The location is excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, view amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived very early, before check-in, and they kindly kept our luggage for us

“The most convenient hotel in Tallinn” The hotel is nearest the old town, department store, and bus station. All staffs are friendly and service-minded. My aunt got sick and needed to see the doctor

Hotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀

Also shower water temp changed alot even though i barely touched it. Other than that breakfast was great and staff were excellent. One picture of the outside view

The location is convenient, the rooftop terrace offers stunning views, and the breakfast is excellent – really good for European standards

Since our return flight was very early in the morning, they also prepared a nicely packed breakfast for us to take away

Pool and saunas are great! Only thing I didn't like is parking price

The biggest highlight is the SPA area – several pools, saunas, jacuzzi, and even a pool bar where you can enjoy drinks right in the water

+ Nice pool area and Finnish sauna. - Cleaning only on the fourth day, and very bad cleaning even then. You have go use the same towels for the rooms and the spa (for four days), so they're wet all the time

Room: Clean and pleasant overall, but there was an unpleasant sewer smell in the room. You even have to pay for an extra pillow!? There was also some dark mold in the bathroom grout

However, not all ingredients seemed fresh. the salad and cucumber, for example, looked like they were from the day before. Spa: Far too crowded, and the pools were cold (around 28°C)

Service: Overall, the service was good, but the staff at the pool bar and the spa reception were rather rude. However, the hotel front desk staff were friendly and professional, which balanced things out a bit

Good exercise for any one wanting to explore Tallinn

First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was...

Large modern hotel with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room gym. Rooms are comfortable and well thought out Breakfast was good with a large selection of foods available

We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734) Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre

We booked this hotel after our initial accommodation in Tallinn was a let down. The location is great, and the ease of check-in digitally was ideal and the hotel is well kept

Very easy to locate and location of the hotel makes easier to walk to or around old town and most of the attractions, shopping center is also near in case need to get anything.

Walk in the other direction to find a beautiful park with associations to Catherine / Alexandra (the Russian royal family. It's an easy tram ride if you're less mobile

Nice hotel breakfast with pleasant people when it gets a little crowded - don't worry about busy times. The old town is easily walkable and has great restaurants

Short walk to the city centre as well

After I got angry, it finally arrived in 2 minutes 😇 we can’t sleep because of the noise from the air conditioner’s motor

Having prior experience, we chose it again. We stayed in a bigger family room, wife and I and two kids 13 & 14. Was very spacious with a decent sized bathtub

The relaxation area with the Saunas were gorgeous and really relaxing. The room was nice, the window area made a nice window seat, being on the 8th floor it was lovely looking out and watching the snow

I had the club sandwich it was good but not to offend I had better, the sides of fries were fantastically fried and seasoned

The staff were friendly and attentive and the room service was great. The location was good, being opposite the shopping centre you can cut through here to walk to old town, which was around a 10 minute walk away

And I loved the breakfast choice, all kinds of bread, even Vegan. Lovely variety of fish!! And for sure, cheese, sausages, cakes, yoghurts, quark, fruits and warm eggs, scrambled eggs, hamburgers, vegan hot food

There might have been some room for improvement concerning the cleanliness of the room. It was abit dusty but that did not affect to the over all experience. Not too many options but all seemed to be very well made

Everything is literally flying. SPA area is not big, but is looking good and is super clean. Every minute in this hotel felt like a fairytale. Highly highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Tallinn

Has two restaurants, visited one of them and didnt disappoint, would recommend. Breakfast is important to me and it sure made an impact on me. Also 2 shopping malls near by

Options from the menu were good and were delivered quickly. Only problem was that there were a lot of people and we had difficulty to find seating area especially first morning

The hotel is situated conveniently near the old town. The rooms are spacious with high ceiling. The shower water is not particularly strong but it is alright. There is no staff stationed at the reception

A highly recommended hotel by the harbor: Tallinn's city center is within walking distance. The view of the harbor was especially worthwhile on New Year's Eve. The breakfast at LouLou is delicious

Fully automatically hotel and you can check in, & out and store your luggage by yourself. Very new and well maintained facility. Closer to the port and a shopping mall with a hyper market

All self-serve. The location is really nice, especially I arrived Tallinn by boat, I can directly walk there from the terminal. Price is very reasonable.

Wonderful hotel! Everything was clean and tidy. Our room windows faced directly onto the port. Very convenient if you need to catch a ferry.

My room had a bathtub, and it was so big and deep I could actually float in it. The breakfast buffet was decent. It's probably fine for most people, though they did not have very many vegetarian or vegan items

The room is very cosy and clean with a large comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is excellent. There are various restaurants and eateries nearby. The Christmas market was just around the corner

I brought it to the attention of the front desk but nothing was done to fix it, so it was horrid to shower in that room as the water pressure was so weak and water was leaking from the shower head

We had a wonderful 4 days at the Telgraff. Exceptional dining at the Tchaikovsky Restaurant. So well presented in every way. Perfect location to access everything in the historic town

Upscale hotel in a perfect Old Town location. Great service, comfortable rooms, parking available, and late check-out was a plus. The Shower-in-bathtub setup wasn’t ideal, but overall very pleased with the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located on the outskirts of old town in a fairly quiet area. The breakfast buffet was good, The pool area was nice, Our kid (1yo) loved the toys room

Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review

Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities

The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation

Beach bar was a very nice surprise and had lovely cocktails, hammocks and entertainment. We did not quite expect that in Estonia. Breakfast was also plentiful and tasty. My gluten free wife had plenty to choose from

Beds were good, but walls are not so good in some of the rooms. I could hear my neighbours snoring in the middle of the night. breakfast was good. rooms clean and internet was ok.

Centrally based, walking dust nce can 15min to tallinn ferry port, 15min to Old city, rimi hypermarkets and other shops nearby, lots of public transport and Bolt scooters

The only thing to watch out for is the blanket cover which is open at foot side and relatively short, the bedding is on a firm side, duvet and pillows are feathers

Quite affordable from what I have seen. My room didn’t have the ideal view but it was still very comfortable to live in.

There's no kettle in the room, but you can request one from the front desk, which is a bit inconvenient.

Hotel is small but the room was big, we reserved family room. There was small kitchen which is plus point. It was hard to find smiley faced staffs. Breakfast was not bad but the dinning place was congested

4 stars for great location! But the hotel interior was less than ordinary. No fridge or cooler. Bed was small and too soft. Maybe a bit noisy if facing the train station side.

Location very good near to old city

1. there was a constant strong smell coming from the bathroom and from railway station 2. Room with kalamaja view is noisy at night, next time I will stay on the other side of the hotel

We have stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel looks worse than on the pictures. The room was small, the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. The receptionist was unfriendly. The temperature at the elevator was way too hot

This is a hotel that has alot of charm, it's old and beautiful and the stairs creak but that doesn't take away the great room and great sleep I had, breakfast was amazing, liitle hit dogs, potatoes and ham and cheese served with scrambled egg, who cooked lovely, buffet style salads and cereals, fruit and yoghurts, coffee and cranberry juice, in some reviews people put there was not enough choice,...

The front staff person was pleasant but not overly talkative; that's fine though. The path to the room wound through cool corridors and beautiful rooms

The room isn't was quaint and the nearest part was that the bathroom floor is heated, so no cold feet after a shower. The beds were comfortable the room clean

The property feels old, which may be by design for its location. The night staff was a little snarky when i arrived just before midnight. But the young woman who was at the front desk during the day was phenomenal

The location and front desk service were also pretty good. There were many artisan gardens and other workshops nearby, which I enjoyed seeing. There was also a cafe next door that served delicious pancakes

However, on our last day, the fire alarm went off, and when we asked the front desk, they said they didn't know what caused it. Since it's an old building, perhaps there are various issues?

Quaint and Charming Hotel with Smaller Rooms Breakfast was good. Room was small as well as the bathroom/shower was tight. We could hear the next door neighbors' conversations, so the walls were not very soundproof

Great location in the very center of the old town! But there are nuances that are worth considering: the ancient building has only natural ventilation, so the room can be uncomfortable, and the room had an extremely, really exceptionally small bathroom

An economy-class hotel with simple and basic rooms. The plus is the spa, which is quite cozy, a bit outdated, but pleasant for relaxation. Tasty breakfasts, though it’s a fairly long walk to the beautiful sandy beach

Schlössle Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Tallinn Old Town. Situated in a peaceful side street, offering true old town charm. Overall customer service was magnificent from the minute we walked in

3 minutes from the main square. Spent an afternoon in the hot tub outside and was well worth the money. If we ever return to Tallinn we would definitely stay in this hotel again

We had a second floor corner room (number 16), that we loved. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and quiet, although the window was facing the street

The furniture looks new and is really comfortable! Bathroom and toilet are both with room and are separated, meaning you don't have to wait for your husband/wife to finish to go in

The room was spacious, with high ceilings and two big windows. The bathroom had a large shower. The room on the 4th floor overlooked the hotel parking lot, therefore there was no road traffic

The most basic expectation of any hotel stay is a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. The bed and mattress felt like sleeping on a worn-out ten-year-old futon
