Pool and saunas are great! Only thing I didn't like is parking price

The biggest highlight is the SPA area – several pools, saunas, jacuzzi, and even a pool bar where you can enjoy drinks right in the water

+ Nice pool area and Finnish sauna. - Cleaning only on the fourth day, and very bad cleaning even then. You have go use the same towels for the rooms and the spa (for four days), so they're wet all the time

Room: Clean and pleasant overall, but there was an unpleasant sewer smell in the room. You even have to pay for an extra pillow!? There was also some dark mold in the bathroom grout

However, not all ingredients seemed fresh. the salad and cucumber, for example, looked like they were from the day before. Spa: Far too crowded, and the pools were cold (around 28°C)

Service: Overall, the service was good, but the staff at the pool bar and the spa reception were rather rude. However, the hotel front desk staff were friendly and professional, which balanced things out a bit

The man on reception was very friendly, informative and helpful. Even brought us up more pillows when we discovered you're only given 1 very thin pillow per person in the room. The Spa and pool was big and nice to visit

great location just 8 mins walk to old city of Tallin. The family room is larger than we expect. Clean and great comfort beds made us happy! Nice breakfast I ate so much cottage cheese hahaha

Will come back for next Tallin trip

Very easy to locate and location of the hotel makes easier to walk to or around old town and most of the attractions, shopping center is also near in case need to get anything.

The breakfast was great, the room was clean, and the price was very reasonable.

Location is however prime, short distance to the old city. And the hotel has it's own spa with different saunas and hot pools

The sauna was great! All guests can use the sauna and gym as much as they like. It seems they can also use the wellness facilities. There are three types of saunas, a spa, and a jacuzzi, so it's great value for money.

While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions

I had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area

Breakfast was a real highlight — for €15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day

The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button

Extra points for the thoughtful service after our last visit: our child accidentally left a toy behind, and the hotel kindly shipped it to us in Finland all the way from Estonia — with a lovely chocolate surprise included

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service is consistently warm and friendly — you truly feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast is outstanding

It was all fantastic, around a 5-8 min walk to medieval old town of Tallinn and right by the impressive newer refurbished area of Rottermann do lots of good bars, shops and restaurants

The location is excellent — right by the harbor and just before the entrance to the Old Town, making it perfect for exploring the city

Had a nice stay at Tallink Express Hotel — the location is excellent, just a short walk from the ferry terminal and Old Town Tallinn. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the standard amenities you’d expect

A good but rather small room for a convenient price. Good breakfast included. But the service in the evening outside all meals was missing such simple things like tea and coffee!!!

Near the port, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean, the view from the window is beautiful, quiet and calm, a wonderful bathroom and a comfortable shower

A big advantage is that there is a kitchen with a microwave oven and a kettle. And the staff is adorable, all the details are cleared up in now time when you contact them

A desk was provided with a chair too which was so helpful + a leather ledge where you could sot and chill before unwinding and going to bed that day

Shampoo + Soap are a bit ran out and too hard to get, if you have your own amenities then you are fine. 5/10 in my opinion, great value!

First thing to mention, that you would need to use the gift card all in one visit, there is no option to split it and use the money next time for other services (for example massage, procedures and other things)

We have booked a table in a restaurant, but they booked it in a pub. It was no problem for us at all where to eat, we were hungry. But it was just a start of our "good" night

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located on the outskirts of old town in a fairly quiet area. The breakfast buffet was good, The pool area was nice, Our kid (1yo) loved the toys room

Beautiful restaurant with very tasty a la carte menu. Location - near old town,a park,a playground. Waterpark included is a big plus and it has an awesome Olympic pool

However the rooms were very far apart I the hotel so the reception kindly upgraded us so we would be next tk each other. The facilities in this hotel are top notch with a fabulous gym and amazing water park

The hotel exceeded our expectation. In particular the spa area was very good. The room was specious and bed comfortable. We had a great view over the forest and the gulf of finland

Beach bar was a very nice surprise and had lovely cocktails, hammocks and entertainment. We did not quite expect that in Estonia. Breakfast was also plentiful and tasty. My gluten free wife had plenty to choose from

I would highly recommend their Deadsea pool to experience, it is top for sure

Make sure you book the hotel thru their website in order to receive deadsea pool as complimentary otherwise it is cost extra 9 euro per person

Have been to soo many SPA retreats in Europe. This hotel truly offers an amazing range of saunas (regular ones, hot, mild, aroma, infrared, salt, steam), various pools and also an outside jacuzzi

Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is varied and tasty, and the location is just a short walk to the beach. Parking 2 is available for free otherwise next to hotel entrance they charge for 15/25 euro a night

In Pärnu this is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The spa is excellent with many saunas, pools, and an outdoor jacuzzi

First of all, the pool itself is a bit unkempt, with a lot of sand on the bottom that somehow got there. Some of the massage tubs don't work

We otherwise enjoyed the peace and serenity if the sauna centre

Good place to stay for relaxing and spa. We highly appreciated their kindness as we arrived at the wrong date but the staff managed to find a room for us. Simple but good food, spa with 4 different saunas and pool

The SPA itself is not impressive but has got everything one needs: a wide range of saunas and a pool, also there is a safe area for kids

I didn't take photos of the hotel nor the room. But the park next to the hotel is worth visiting and the beach is a must-visit. SPA is outstanding and food is delicious

The rooms are bit outdated, but have everything you need. Fridge, bottle opener, dryer, hangers and a nice sea view! Sadly only one flat pillow. Room temperature cant be regulated

The hotel is huge and they offer a lot of treatments and activities; so everyone can find something for themselves. I really recommend this hotel to everyone but especially to those who love nature

Absolutely marvellous experience of a proper holiday. We combined our time in the spa and the visit to 18+ Orchid Wellness. Restoration of body powers and an excellent retreat

All the facilities were clean and supervised by a friendly staff

Our room was very cold. The door to balcony was not able to close fully so there was cold coming in. Also at the SPA it could be warmer. At the moment you get out of pool you have to run not to freeze.

Room was basic but comfy and clean. We liked the spa/pool area - they have one large and one smaller pool. Together with a children pool , a jacuzzi and a cold tubs

Amazingly kind stuff, but the spa, parking, breakfast and hotel overall was so overcrowded. It was really hard to find a place in the spa and looked for ages to find a seat during breakfast

Finnish sauna at 90 degrees , a 50 degree sauna ( I preferred the 90 degree and the other is quite Mild ) and a steam sauna. Breakfast was also nice similar to other Hestia hotels. Free parking just outside hotel

Stayed for a week on a business trip and it was a great experience. The room was cozy, breakfast was good with few options, and the spa was a perfect place to relax after long days. Would definitely recommend!

Bed was comfy and view was nice as well. Would I go back? I don’t think so. Just felt so sorry that the administration was such high level and there were no other positive things about the hotel

This hotel is well located near the waterfront and adjacent to a large shopping, which includes a supermarket. The staff were very pleasant; check in was smooth; the room was large and well set out

Having a walk-in shower was a bonus. It was good to be able to open a window to allow fresh air in, despite it being cold weather. The breakfast room is very large and the range of food available was excellent

The Hotel is very well located for the Ferry terminal to catch connections to Helsinki and also the Terminal D Coach drop off which is how we arrived

Our bed was two singles pushed together but unlike other hotels we stayed in on this trip they did not come apart. Each person has their own duvet and the pillows were quite comfortable

We also experienced the great hospitality of Estonia :) we stayed at the hotel for a day because we contested an old car tour through the Baltics. Some mysterious guest gave us some car parts for our car

Cosy little spa with proper outside saunas. Children are not allowed in spa after 20 every evening, so grownups can enjoy peaceful time in pools and saunas when needed. Massages are great and staff is very helpful.

The spa area is not huge but with everything one needs: sevaral saunas and pools plus the area where you can lie down and enjoy the view from the window because it is outstanding

Luckily it's just soothing lounge music, but still something that should be addressed. Lack of AC in some rooms (mine as well) wasn't an issue - I just left the French balcony door open and closed the curtains

Small rooms compared to the price paid. Swimming pool is also not included in it, nor the cycles. The lady in the pool doesn't know English, tough to communicate. The pool is also very populated

We've had amazing holidays at the Estonia Medical Spa&Hotel. The rooms were simple, cosy and clean. The food - simple and delicious. But the offer of the spa zone was excellent

Price, location and quality were all really good have seen other reviews and can safely over the last 6 years of visiting have never had anything other than positive experiences, and the new SNOW Sauna is awesome

We had a wonderful family vacation at this spa hotel! Everything was perfect. The hotel and the spa area are very clean, there are many different saunas and a great variety of medical and wellness treatments

The hotel has new rooms, rich breakfast and dinner. The hotel has its own parking space in the courtyard, which costs 5 EUR. The water and sauna center is a great place to relax for the family.

It's hard to say right away, but you're doing it right. You're going in the right direction. My wife and I enjoyed everything. We plan to take the kids with us next time.

A wonderful way to spend a cold day. The food was good, the saunas, pools, and steam baths were relaxing, and the calm atmosphere made everything enjoyable

It was like 10 meters away from the play room so 'yay!'. The swimming pool was a pretty good size, there were a kids's pools and a jaccuzi, but not a lot of attractions for kids, but okay for a swim nonetheless

Amazing hotel on a beautiful lake! The spa and pool are great. I felt amazing after a swim then going into the sauna!

Compared to some 4-star spas I've visited over this summer this was definitely a good deal. Breakfast was okay, nothing exceptional. Overall the staff was accomodating and the location is beautiful

Not crowded place. Good option to have not limited swimming pool. Breakfast had good options for kids.
