There is no room service in this hotel, and cleaning of rooms only on demand. But due to price, spa in price and location it’s a very good hotel to go to as it’s also in a quite part of town, while next to the old town

Rooms are clean, but a bit old could get renovation. Great big windows in the rooms - so on higher floors you can see the old town Walk to city center old town just over the hill in 5-7 minutes

Also the bathroom floor tends to be wet because of how the shower and drains are built. We did not get to use the sauna, etc. Would stay there again without any problem

- Staff is discreet but ready to help. - Rooms are clean and ours was quite spacious. One important note: cleaning of your room is only made under request

Breakfast buffet was nice with many options. Spa is a bonus.

A great stay here; the city panorama can be amazing if you're lucky to get a high rise room with good orientation. The breakfast was great, the room was very good, the service was also very good

Friendly staff, room already prepared for family stay, nice location, great breakfast, not too overcrowded. Room is not cleaned without notice to front desk

They should pay attention to small details that can be fixed cheaply and make a difference

Rooms are overheated, it’s too hot even when heating is off and window open

The bed was comfortable, the room had nice lighting. The only inconvenience was the bathroom: it was difficult to get into the shower, the protective wall was in the way near the sink

Short summary about our stay in hotel. We booked Junior Suite with sauna. It is cool to have private sauna, but in total you have the same sauna in the SPA zone. If you prefer privacy it is cool choice(2persons max)

+ Nice pool area and Finnish sauna. - Cleaning only on the fourth day, and very bad cleaning even then. You have go use the same towels for the rooms and the spa (for four days), so they're wet all the time

The biggest highlight is the SPA area – several pools, saunas, jacuzzi, and even a pool bar where you can enjoy drinks right in the water

Pool and saunas are great! Only thing I didn't like is parking price

Room: Clean and pleasant overall, but there was an unpleasant sewer smell in the room. You even have to pay for an extra pillow!? There was also some dark mold in the bathroom grout

However, not all ingredients seemed fresh. the salad and cucumber, for example, looked like they were from the day before. Spa: Far too crowded, and the pools were cold (around 28°C)

Service: Overall, the service was good, but the staff at the pool bar and the spa reception were rather rude. However, the hotel front desk staff were friendly and professional, which balanced things out a bit

Good exercise for any one wanting to explore Tallinn

First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was...

We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734) Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre

Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast offers great variation of choices. Nice sauna and steam and warm indoor pool.Unfortunately, the changing rooms in the spa is soaking with water.

A luxurious hotel, well maintained as befits a Hilton, the best casino in town is inside the hotel, really convenient, they have all the facilities, walking distance from everywhere, including the old town and lots of shopping centers, the members are luxurious with an amazing view, the The beds and pillows are the most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed in, befitting a hotel, I am happy to return...

As my first time in Tallin, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The structure was modern and stunning and the room was beautiful and always cleaned while I was exploring the city. I also liked and enjoyed at the sauna

Gonna say Hilton is crazy lucky to have a supervisor named Girly, on the 11th floor lounge. She treats this place like it’s her own business. Really impressive to see such dedication

Got a free upgrade to a nice and very comfortable suite. While of course not everyone can expect an upgrade, everyone can choose to have the breakfast and it was diverse and delicious

Everything was perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We had requested a room on a higher floor, and the hotel kindly arranged it for us. The staff were very friendly and welcoming

After I got angry, it finally arrived in 2 minutes 😇 we can’t sleep because of the noise from the air conditioner’s motor

The bed was extremely comfortable. We also tried the restaurant on the 30th floor, and the food was excellent – I highly recommend giving it a try

There might have been some room for improvement concerning the cleanliness of the room. It was abit dusty but that did not affect to the over all experience. Not too many options but all seemed to be very well made

Has two restaurants, visited one of them and didnt disappoint, would recommend. Breakfast is important to me and it sure made an impact on me. Also 2 shopping malls near by

I brought it to the attention of the front desk but nothing was done to fix it, so it was horrid to shower in that room as the water pressure was so weak and water was leaking from the shower head

Upscale hotel in a perfect Old Town location. Great service, comfortable rooms, parking available, and late check-out was a plus. The Shower-in-bathtub setup wasn’t ideal, but overall very pleased with the stay.

We had a wonderful 4 days at the Telgraff. Exceptional dining at the Tchaikovsky Restaurant. So well presented in every way. Perfect location to access everything in the historic town

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located on the outskirts of old town in a fairly quiet area. The breakfast buffet was good, The pool area was nice, Our kid (1yo) loved the toys room

Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review

Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities

The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation

When compared with Noorus,the Meresuu is clearly inferior to the quality of the rooms. pillow komoski, as they say now in revizorro and clearly not enough towels in the room

Clean and has Pool in door out door. But the Bed does not support our Backbone. The Tap of our bathtub suddenly turn on without nobody touch it. The water was so loud so I woke up and go to the Bathroom to Turn it Off

Beach bar was a very nice surprise and had lovely cocktails, hammocks and entertainment. We did not quite expect that in Estonia. Breakfast was also plentiful and tasty. My gluten free wife had plenty to choose from

Everything was great, the only thing missing was a kettle in the room and at least one microwave on any floor.

Beds were good, but walls are not so good in some of the rooms. I could hear my neighbours snoring in the middle of the night. breakfast was good. rooms clean and internet was ok.

Centrally based, walking dust nce can 15min to tallinn ferry port, 15min to Old city, rimi hypermarkets and other shops nearby, lots of public transport and Bolt scooters

The only thing to watch out for is the blanket cover which is open at foot side and relatively short, the bedding is on a firm side, duvet and pillows are feathers

Quite affordable from what I have seen. My room didn’t have the ideal view but it was still very comfortable to live in.

There's no kettle in the room, but you can request one from the front desk, which is a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from the old town. We used the pool and saunas, although the fitness room could be a bit bigger. All in all 10/10 experience!

Our stay in Mövenpick Tallinn was wonderful. All the staff was kind and helpful and polite, the facilities was top notch. Breakfast was plentiful and the 4 pm chocolate happy hour was a cute touch we all appreciated

The decoration is simple yet elegant and very clean. The room is very spacious, neat and tidy however, my favorite thing about this place was the lighting. The lamps and lights the rooms had were very warm and cozy

! I had a corner room and it was beautifully clean and modern and the bathroom was probably the best hotel bathroom I’ve ever been in

The room (Zen room) is very well equipped, free WiFi, Air-conditioning, own coffee set, double bed, sofa, two big wardrobes, big TV, water massage bath tub and other nice features, not to mention it's very close to the old town

I asked the receptionist for conditioner and they gave me some. Also, I asked for slippers to wear inside the room, so be sure to ask if you're staying there.

So, summer mornings will wake you up, unless you're used to sleep in daylight. We come from Finland, so we are very used to "white nights" or nightless nights, and it still bothers us when you can't shut the windows

We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room, so they had extra amenities like grab bars at the toilet and a chair for showering, which was a great service. I would highly recommend this place to any wheelchair user

The hotel is located next to the bus station. So, it's really easy to access for bus travellers! there are no amenities in the room so i recommend you to bring things you need (like toothbrushes...)

Great hotel in downtown Tartu! Walking distance from Main Street, shops and restaurants. I could park my motorcycle just in front of the reception, safe place, brilliant

Just next to the bus terminal and river leading into the old town. Both are important as it’s during the travel and in and out by Lux Bus. And it’s next to the market, where you can get all kinds of fresh berries

Breakfast was just delicious and versatile. For lunch or dinner you have 2 in-house restaurants to choose. They have their own beauty salon and massage center. It has always been a must to take a massage, very relaxing

This is the spa that I have visited the most in Estonia. It’s not far from Tallinn and it is a perfect getaway for couples, families and friends. The rooms have been always nice, clean and spacious

The room was for the most part clean and the spa was good. Probably had the best steam sauna i have been in so far. Price was abit steep, but understandable

In particular, the single water tube provides a unique opportunity for an adrenaline-rich experience with a very sudden vertical downfall

We were denied an extra towel to replace a towel that got soaked while at water park. Hotel guests should NOT have to pay for parking on hotel grounds!

Aquapark was amazing – water was very warm, nice sauna center (for extra cost), nice water slides and many opportunities to do there (5 water slides, crazy river, waterfalls, main swimming pool with warm water, hot tubes, 2m and 4m diving and many other options)

We were told we would have to pay extra for the hotel’s pool access which seems ridiculous and is not made clear in the hotel’s advertisement

We chose family room with family package (includes breakfast, dinner and pancakes for all the family at the hotel bar and of course access to aquapark)

Nice hotel on the beach with amazing water park The hotel is right on the beach and you can enjoy the water park even after chek out.

A very nice place to hide from the cold. We didn't stay at the hotel and only came here for the Orchid spa. The 18+ age restriction makes it a nice and quiet place to relax in peace
