Great place. Close to the center, good room+great water pressure in the shower. Clean and tidy
But I was so pleasantly surprised when the receptionist said my room was ready and let me check-in early. She was friendly and efficient. My room was a good size and I liked having a large, deep bathtub in the bathroom
We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the bus station is right across the street
I stayed for three nights and every morning I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, as well as the hotel's proximity to the Old Town. I experienced good service and great value
I arrived quite early to this Ibis Styles-branded hotel and I was prepared to drop my bags off at the reception and return closer to the check-in time
The staff was always friendly, and our room was cleaned thoroughly on the days we requested. We would love to stay here again next time
Very good location in the center of Tallinn old town. Near to supermarket, shopping mall and etc. Big room and tasty breakfast.
This is the first hotel in Europe I've stayed in that truly deserves a perfect score. It's ideally located right in the Old Town, offering a tranquil retreat despite its central position
The hotel is centrally located, just in front of the old city wall, which is a UNESCO site. All around plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, gym and coffee shops
Everything is fine except for the beds and mattresses. One bed had a completely sagging mattress. Clean, quiet, good breakfast, very good location, friendly staff.
The room was spacious, with high ceilings and two big windows. The bathroom had a large shower. The room on the 4th floor overlooked the hotel parking lot, therefore there was no road traffic
everything was great. We didn't expect such a nice window view which was a biiig bonus for us! and a huge bath!! wow!
Very smart location in the center of the old town. Old design but modern facilities. Comfy beds, simple but good breakfast. The staff is very polite and helpful.
By the way if you need alcohol there is a small connvience store just a few minutes walk turn right out of the hotel, as you reach the waterfall fountain take a left it's on the right
The front staff person was pleasant but not overly talkative; that's fine though. The path to the room wound through cool corridors and beautiful rooms
The room isn't was quaint and the nearest part was that the bathroom floor is heated, so no cold feet after a shower. The beds were comfortable the room clean
Best staff ever! They really take care of their guests :))))
The place in it self is a labyrinth of well built and cozy passages, that can lead you just like a labyrinth!
The location and front desk service were also pretty good. There were many artisan gardens and other workshops nearby, which I enjoyed seeing. There was also a cafe next door that served delicious pancakes
However, on our last day, the fire alarm went off, and when we asked the front desk, they said they didn't know what caused it. Since it's an old building, perhaps there are various issues?
Very good breakfast. Great location. The staff is excellent and helpful. We always stay here and recommend it to our friends.
The room was clean and fairly recently renovated, although some of the old charm had been kept as well. The breakfast area was very old in a nice way, but breakfast itself was average at best
Quaint and Charming Hotel with Smaller Rooms
Breakfast was good. Room was small as well as the bathroom/shower was tight. We could hear the next door neighbors' conversations, so the walls were not very soundproof
I had an early morning flight, when I informed the front desk staff, she arranged a breakfast takeaway package
So we can't comment much, but overall experience was nice, staff friendly, check in smooth, location great but what deserves a special note is extensive breakfast buffet (better than some 5* high end hotels)
This hotel is well located near the waterfront and adjacent to a large shopping, which includes a supermarket. The staff were very pleasant; check in was smooth; the room was large and well set out
If you venture to the shopping centre across the road I also think you can get a discounted game of mini golf (we only saw this advertised as we were leaving
Is my second time here and I am very satisfied will all the services. Is very well located, the breakfast is amasing. You have everything: fish, smoked fish, ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, potatoes, eggs, sweet corner
Having a walk-in shower was a bonus. It was good to be able to open a window to allow fresh air in, despite it being cold weather. The breakfast room is very large and the range of food available was excellent
It is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of the Old Town but there are things to see along the way as well and to experience the more modern side of the city
Tallinn is a beautiful place and we were given the most romantic room in the hotel. The hotel also was reasonably priced, but what stood out was the service
Everyday Jonathan or the other employees will go to all guests asking them if they would like to have scrambled eggs or anything else
Incredible location in the heart of old town. Great room and friendly staff. Loved it and would stay again.
Quaint little property in central Old Town Tallinn. 50m walk from the main square. Rooms are quite basic but perfectly clean and functional.
Right on the door step of the old town central square with wonderful restaurants food. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who visits Tallinn
Charming and gets all the basics right. I usually only review hotels if they are bad, but this hotel was excellent for the price. From the warm welcome to the excellent breakfast, this hotel does all the essentials right
Realy nice view to sea and some church in distance. Only thing I didn't like was that the window was broken. Everything also is quiet and suprisingly peaceful.
We stayed one night at this hotel. The location is perfect if you travel by ferry. It's right next to D-terminal and there's plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel itself is pretty basic
It's super close to the port, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast includes delicious handmade cakes. Most importantly, the price is incredibly reasonable – awesome! 👍
So, if you are just planning on staying there for a short trip or sleep-over it is just fine. It is also extremely well located in you want to catch a ferry to one of the Nordic countries (btw, great ferries!!!)
Very annoying! Also as this was among the cheapest hotels in Tallinn, there were many drunken people, which you could easily tell by the smell in the escalator or the empty vodka bottles in the trashcans at the corridors
Rooms are okay, service is okay, hotel breakfast is sub-par. The hotel is not near the city center, but the bolt-service makes travel times short. Due to the location the area is quiet at night which I think is a plus
Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes nearby. The main building, formerly a bank, retains charming upscale ambience of the past. The modern annex across the street has pragmatically designed interior
Easy to reach from the airport by public transportation, taxi cannot drive right to the entrance door - need to take a short walk
Safety: entrance door is locked in the nighttime. Good breakfast, served in the main building. 24-h reception, luggage storage
The room (annex) was clean and warm, with basic amenities, tee/coffee maker, window shutters, air conditioning
Depending where the room is faced to, can be noisy at weekends in summer when windows are open (it is a lively street full of small bars on the ground floor)
A hotel in the centre of Tallinn old town, reasonable prices, cozy atmosphere.
A very nice and centrally located hotel, the old town of Tallinn is within walking distance. Nice, spacious rooms.
Pefect stay with good service and faciloties. I enjoyed my stay a lot. We had a colourful and tasteful breakfast every day. Small chat at the reception whenever we need to ask something. We felt like home.
Very good breakfast and location. A real vintage hotel wi th historical background. All good, except for the weak sound proofing wall between rooms
Nice old town feel, and with a modern renovation, space for enjoying your leisure time, convenient to walk everywhere and secured indoor terrace
I love the experience here , the location is close to everywhere and the receptionists are good
Especially Kelvin
We could hear the sound from next door so clearly which was definitely not very child friendly
The room was neat and clean, with a classic European style. The breakfast was plentiful and exotic. Because I missed my ferry, I arrived at the hotel after noon, and it was already closed
Good 🏨 Hotel in center of Tallinn comfortable room good breakfast.
I booked the hotel just for breakfast, and it was great!
However, I found it inconvenient that the hair dryer was fixed in the bathroom. Water in the room was not free and had to be paid for
Situated just a short walk from the vibrant old town, it made exploring the city’s rich history and stunning architecture incredibly convenient. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home
Great small hotel next to town center; great location.
Breakfast was served in a nicely decorated cellar; very adequate.
Car parking at the back of the hotel, nice.
Fresh pastries, a variety of fruits, and local delicacies made it a feast worth waking up for. The coffee was top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation and quality of food
That said, we walked only 10 minutes to the passenger ferry terminal when we were heading to Helsinki. The hotel breakfast was great. Plenty of options and not too crowded. This hotel is a good option outside of old town
The Baltic Sea shore is also just a short walk away, perfect for pleasant strolls. Additionally, the airport is only a 15-minute drive away, which is very convenient. The value for money is really good
I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at the Ilmarine Hotel in Tallinn. The location is excellent – just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and numerous restaurants
I particularly recommend the rooms that do not face the main street, as it can get a bit noisy otherwise. Overall, a very pleasant hotel that I would gladly recommend
Breakfast had surprisingly large variety of cold and warm, sweet and salty options and good coffee machine with special coffees. Customer service was fast and reliable
This hotel was booked for us as part of a cycling tour. The room and bathroom were both a decent size. We faced a courtyard which was relatively quiet
Peaceful hotel in quiet location but still walking distance from center and old town. Hotel is also clean and in good shape. Staff in reception is super nice and helpful
The complimentary spa with a sauna and hot tub was a delightful bonus, perfect for unwinding but you have to note its opening hours. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a stay in Tallinn!
We had 4 persons in the room and second bed was made from the couch, which was comfortable. Absolutely nothing to complain!
There was a lot to choose in breakfast
Hestia Hotel Kentmanni is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Tallinn! The location is perfect—quiet yet just a short 10-minute walk to the Old Town
The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options, something which I look forward to every morning
The rooms are spacious, modern with thoughtful touches like adjustable lighting and comfy beds
Reception working 24/7 and you can order taxi & if you arrivied by a car - free car parking availabe at the hotel parking around 5min walk. Good rooms, You will have el. The restoran located at the ground floor
The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Transportation was very convenient, and the internet speed was excellent. Overall, a very comfortable stay.
Near around from 2 min walk - a lot of cafe & restorans & small supermarket 24/7. To main square of old towin around 5 min walk
Really good value for money — the rooms are clean and comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. It’s easy to find with free parking just a five-minute walk away
However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious
Great stay in a great hotel. Perfectly situated in the old town of Tallinn. Staff were welcoming and breakfast was amazing!
Perfect location — just a 10-minute walk from the city center, yet in a quiet area. The room was clean and had everything you needed
Very nice and central hotel, very happy with the service! Recommended!
Near old town but my room is next to the road so I can hear everything outside and it bother me while sleeping. But for this price and the room is good and makes sense
The hotel is very far away from the city Center. The instructions are unclear for checking in. But it is cheap and nice.
The only downside is that you have to pick up the key at another hotel, which is a bit inconvenient if you’re traveling with luggage
Clean bed and bathroom. Properly heated day and night. Easy accessible thanks to unlocking doors via app and free wifi.
There is also no kettle in the room, but they kindly provide you with one at the reception if you request. The breakfast is home-style and delicious: the variety is not broad, but there is still something to choose from
Really great accomodation. I had an excellent view of the beautiful old town area and the towering church. Comfortable, warm and well furnished. Good shower facilities.
The hotel is located in the quiet part of the old town with an amazing view of the old church. The room is very clean and modern. The only downside is that the fridge is quite small and not particularly cold
This place is really nice and the location is very close to many tourist attractions. It is really a value for many and the breakfast is sooo good. Totally recommended to those travelling to Tallinn Estonia
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tallinn. The room was warm, cozy, and very clean, which made me feel comfortable right away. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully prepared
The breakfast was excellent — fresh, tasty, and with a nice variety to choose from. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return in the future
We visited in February and it was incredibly quiet but so relaxing. Everything was spotless and we couldn't fault the service or the staff. Didn't try the sauna or on site restaurant but they looked very good
We rented two different rooms, with two single beds and one large bed. One room had a view of the central street, the second had a view of the courtyard. It's quiet and comfortable to relax at night
The room was lovely, the staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very central but surprisingly quiet considering it was so close to all the amenities and sights
We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Centrally located, we could easily walk to all the must see places in the old town
Nice and central location in old city, 10 minutes with taxi from TLL. Breakfast below average/expectation. Room allocated I suspect to be a standard room (18 sq. m), changed to a superior as reserved (24 sq
The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, making it convenient to visit several attractions.
The front desk staff were very helpful and professional, providing a map and marking each attraction.
We had a great stay at this hotel. It is very well located for exploring the old town. The room was very comfortable although it was a little bit warm at night
Should be one of the best vintage luxury hotels in town. Their staff are with high degree of hospitality and will take care the subtlety of your trip
Great find
We loved this hotel! Great position very close to the old town centre. Excellent breakfast in a beautifully maintained historical building!
I have tasted the best salmon there during the breakfast located in an unique underground space. Not to mention the lovely and classy decor of the room
Schlössle Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Tallinn Old Town. Situated in a peaceful side street, offering true old town charm. Overall customer service was magnificent from the minute we walked in
Everything was excellent! The room, the staff, the food and the location. I couldn’t have been happier.
Local breakfast: kefir, porridge, boiled egg, pancake with jam and 'vanilla cream'. :o)
Not sure my mini fridge worked. Also, there are no travel sized soap and conditioner in the bathroom
Loved the hotel for it's location.
Rooms could be improved though, there was some noticeable amount of dust around.
Breakfast is great.
Location of this hotel was ideal to tour the lovely old town in Tallinn. The room size was adequate, although sparce on furniture. Beds were too low to the ground, and no air condition during a very warm summer
Breakfast buffet is good, serving real eggs instead of scrambled eggs made from powder which is a big plus. Good location with easy access to the city center
Excellent location within the old town walls. However, no air conditioning, so my room 204 feels like a sauna in July. Room faces street, so is noisy at night with windows opened
What a beautiful hotel! True craftsmanship in both wood and stone. The rooms are very nice, clean and we'll maintained. Service is excellent. Staff is professional and very helpful and knowledgeable.
The location is good—a 10-minute walk to the city center. The airport is about a 10-minute taxi ride away
On the plus side the Center Hotel is clean, and is in a reasonably good location, half way between the City centre and Kadriorg Park, and a short walk from the port
Unfortunately, our 3-night stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The only positive aspect was its convenient and central location
Being on tight budget, we booked rooms without bathrooms, what was a surprise was to find that the entire six storey building has only has two toilets and two showers - having to wait cross-legged waiting for two hours for the toilet to become free one evening was not fun! People smoke in the toilets, in which the extractor fans do not work - thick permeating fumes from "funny cigarettes" are not...
One needs to remember that the prices in this hotel are much lower than any other hotel that one would actually want to stay at in Tallinn, and thus one should not expect the Ritz, particularly as it appears to be a fairly basic conversion of an office block
However, luggage storage in metal lockers near the reception desk is a paid option: 1-2 euros is inexpensive, but a rather odd option. The hotel has minimal amenities. Overall, it's okay for one night
