Very close to the Louvre and the metro station, making it super convenient to get to other attractions. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, and the rooftop view at night is beautiful.

The location is excellent, but carrying luggage was very inconvenient due to renovations on some floors. My biggest complaint is that my room was cleaned even though I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on.

100% center of Paris, close to museums, premium shopping, parc and Seine river.

The ambiance is really exquisite, you can tell it's been thoughtfully designed, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it's great, and the music they play in the store is also very nice, putting me in a fantastic mood! The location is easy to find; you can spot the large logo right away. The environment is excellent, and it has a great vibe.

What kind of hotel is this? There's absolutely no service. They took a 200 Euro cash deposit and never returned it. The room was tiny, in an old, rundown building. Everyone, avoid this place!

Its standout feature is an excellent location, directly opposite the Louvre's entrance. There's a McDonald's and Starbucks downstairs, along with many restaurants nearby. The room itself is well-equipped, and the high ceilings make the space feel quite spacious.

The hotel's front desk service was warm and attentive, and the location was excellent. The dining environment was quite unique, but the breakfast was just average.

I’ll start with the positives, room was spacious and clean. Location is great. The negatives, staff not visible and no concierge to help with bags, one would expect this from a 4 star hotel. Hotel has a crepe restaurant on the ground floor with no extractor fans which means all floors/corridors smell of burnt sugar and butter/oil. Not my preferred smell for the corridors of a hotel. Hotel undergoing a major renovation so corridors and rooms are in-between un-renovated sections so carpets very old and dusty looking and rooms in very bad state…it’s a building site. Breakfast, which we paid for, was terrible…food cold and very little selection. We had breakfast on the first day but all other days of our stay we preferred to go across the road to the Erik Kayser Boulangerie and pay for breakfast there. Overall rating for our stay..poor. Is the hotel four star? Definitely not…two star at best in its current state. Will I stay again. No .

The staff at the front desk were great (a gentleman who’s name I forgot but has short light hair, is skinny, & wears glasses was super accommodating & friendly) and the location of the hotel is perfect, but this is not a 4-star hotel; I would recommend it as a 2 or 3-star hotel. At check-in, we were only provided 1 key per room (we booked 2 rooms with 2 people in each room). When I first walked into the room, it looked nice and a good size (could fit two medium sized luggage and still have a bit of room), but I noticed right away that it had not been vacuumed and it was never vacuumed during our stay. There are no closets, just cabinets. A drawer in one of the cabinets was broken and looks like it was propped up with a piece of fabric? We didn’t really use the drawers, just the cabinet to hang jackets.

After the first night, the bed was made and towels were replaced but the glassware was not changed. I had to call to request the glasses and coffee mugs get replaced. The tissue box ran out in bathroom during our stay but was never changed.

While there was a thermostat in the room, it didn’t work. There was no air circulation and when we called, we were told that air would not be turned on ahead of city regulations. The room got stuffy quickly and was very hot at night. Thankfully there was a small balcony and we could open the door to get air in.

On the third morning (after the second night), room service knocked to get in to clean. We had not left yet so I asked the man to come back in 20 minutes. A few seconds later, there’s another knock on the door. The same man hands me a set of towels and barged right into the room to start cleaning even though I asked him to come back in 20 min. I first asked him to leave, he pointedly said “no” and proceeded to keep cleaning. I stood by the door and had to force him out. It frightened me because my mother was in the room with me and what if we were still getting dressed and a mysterious man walked right in? I was nervous to leave thinking something would happen when they came back to the room to clean.

The location of the hotel is very good; metro and louvres are extremely close. Some of the staff at reception are not very well trained and dont master english and even french very well. The rooms are refurnished and spacious. I would recommend to the management to have a better training for the staff with direct contact with the clients. I had asked them for a quiet room when I made a reservation a lot of time before our stay because my husband had a very critical heart surgery and he needs proper rest. They gave me a room facing the most crowded street of the hotel with 4 to 5 restaurants in it, their operations start at 6:15am with trucks loading and downloading merchandise, which made sleeping very hard for my husband, i explained the situation for the staff who tried to give me another room but it was also facing the street so it was no use to change. If the staff or the management had really taken my medical report into consideration, the room would have been properly allocated in advance and we would have faced this issue all along our stay. Hope this comment would be useful for consideration. Thank you
