutique hotel situated in castle. Interiors and decor are restored with great quality and attention to details. Main house suites are absolutely fantastic. It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness. Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers! Was a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or €3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didn’t get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Hotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀. We had an amazing stay. The location is excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, view amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived very early, before check-in, and they kindly kept our luggage for us. Since our return flight was very early in the morning, they also prepared a nicely packed breakfast for us to take away. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old city, the port, and bus stops. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean and soft, the breakfast is sufficient and varied. The fact that there is a shopping mall, supermarket, and food court underneath is a great advantage.

Hotel was nice and even excellent in terms of location, warmth during the harsh winter, breakfast and its variety. The only small problem was that once during the breakfast the staff was gossiping about the guests between each other. :) Otherwise it was perfectly fine.

Short summary about our stay in hotel. We booked Junior Suite with sauna. It is cool to have private sauna, but in total you have the same sauna in the SPA zone. If you prefer privacy it is cool choice(2persons max). Number was quiet big, clean and cool view of the city. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future.

Our stay in Mövenpick Tallinn was wonderful. All the staff was kind and helpful and polite, the facilities was top notch. Breakfast was plentiful and the 4 pm chocolate happy hour was a cute touch we all appreciated. The hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from the old town. We used the pool and saunas, although the fitness room could be a bit bigger. All in all 10/10 experience!

We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the bus station is right across the street. The staff was always friendly, and our room was cleaned thoroughly on the days we requested. We would love to stay here again next time.

The room and the general premises of the hotel were really nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel was good value for money overall. The service, however, was quite rude. No smiles, no hellos. The reception did not know answers to quite basic questions about public transportation or things to do, and did not offer to help in finding out information.

The room was lovely and spacious, we originally booked one standard and one economy as we were a family off five. However the rooms were very far apart I the hotel so the reception kindly upgraded us so we would be next tk each other. We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. They changed the room and as we were going out, we asked if someone could help to move our bags to the new room. The guy behind the desk said no. I protested and he eventually agreed.

Spent 2 weeks at Meresuu spa/hotel. It was a great stay! Personnel of the hotel is nice. Special thanks to Marina at the reception for her focused attention to the customers needs. Small old room. Clean and has Pool in door out door. Nice place for Family. But the Bed does not support our Backbone. Little bit Creepy. The Tap of our bathtub suddenly turn on without nobody touch it. The water was so loud so I woke up and go to the Bathroom to Turn it Off.

We state in the basic room, however the room was very basic for the level of the hotel they claimed to be, not even a kettle, one towel per person just a tiny piece on soap on the sink and small soap dispenser in the shower, we got only three coats hangers between two of us, room looked very cheap, we stayed in other 4 star establishments in Tallinn , so came with some expectations, very disappointed...

Have been to soo many SPA retreats in Europe. This hotel truly offers an amazing range of saunas (regular ones, hot, mild, aroma, infrared, salt, steam), various pools and also an outside jacuzzi. The rooms are clean and cozy, they provide the bathrubs, too. The breakfast is INSANELY good and broad-range and with prosecco as well. In Pärnu this is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The spa is excellent with many saunas, pools, and an outdoor jacuzzi. Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is varied and tasty, and the location is just a short walk to the beach. The hotel is located in a wonderful location, near the sea and a beautiful oak park. The spa is good, but there are a few minor issues. First of all, the pool itself is a bit unkempt, with a lot of sand on the bottom that somehow got there. Some of the massage tubs don't work. Furthermore, the air conditioning system works oddly, making the room uncomfortable. The bathrooms also need some work.

On 3rd floor of hotel for day passes for 3 hours sessions closes at 10pm. So clean and all on a chargeable watch. You can get drinks and pay whwn leaving so can leave everything in lockers. Nice spa, went there with my wife, we enjoyed it!

I didn't take photos of the hotel nor the room. But the park next to the hotel is worth visiting and the beach is a must-visit. SPA is outstanding and food is delicious. The hotel is huge and they offer a lot of treatments and activities; so everyone can find something for themselves. I really recommend this hotel to everyone but especially to those who love nature.

Absolutely marvellous experience of a proper holiday. We combined our time in the spa and the visit to 18+ Orchid Wellness. Restoration of body powers and an excellent retreat. All the facilities were clean and supervised by a friendly staff.

The rooms are bit outdated, but have everything you need. Fridge, bottle opener, dryer, hangers and a nice sea view! Sadly only one flat pillow. Room temperature cant be regulated. It was very warm - we kept our window completely open even at night, so we could sleep normally. Spa is okay, but I do recommend the adults only section for more relaxing experience. Spacious room, quiet (city center), stylish room with all the necessities, great bed with different pillows. Lots of different saunas in spa area, sauna rituals were my favourites.

Perfect place for just relaxing, enjoying the spa and saunas, the softest bed and of course very tasty breakfast.

This wasn’t our first stay at Vspa, we come back because we really love it here! Perfect for families with children. I also received a lovely surprise- a birthday cake with a candle at breakfast. It was unexpected and so sweet! The staff are very kind, they even allowed me to extend checkout by an hour so I could enjoy a massage. We will definitely return again!

Amazing personnel and overall experience of the stay. Will be going back should i need to visit Tartu again. Breakfast was also really good and well executed.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms and other areas clean. But... Pools were a bit colder than would have liked + overcrowded. Rooms have bery poor noise cancellation. I guess this depends on the location of the room and neighbourghs, but still would have been nice to NOT hear everything that was going on in the next room and the hallway.

I paid very little for a standard room with breakfast included so was very pleased with what we received. The room is very small but I knew that would be the case. The bathroom and in particular the shower was excellent . You have to request the cleaning service but this was made clear both at check in and in a flyer on the bed - the system worked well for us.
