There are also many mirrors in the back of the room (of course, we stayed in two slightly different rooms). I feel that if you don't care about the exterior, this hotel is worth 700+

The rooms aren't very large, but for a solo traveler, they're a godsend. The promenade is nearby, and all public transportation is just steps away

Nice place to stay near to the beach

everything was good, the location near the sea, the cleanliness of the bathroom, the fridge + kettle in the room, the friendliness of the owner who carried my suitcase

There's a coffee machine, a kettle, and a fresh croissant awaits you in a bag at the door every morning. Always smiling and always willing to help. If I return to Nice, I'll definitely be there

But overall it’s in a good location not too far from the beach and price is reasonable. Two owners are lovely persons

It was a great night, with a clean room, a nice balcony which added a lot to the atmosphere of the hotel room, and the warm welcoming and very friendly dealing from the receptionists Charles and Julia , and I hope to come back to this hotel again as I really liked the city

Great location with beautiful area outside. The room was small but with nice balcony. The only suggestion I have is to add bottled water, kettle and selection of tea/coffee in the room. I struggled with this I must say

Hotel Albert 1er is a charming quiet hotel removed from but very close to the main beach activity as well as the historic area of Cannes (le Suquet) - the perfect combination of atmosphere and convenience

Nice stay. Excellent service, good breakfast. Although located on a busy street, the hotel is well isolated. Sea view in some rooms. Close to Le Suquet area. Parking available. Can only recommend!

The only negative was that we were on the ground floor so there’s a bit of noise with people coming in and out and the breakfast being prepped and served, but that didn’t bother us as we were up and out early both mornings

But what we loved most was our hostess, who made us feel right at home and also made available / served up an outstanding buffet breakfast. We ate on a beautiful, lush green terrace - perfect way to start our day

It is up a hill so a bit of a trek with luggage but only around 5-10 mins to town depending on where you’re going (downhill). Super friendly staff with excellent English

The bed was very clean and the linens felt amazing — soft, fresh, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were spotless

I had a wonderful stay at Des Congrès et Festivals. The location was absolutely perfect – everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy

The owner, Philippe, was very welcoming and provided great recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The hotel itself was spotless, very well maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail

Bathroom sliding door is crooked and broken, not up to standard. Same problem: loose and flimsy electrical outlets – not good for electronic devices. Air conditioner remote control is esoteric

Good location in the city centre. The lifts are being operated only in the half of the building, thus it could be quite complicated if you have large bags with you. I did not try the breakfast, so nothing to comment

Great spot can be easily reached from station (walking) and bus connections to airport. Plenty of places to eat and drink and shop within walking distance

The location is as good as you can get in this small city - right above a beautiful street lined with outdoor cafes, and easy walk to the center beach area

The room faced onto the street so nights were sometimes disturbed by groups of people talking loudly outside the cafe below, but traffic noise was not a problem

Monsieur Sebastian, in particular, is very friendly and hospitable. Rooms with balconies offer a completely different kind of pleasure. If I travel to Nice again, I wouldn’t look for another hotel

I was contacted by a staff member a day or two before our arrival, to give us instructions on how to find the hotel and access the hotel using a pass-code. She also provided prompt information when I asked for it

AMMI is nicely situated on the edge of the old city, just seconds from the lanes and passage-ways which make this part of town so attractive, with their bars, cafes and restaurants

Airy room with cheerful blue window shutters opens up and we could see the beautiful sea a little and the cute street. Bathroom was very nice too, if I come again to Cannes (hopefully) definitely want to stay here again

Extremly friendly and helpful people. Room was every day when we returned in perfect condition. On top perfect located between Croixette (Beach), Town, Harbour and Rayway station

Fantastic stay here! We were delivering chocolates to Cannes Film Festival and Jean Michel was so helpful when I needed something printed and to leave my bag for a few hours after checkout

Wonderful place to stay Loved everything about this hotel! Excellent location, comfortable bed, designed with every detail to meet the needs of the guests in a very stylish way

One thing to mention though if you have limitations with stairs might want to ask for a low floor, we stayed at 4th floor and it was a walk up which did not bother us

The location is PERFECT and the secure entry feels safe. I am hoping to come back next year and will definitely stay here again

Centrally located in Rue Antibes, the location was central, the room with a balcony and a backyard view was convenient and the staff were efficient, Breakfast offered morning time at the terrace with a tiny swimming pool

The first floor balconies are really big and have sun loungers. For the beach, you have two options: A public beach, 5-minute walk away or the hotel’s private beach, costs €25 per person

The location was very nice and conveniently close to the beach. We enjoyed the water very much. It was a little too far from the city center to walk, but we were told we could take the bus

Some of the room photos here may look a bit old, but the hotel has been fully renovated since then. The rooms are modern, clean, and all offer beautiful sea views

Seems that 'off season' there is nothing to do or eat in the immediate area. Our room was a fair size and had a good bathroom with lots of storage. Nice amenities in the bathroom

It is really close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. But as a inside, there was no hot water while I was showering, room was so cold and had thin walls. Spoons and the cups in the room was dirty

Close to Old Nice, (5 min walk) tons of restaurants, shopping and 2 block to Prom. 12 min brisk walk to the the train station. There is a little courtyard to sit in for some outside time and quiet

The room could be even improved but I understand the new owners are already working on that. I warmly recommands this hotel and will certainly stay there again

I was granted early checkin on arrival which I was grateful for after a very early start. The room was quirky and reflects the style of the old building it is in. Everything worked ok though and the staff were great

My whole family and I were so delighted to stay in Reviera Eden Place. It was so nice, clean and Cozy. The location is near to everything. Shopping, supermarkets, beach. Our 1 bedroom were upgraded to 2 bedrooms

Central location, great service and all rooms were clean and tidy. Basic hotel accommodation, but exactly what we needed and good if you're travelling in a small group.

They exceeded our expectations and accommodated our need for parking on-site, 100% secure, basement parking, easy load/unload into elevator from basement parking area, taking the car in the special elevator was a thrilling experience

The staff is super friendly and nice. The property is very clean and quiet. The room was fully equipped for a longer-term stay with kitchen. The location is ideal and we loved the balcony

The staff at the hotel was amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pictures of the lobby are slightly deceptive as it's quite small, but overall lovely experience and would totally stay again and recommend!

I managed to negotiate the driver down to 70 Euros one way - still a rip off for a half hour journey, but that's what we paid for an uber, so a good yardstick for local prices. Anyways, can highly recommend the hotel

The staff are fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly and the facilities are great for a hostel too! I stayed in the large dorm room out the back, and there was plenty of toilets and bathrooms so I was never kept waiting - the beds were clean and comfortable enough 👍 It's also really easy to get to from the train station/bus terminus

If you enter the hostel, you might observe that the place was not meant to be an hostel but somehow they have converted it well into hostel. Location wise it's well connected just opposite to St

So if you want you can heat your food. Hotel is located just about 12 minutes by walk from the sea and even less from city center

Entrance to parking was difficult: a door that looks close but opens when you approach. It has a minimalist lobby and there were plenty of guests on a tour. Breakfast was not bad for the price

The hotel is located in a quiet community, about 20 minutes from Nice Airport. The hotel has free parking spaces, and the waiters are warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious

Had a fantastic time here. Friendly receptionists,clean rooms and actually working AC! The outside traffic during the evening was annoying , but that is not the problem of the hotel.
