We state in the basic room, however the room was very basic for the level of the hotel they claimed to be, not even a kettle, one towel per person just a tiny piece on soap on the sink and small soap dispenser in the shower, we got only three coats hangers between two of us, room looked very cheap, we stayed in other 4 star establishments in Tallinn , so came with some expectations, very disappointed...

I was pleased with the well-equipped spa. Breakfast was a 3, and the reception staff wasn't the friendliest.

The front staff person was pleasant but not overly talkative; that's fine though. The path to the room wound through cool corridors and beautiful rooms. The room isn't was quaint and the nearest part was that the bathroom floor is heated, so no cold feet after a shower. The beds were comfortable the room clean.

The location is fantastic. The property feels old, which may be by design for its location. The night staff was a little snarky when i arrived just before midnight. But the young woman who was at the front desk during the day was phenomenal. She was super helpful and friendly. Right in old town and very affordable! The building itself is very charming, and the staff are very helpful if you have any issues. The cleanliness is questionable, but taking the age of the hotel and the price it’s forgivable. The breakfast buffet is kind of dismal, I would just stick to the poppyseed rolls and coffee, but maybe it depends on the day.

Tallinn is a beautiful place and we were given the most romantic room in the hotel. The hotel also was reasonably priced, but what stood out was the service. the staff were amazing. There was one hiccup but the staff were so nice it didn't matter. It was remedied straight away.

Centrally located with convenient parking. The room was very large - I don't think I've ever stayed in a room this big. Since it was located on the street level, you could hear car and motorcycle noises quite clearly. Also, guests in the upstairs room were noisy. Otherwise a great stay. Great location, just a few minutes from the ferry terminal to Helsinki and several excellent restaurants. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main gate to the old town, through Rotermanni Kvartal. The Hotel is very well located for the Ferry terminal to catch connections to Helsinki and also the Terminal D Coach drop off which is how we arrived. The room was clean and breakfast was good. As other reviews said, it was crowed at breakfast but not a dealbreaker. The temperature in rooms could only be adjusted a couple degrees, but thank goodness the windows could fully open. We faced the water and it was very noisy one night (past 2 AM). Has a very good luxurious vibe to it. Good rooms, SPA, kids playroom, breakfast and city centre is close by. I forgot my jacket with the home keys to the wardrobe, but thanks to their helpful staff, it arrived just a week later which is very fast.

Nice and central location in old city, 10 minutes with taxi from TLL. Breakfast below average/expectation. Room allocated I suspect to be a standard room (18 sq.m), changed to a superior as reserved (24 sq.m) after «some discussion». All in all have had better stays :)
