Good hotel with SPA but nothing special. There was a bit dirty but it was fixed after asking a personal

this hotel is one of my favourite in Tallinn. nice clean rooms near old town. spa gym etc at fair price! unfortunately getting 2x2 person familyroom there is risk that other side people are loudy. the door between rooms not keep voices away from otherside.

It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness. Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers! Spa is good but drinking and slippers are allowed in the steam room and sauna. Buffet is also great in terms of spread and choices. But it can be crowded and dinning areas congested. Was a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or €3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didn’t get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Would stay there again

Hotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀. Also shower water temp changed alot even though i barely touched it. Other than that breakfast was great and staff were excellent. Would visit again for sure. One picture of the outside view.

We had an amazing stay. The location is excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, view amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived very early, before check-in, and they kindly kept our luggage for us. Since our return flight was very early in the morning, they also prepared a nicely packed breakfast for us to take away. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old city, the port, and bus stops. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean and soft, the breakfast is sufficient and varied. The fact that there is a shopping mall, supermarket, and food court underneath is a great advantage.

Hotel was nice and even excellent in terms of location, warmth during the harsh winter, breakfast and its variety. The only small problem was that once during the breakfast the staff was gossiping about the guests between each other. :) Otherwise it was perfectly fine.

Friendly staff, room already prepared for family stay, nice location, great breakfast, not too overcrowded. Room is not cleaned without notice to front desk. Rooms are overheated, it’s too hot even when heating is off and window open.

Short summary about our stay in hotel. We booked Junior Suite with sauna. It is cool to have private sauna, but in total you have the same sauna in the SPA zone. If you prefer privacy it is cool choice(2persons max). Number was quiet big, clean and cool view of the city. Dirty bathroom with mould. They cleaned it after we complained to about 75%. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future.

Location of the hotel is great. It's very near of the Old Town and you can go and see the town by foot. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. We were here on a weekend -getaway with my significant other. The stay was nice, service was excellent and we really enjoyed the spa. For me the nicest thing were the perfectly heated saunas. Some other guys kept throwing water at the stones there like every minute, so it got really hot, which is a good thing. Only minus side was with our room. Very easy to locate and location of the hotel makes easier to walk to or around old town and most of the attractions, shopping center is also near in case need to get anything.

Everything was fine with the stay. Hotel rooms are a little outdated but that doesn’t affect the stay. The bed is very comfy. It was nice to have a bath.

Best place where to stay in east. Are you coming with family or with ur missis. If u are coming with kids this is the place for u. Waterpark, pools, saunas... here u got everything for everybody. 3 different places to eat, bars, exet. You can choose all shorts of rooms. Beach is close on summer time. The room was lovely and spacious, we originally booked one standard and one economy as we were a family off five. However the rooms were very far apart I the hotel so the reception kindly upgraded us so we would be next tk each other. We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. They changed the room and as we were going out, we asked if someone could help to move our bags to the new room. The guy behind the desk said no. I protested and he eventually agreed.

Spent 2 weeks at Meresuu spa/hotel. It was a great stay! Personnel of the hotel is nice. Special thanks to Marina at the reception for her focused attention to the customers needs. Only negative thing is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms, only minibars that don’t cool enough to keep drinks and snacks cold.

The hotel is located in a wonderful location, near the sea and a beautiful oak park. The spa is good, but there are a few minor issues. First of all, the pool itself is a bit unkempt, with a lot of sand on the bottom that somehow got there. Some of the massage tubs don't work. Furthermore, the air conditioning system works oddly, making the room uncomfortable. The bathrooms also need some work.

On 3rd floor of hotel for day passes for 3 hours sessions closes at 10pm. So clean and all on a chargeable watch. You can get drinks and pay whwn leaving so can leave everything in lockers. Nice spa, went there with my wife, we enjoyed it!

I didn't take photos of the hotel nor the room. But the park next to the hotel is worth visiting and the beach is a must-visit. SPA is outstanding and food is delicious. The hotel is huge and they offer a lot of treatments and activities; so everyone can find something for themselves. I really recommend this hotel to everyone but especially to those who love nature.

Absolutely marvellous experience of a proper holiday. We combined our time in the spa and the visit to 18+ Orchid Wellness. Restoration of body powers and an excellent retreat. All the facilities were clean and supervised by a friendly staff.

This wasn’t our first stay at Vspa, we come back because we really love it here! Perfect for families with children. I also received a lovely surprise- a birthday cake with a candle at breakfast. It was unexpected and so sweet! The staff are very kind, they even allowed me to extend checkout by an hour so I could enjoy a massage. We will definitely return again!

This was a great hotel, very clean and modern. Every afternoon there is a free chocolate buffet, which I did participate in on one of the afternoons I stayed there - what a great idea.! I had a corner room and it was beautifully clean and modern and the bathroom was probably the best hotel bathroom I’ve ever been in. Excellent.

Our stay in Mövenpick Tallinn was wonderful. All the staff was kind and helpful and polite, the facilities was top notch. Breakfast was plentiful and the 4 pm chocolate happy hour was a cute touch we all appreciated. The hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from the old town. We used the pool and saunas, although the fitness room could be a bit bigger. All in all 10/10 experience!

The hotel is amazing. The decoration is simple yet elegant and very clean. The room is very spacious, neat and tidy however, my favorite thing about this place was the lighting. The lamps and lights the rooms had were very warm and cozy. The walk to the old town is about 15 minutes. I definitely recommend staying here.

Had an excellent stay in Tallinn. The location is wonderful and convenient. There is a shopping mall within walking distance, and The Old Town is also not far away. The staff is helpful and friendly. My room is clean, spacious and comfortable. There is limited parking spots. Apart from that, I have nothing to complain.

Close to the inner city and the technicsl university lies this nice hotel where you can you get a room fpr a small price. There were some complains about the interior in the comments but i personally prefer they gray and cozy style over a neon color modern hotel. Okay hotel with good rooms but spa is lacking. A bit cold and there is one super small area for kids. If you're travelling without a kid, it's fine. With a kid not so much even though there is a huge playground for them, so that kind of saves it.

Our room was very cold. The door to balcony was not able to close fully so there was cold coming in. Also at the SPA it could be warmer. At the moment you get out of pool you have to run not to freeze.

Amazingly kind stuff, but the spa, parking, breakfast and hotel overall was so overcrowded. It was really hard to find a place in the spa and looked for ages to find a seat during breakfast. Bed was comfy and view was nice as well. Would I go back? I don’t think so. Just felt so sorry that the administration was such high level and there were no other positive things about the hotel.

Comfortable staff. Room was basic but comfy and clean. We liked the spa/pool area - they have one large and one smaller pool . Together with a children pool , a jacuzzi and a cold tubs. Finnish sauna at 90 degrees , a 50 degree sauna ( I preferred the 90 degree and the other is quite Mild ) and a steam sauna . Breakfast was also nice similar to other Hestia hotels. We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the bus station is right across the street. The room and the general premises of the hotel were really nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel was good value for money overall. The service, however, was quite rude. No smiles, no hellos. Very good breakfast and location. A real vintage hotel wi th historical background. All good, except for the weak sound proofing wall between rooms. We could hear the sound from next door so clearly which was definitely not very child friendly.

Charming and comfortable hotel. Good service and very good breakfast. We got to use the Zen Spa for an hour (16 €) which was atmospheric. The water in the jacuzzi could have been warmer. Otherwise wonderful!
