It deserves its price, but no more.
The main advantage is its location in the very center and cheap price. Just to have a sleep in a separate room and continue the way.
It is rather clean, but not cosy at all, it obviously needs to be refreshed.
The water in the shower is just warm, not hot.
On our arrival the administrator was absent and couldn't be achieved by the phone, we had to wait until he returns.
So, it is quite OK if you don't have high expectations considering price for such a perfect location.

Very well located, you can walk to both the historic old town as the train station. The rooms are rather small and austere. Perfect for short stays
Couldn't been better. Friendly staff, nice beds, close to the "Petite France" and parkinghouse across the street. Been here three times, soo far...
