Pool and saunas are great! Only thing I didn't like is parking price

The biggest highlight is the SPA area – several pools, saunas, jacuzzi, and even a pool bar where you can enjoy drinks right in the water

+ Nice pool area and Finnish sauna. - Cleaning only on the fourth day, and very bad cleaning even then. You have go use the same towels for the rooms and the spa (for four days), so they're wet all the time

Room: Clean and pleasant overall, but there was an unpleasant sewer smell in the room. You even have to pay for an extra pillow!? There was also some dark mold in the bathroom grout

However, not all ingredients seemed fresh. the salad and cucumber, for example, looked like they were from the day before. Spa: Far too crowded, and the pools were cold (around 28°C)

Service: Overall, the service was good, but the staff at the pool bar and the spa reception were rather rude. However, the hotel front desk staff were friendly and professional, which balanced things out a bit

Good exercise for any one wanting to explore Tallinn

First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was...

Large modern hotel with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room gym. Rooms are comfortable and well thought out Breakfast was good with a large selection of foods available

We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734) Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre

We booked this hotel after our initial accommodation in Tallinn was a let down. The location is great, and the ease of check-in digitally was ideal and the hotel is well kept

Nice hotel breakfast with pleasant people when it gets a little crowded - don't worry about busy times. The old town is easily walkable and has great restaurants

Walk in the other direction to find a beautiful park with associations to Catherine / Alexandra (the Russian royal family. It's an easy tram ride if you're less mobile

Everything was fine with the stay. Hotel rooms are a little outdated but that doesn’t affect the stay. The bed is very comfy. It was nice to have a bath.

Walking distance from port and city. Hassle free check in and early check & late check out in is available. Hotel room size is small but ok for 2 pax. No aircon but there is fan. Clean hotel and worth the price.

So, no TV or coffee machine in the room, but comfortable beds and notable cleanliness. In the communal area, you can find, for a fee, drinks, coffee, and washing machines. There are also lounges where you can relax

The hotel is situated conveniently near the old town. The rooms are spacious with high ceiling. The shower water is not particularly strong but it is alright. There is no staff stationed at the reception

A highly recommended hotel by the harbor: Tallinn's city center is within walking distance. The view of the harbor was especially worthwhile on New Year's Eve. The breakfast at LouLou is delicious

Fully automatically hotel and you can check in, & out and store your luggage by yourself. Very new and well maintained facility. Closer to the port and a shopping mall with a hyper market

All self-serve. The location is really nice, especially I arrived Tallinn by boat, I can directly walk there from the terminal. Price is very reasonable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located on the outskirts of old town in a fairly quiet area. The breakfast buffet was good, The pool area was nice, Our kid (1yo) loved the toys room

Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review

Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities

The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation

My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again

Parking is paid now and it is available to beach goers but we found a space in front of the hotel

The hotel exceeded our expectation. In particular the spa area was very good. The room was specious and bed comfortable. We had a great view over the forest and the gulf of finland

Beach bar was a very nice surprise and had lovely cocktails, hammocks and entertainment. We did not quite expect that in Estonia. Breakfast was also plentiful and tasty. My gluten free wife had plenty to choose from

It is a good and calm hotel,clean and with the especially tasty food in restaurant. My recommendation for family vacation ❤️ 💕 and people who are really interested in nature and 🌊 sea

The room is old fashion but clean and comfy, spa and sauna are the best, also the beach near the hotel. Great place for family vacation.

Beds were good, but walls are not so good in some of the rooms. I could hear my neighbours snoring in the middle of the night. breakfast was good. rooms clean and internet was ok.

Centrally based, walking dust nce can 15min to tallinn ferry port, 15min to Old city, rimi hypermarkets and other shops nearby, lots of public transport and Bolt scooters

The only thing to watch out for is the blanket cover which is open at foot side and relatively short, the bedding is on a firm side, duvet and pillows are feathers

Quite affordable from what I have seen. My room didn’t have the ideal view but it was still very comfortable to live in.

There's no kettle in the room, but you can request one from the front desk, which is a bit inconvenient.

Room quite small, we booked for 3 persons and extra bed was difficult to fit. Bathroom requires reconstruction. SPA center small as well. Breakfast was about average. Great location, sea view from rooms.

One of the best places to stay in Parnu. There was a few times, it's great. Very tasty and varied feed in the morning.

An economy-class hotel with simple and basic rooms. The plus is the spa, which is quite cozy, a bit outdated, but pleasant for relaxation. Tasty breakfasts, though it’s a fairly long walk to the beautiful sandy beach

It needs to be renovated from outside, but inside it looks great. The room was clean and it had a view of the sea and sunset. Morning buffet was fresh and not too crowded

The furniture looks new and is really comfortable! Bathroom and toilet are both with room and are separated, meaning you don't have to wait for your husband/wife to finish to go in

I liked that theres a buzyness thermometer for the breakfast in the elevator to let you know when yould be the most ideal time to go eat. Reception could be friendlier but I have no complaints other than that

Realy nice view to sea and some church in distance. Only thing I didn't like was that the window was broken. Everything also is quiet and suprisingly peaceful.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The location is perfect if you travel by ferry. It's right next to D-terminal and there's plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel itself is pretty basic

It's super close to the port, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast includes delicious handmade cakes. Most importantly, the price is incredibly reasonable – awesome! 👍

So, if you are just planning on staying there for a short trip or sleep-over it is just fine. It is also extremely well located in you want to catch a ferry to one of the Nordic countries (btw, great ferries!!!)

Very annoying! Also as this was among the cheapest hotels in Tallinn, there were many drunken people, which you could easily tell by the smell in the escalator or the empty vodka bottles in the trashcans at the corridors

Rooms are okay, service is okay, hotel breakfast is sub-par. The hotel is not near the city center, but the bolt-service makes travel times short. Due to the location the area is quiet at night which I think is a plus

Stayed on my own and got a regular room and not a ridiculous single room. Bed super comfortable, close enough from the old town for a nice walk, quiet you do not ear whatever your neighbours decide to do

The Hotel is very well located for the Ferry terminal to catch connections to Helsinki and also the Terminal D Coach drop off which is how we arrived

We were on the second floor overlooking the harbour and found the room to be quiet, however others have mentioned they found it to be loud, perhaps it was because we were staying during the week that there was little outside noise

Is my second time here and I am very satisfied will all the services. Is very well located, the breakfast is amasing. You have everything: fish, smoked fish, ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, potatoes, eggs, sweet corner

The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options. The meatballs were delicious and it was unusual for us to see broccoli offered as a breakfast item. You could also have hot and cold drinks

The location is excellent, close to the beach. The facilities though would benefit from upgrade. For example. the extra bed for a child was like an old creaky camp bed.

Nice hotel on the beach with amazing water park The hotel is right on the beach and you can enjoy the water park even after chek out.

Aquapark was amazing – water was very warm, nice sauna center (for extra cost), nice water slides and many opportunities to do there (5 water slides, crazy river, waterfalls, main swimming pool with warm water, hot tubes, 2m and 4m diving and many other options)

And special thanks to the staff – we forgot our swimming suits at the last day of our visit, but after contacting hotel, they did send them to us using Omniva

No airconditioner!? Minimalistic but otherwise clean, nice view, comfy bed. Right by the beach.

We arrived late but none of the less the staff was warm and friendly. They also sell drinks (soft and alcoholic) at the reception. Room was spacious and clean but a bit outdated

Bathroom had a floor heating which I loved, I always get cold from cold hotel floors. Balcony was nice with a great view on the lake, two chairs and a table so great for drinks

Only areas that can be improved is deep cleaning between bathroom tiling and breakfast table had no labels so there was some guessing what I can and can't eat

There is nice selection of massages and other procedures available. Breakfast room also has a great view to the lake

My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the Japanese hot tub/pool, it's perfect after the snowy cold winter

Quite a few outdoir activities available also. Hotel located near beach and huge old park with very picturesque trails

A very nice place to hide from the cold. We didn't stay at the hotel and only came here for the Orchid spa. The 18+ age restriction makes it a nice and quiet place to relax in peace

Very helpful multi language speaking staff. Made from scratch and tasty continental style food. Rooms are a bit dated, but functional and clean. Enjoyed SPA very much while kids where in playroom

Very cozy and modern place, i really recomend! It might not seem big like some other spas, but it has all the spa features you need! It takes like 30 min to get there from Tallinn but its worth the trip!

Small rooms compared to the price paid. Swimming pool is also not included in it, nor the cycles. The lady in the pool doesn't know English, tough to communicate. The pool is also very populated

Nice and quiet spa hotel by the sea. Economy class room is without air conditioning. The spa has one larger, one smaller, one children's pool and jacuzzi. Each pool has a massage function

We had a wonderful family vacation at this spa hotel! Everything was perfect. The hotel and the spa area are very clean, there are many different saunas and a great variety of medical and wellness treatments

The hotel has new rooms, rich breakfast and dinner. The hotel has its own parking space in the courtyard, which costs 5 EUR. The water and sauna center is a great place to relax for the family.

It's hard to say right away, but you're doing it right. You're going in the right direction. My wife and I enjoyed everything. We plan to take the kids with us next time.

The rooms are great and tidy, but the receptionist lied about where the pools were (saying they were on another floor than were they were). I love the fact that the slides didn't work

First thing to mention, that you would need to use the gift card all in one visit, there is no option to split it and use the money next time for other services (for example massage, procedures and other things)

We have booked a table in a restaurant, but they booked it in a pub. It was no problem for us at all where to eat, we were hungry. But it was just a start of our "good" night
