Modern, well-equipped, well-maintained and comfortable. Probably one of the better hotels I've stayed in Europe for the price point. Was fortunate enough to get a corner room. Had very peaceful and restful nights. Would recommend if you're looking for a decent stay in Tallinn.

Friendliest staff there is! Room were clean, neat and nicely designed. The views from up are on top. They have a spa with 3 saunas. Also a gym that has many workout machines and water fountain. Has two restaurants, visited one of them and didnt disappoint, would recommend. Breakfast is important to me and it sure made an impact on me. Also 2 shopping malls near by.

Got a free upgrade to a nice and very comfortable suite. While of course not everyone can expect an upgrade, everyone can choose to have the breakfast and it was diverse and delicious. Short walk to the city centre as well.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 600m from the Old Town's Viru Gate. It's incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions and dining. The room offers breathtaking views from its high-floor location and is wonderfully quiet.

Outstanding boutique hotel situated in castle. Interiors and decor are restored with great quality and attention to details. Main house suites are absolutely fantastic. Restaurant provides great culinary experiences. Views of the Keila-Joa faall and massive park with lots of pathways make this place ideal to relax and feel yourselves as a part of nobility that used to live here some centuries ago.

Hotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀. We had an amazing stay. The location is excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, view amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived very early, before check-in, and they kindly kept our luggage for us. Since our return flight was very early in the morning, they also prepared a nicely packed breakfast for us to take away. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old city, the port, and bus stops. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean and soft, the breakfast is sufficient and varied. The fact that there is a shopping mall, supermarket, and food court underneath is a great advantage.

Hotel was nice and even excellent in terms of location, warmth during the harsh winter, breakfast and its variety. The only small problem was that once during the breakfast the staff was gossiping about the guests between each other. :) Otherwise it was perfectly fine.

Friendly staff, room already prepared for family stay, nice location, great breakfast, not too overcrowded. Room is not cleaned without notice to front desk. Rooms are overheated, it’s too hot even when heating is off and window open.

Short summary about our stay in hotel. We booked Junior Suite with sauna. It is cool to have private sauna, but in total you have the same sauna in the SPA zone. If you prefer privacy it is cool choice(2persons max). Number was quiet big, clean and cool view of the city. One strange thing with lighting, maybe we don't managed how to turn all the lights in the number, but it was strange... Breakfasts...

Dirty bathroom with mould. They cleaned it after we complained to about 75%. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future.

We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the bus station is right across the street. The staff was always friendly, and our room was cleaned thoroughly on the days we requested. We would love to stay here again next time.

Best place where to stay in east. Are you coming with family or with ur missis. If u are coming with kids this is the place for u. Great location, just a few minutes from the ferry terminal to Helsinki and several excellent restaurants. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main gate to the old town, through Rotermanni Kvartal. The rooms are clean, but showing signs of wear and tear. A pleasant view of the harbor. Breakfast is quite varied and served until 11:00. The staff seems depressed and less attentive to hotel guests.

The Hotel is very well located for the Ferry terminal to catch connections to Helsinki and also the Terminal D Coach drop off which is how we arrived. We found finding the entrance a little difficult to begin with as it is on the side away from the water at what we would consider the back of the building. The room was clean and breakfast was good. As other reviews said, it was crowed at breakfast but not a dealbreaker. The temperature in rooms could only be adjusted a couple degrees, but thank goodness the windows could fully open. We faced the water and it was very noisy one night (past 2 AM). Okay hotel with good rooms but spa is lacking. A bit cold and there is one super small area for kids. If you're travelling without a kid, it's fine. With a kid not so much even though there is a huge playground for them, so that kind of saves it.

Our room was very cold. The door to balcony was not able to close fully so there was cold coming in. Also at the SPA it could be warmer. At the moment you get out of pool you have to run not to freeze.

Stayed for a week on a business trip and it was a great experience. The room was cozy, breakfast was good with few options, and the spa was a perfect place to relax after long days. Would definitely recommend!

Amazingly kind stuff, but the spa, parking, breakfast and hotel overall was so overcrowded. It was really hard to find a place in the spa and looked for ages to find a seat during breakfast. Bed was comfy and view was nice as well. Would I go back? I don’t think so. Just felt so sorry that the administration was such high level and there were no other positive things about the hotel.

Comfortable staff. Room was basic but comfy and clean. We liked the spa/pool area - they have one large and one smaller pool . Together with a children pool , a jacuzzi and a cold tubs. Finnish sauna at 90 degrees , a 50 degree sauna ( I preferred the 90 degree and the other is quite Mild ) and a steam sauna . Breakfast was also nice similar to other Hestia hotels. Free parking just outside hotel.

Good location. We had asked for a children’s bed, but waited all evening for it to arrive. Spa was full on Saturday, breakfast very delicious.

The hotel was cozy and comfortable. Rooms are so clean and regular. fortunately i choose this hotel 🧡 Staffs were really pretty and cozy 🙏🏼

Cool small hotel in Kadriorg neighborhood. Very good service. Air-conditioning is very effective. Quality breakfast served in downstairs Gourmet Coffee. If you're traveling by car you might be able to squeeze your car through the narrow gate and then down into a very small garage, which do have electric car charging station btw. You can also leave your car in the street next to the hotel.

The hotel rooms were generally large, but a bit cramped. I didn't like the smell in the toilet. Breakfast was a casual affair, costing €20, which was more expensive than a typical buffet (Germany €13.5-16.5). The hotel's location was good, next to a large park and near the sea.

The hotel is not bad, but the room is too small. Breakfast was very upset. I was counting on a good breakfast, but I got a small children's portion. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and service in the hotel. If it were 30 percent cheaper, there would be no questions

A good small hotel in a tranquil neighborhood near the huge park. All was great except the aircon, the control panel was broken and it was making some churning noise randomly.

Spacious room, quiet (city center), stylish room with all the necessities, great bed with different pillows. Lots of different saunas in spa area, sauna rituals were my favourites.

Perfect place for just relaxing, enjoying the spa and saunas, the softest bed and of course very tasty breakfast.

This wasn’t our first stay at Vspa, we come back because we really love it here! Perfect for families with children. I also received a lovely surprise- a birthday cake with a candle at breakfast. It was unexpected and so sweet! The staff are very kind, they even allowed me to extend checkout by an hour so I could enjoy a massage. We will definitely return again!

Everything in this hotel was exellent; room, food, spa, treatments, service. Clean and classy. We recommend!

Amazing personnel and overall experience of the stay. Will be going back should i need to visit Tartu again. Breakfast was also really good and well executed.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms and other areas clean. But... Pools were a bit colder than would have liked + overcrowded. Rooms have bery poor noise cancellation. I guess this depends on the location of the room and neighbourghs, but still would have been nice to NOT hear everything that was going on in the next room and the hallway.

I didn't take photos of the hotel nor the room. But the park next to the hotel is worth visiting and the beach is a must-visit. SPA is outstanding and food is delicious. The hotel is huge and they offer a lot of treatments and activities; so everyone can find something for themselves. I really recommend this hotel to everyone but especially to those who love nature.

Absolutely marvellous experience of a proper holiday. We combined our time in the spa and the visit to 18+ Orchid Wellness. Restoration of body powers and an excellent retreat. All the facilities were clean and supervised by a friendly staff.

The rooms are bit outdated, but have everything you need. Fridge, bottle opener, dryer, hangers and a nice sea view! Sadly only one flat pillow. Room temperature cant be regulated. It was very warm - we kept our window completely open even at night, so we could sleep normally. Spa is okay, but I do recommend the adults only section for more relaxing experience. Massages and procedures are good and...

Great Spa zone, especially Orchids!!! Highly recommend!!! We have been there endless times and surely will be back!!!

Room was really nice, spa is great. Unfortunately the kitchen is a let down.

Best in Pärnu Amazing hotel and staff and breakfast and dinner and drinks. Location was also great. Spa is small, but still ok and fun enough to relax. Will stay here again and def can recommend to anyone.

Beautiful hotel ; excellent restaurant Raimond - truly a Michelin star level- nice spa - easy access to the beach and town center. Only one negative point, not relevant to the hotel though : teenagers playing/wasting time noisily with their motorcycles next to the hotel parking.

The hotel could really stand out if the staff showed more motivation and a genuine desire to provide good service. It feels like the guest experience just isn’t a priority.

Great hotel, limited amenities..small drawback is that you can hear people outside of the hotel arguing in the bathroom. Probably staff memebers who had a big argument.
