Amazing breakfast. Modern big rooms with a nice shower. You can take the elevator and get out in the modern shoppingmall with many restaurants and a cheap but good Gym. Hotel restaurant is also good. 10 minute car drive to the Centrum or take a scooter (3km)

Very nice hotel, great location next to a mall, good enough breakfast, and the staff were supernice. There was just one small detail that was not perfect. Sewage system in the shower was not able to cope with the water flow from shower and flooded all the bathroom. Water even started flowing into the room. It took some time after I took shower for the water to go away. Needs urgent fixing.

Tallinn is a beautiful place and we were given the most romantic room in the hotel. The hotel also was reasonably priced, but what stood out was the service. the staff were amazing. There was one hiccup but the staff were so nice it didn't matter. It was remedied straight away.

Very helpful staff at Reception with advice on travel around the city. It was great to have a sauna in the hotel. The room was very comfortable. I paid very little for a standard room with breakfast included so was very pleased with what we received. The room is very small but I knew that would be the case. I booked the hotel just for breakfast, and it was great! However, I found it inconvenient that the hair dryer was fixed in the bathroom. Water in the room was not free and had to be paid for. There was an electric kettle and refrigerator, but no microwave. Overall, the hotel was old but clean. The location was great as there was a supermarket nearby!

The room was neat and clean, with a classic European style. The breakfast was plentiful and exotic. Because I missed my ferry, I arrived at the hotel after noon, and it was already closed. Later, a staff member from a nearby hotel helped me find this hotel's phone number and the password, allowing me to open the safe and get the key. I was truly grateful to this kind person.

There were black hairs in the bathroom, the window could not be opened fully, only tilted. We couldn't ventilate. No air conditioning, just a fan to stir the stale air trapped inside. We propped the door open with a shoe so that we could at least ventilate a little towards the corridor. The location is superb, the breakfast is excellent, the breakfast lady is very nice.

Since the building is old, there is no AC. Might get hot on upper floors during hot days. But the rooms are quite soundproof. Breakfast options are quite limited, but the staff is awesome. All in all great place to stay, especially going for vacations and exploring marvelous Tallinn.

Centrally located with convenient parking. The room was very large - I don't think I've ever stayed in a room this big. Since it was located on the street level, you could hear car and motorcycle noises quite clearly. Also, guests in the upstairs room were noisy. Otherwise a great stay. Located next to nice dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Good location in old town. Nearby many restaurants. Room is a little bit old and dark. Bathroom is good. Chek-in time is 14 and check-out time is 12. Receptionist did not give a room at 13:30, even they had free rooms availble. Had to wait until 14:00, which is bad customer service.

Great location, just a few minutes from the ferry terminal to Helsinki and several excellent restaurants. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main gate to the old town, through Rotermanni Kvartal. The rooms are clean, but showing signs of wear and tear. A pleasant view of the harbor. Breakfast is quite varied and served until 11:00. The staff seems depressed and less attentive to hotel guests.

The Hotel is very well located for the Ferry terminal to catch connections to Helsinki and also the Terminal D Coach drop off which is how we arrived. We found finding the entrance a little difficult to begin with as it is on the side away from the water at what we would consider the back of the building. The room was clean and breakfast was good. As other reviews said, it was crowed at breakfast but not a dealbreaker. The temperature in rooms could only be adjusted a couple degrees, but thank goodness the windows could fully open. We faced the water and it was very noisy one night (past 2 AM). The front desk was not helpful about calling the police (as the city has a strict noise ordinance). ...

Has a very good luxurious vibe to it. Good rooms, SPA, kids playroom, breakfast and city centre is close by. I forgot my jacket with the home keys to the wardrobe, but thanks to their helpful staff, it arrived just a week later which is very fast.

Buyer beware! Yes, I knew I was getting a room that may often be difficult to book. Sure enough. I got a pretty small room with a window a few feet away from two of the cars in the parking area. So I had to keep my curtain closed.

This was a great hotel, the beds were truly separate, which was nice for a change as I’m traveling with my mom, not my husband, lol! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was spectacular! The dinner we ate at their restaurant was also absolutely top notch. Beautiful area next to a park and right between the old town shopping area and the beach.

Everything was quite all right. Nothing too fancy, but wasn't expecting it to be. The odd thing about breakfast: there were no fruits. None whatsoever. And bacon was terrible, like in most hotels.

Excellent stop in Pärnu on a long journey. Business trip and overnight on the way to Poland. Great experience, hotel reception really nice and breakfast was too big, had to order in advance. Since we stayed after Christmas, there were no other guests and the hotel and the town were quiet. We were a little worried because we had to decide the breakfast time and main menu when we checked in, but we had a freshly made omelette and bacon! It was an old-fashioned hotel, but it had a great atmosphere and we had a great stay.
