The location is unbeatable, it's very convenient to go anywhere, the room feels very good, the location in District 1 is relatively safe, and it's a great stay experience!
The room is not big and it is a bit crowded to put two large suitcases, but it is very central and safe. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the Louvre. There are many restaurants downstairs, including a Chinese restaurant
The hotel is very good, the location is ideal. The rooms have robes and slippers. There is everything you need for living except dental supplies. Breakfasts are not very varied, but delicious
The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the Louvre and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall comfort was high
Very, very good.
Facilities: Excellent.
Cleanliness: Excellent, but I did see a small cockroach.
Environment: Excellent.
Service: Excellent.
Excellent location.
The hotel was in the perfect place to see the sites of Paris. Staff friendly and rooms perfect for our needs

We got the added bonus of stepping out onto a small balcony & look to the left and what do we see, a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower
Convenient location within walking distance of Montmartre attractions. Public underground parking for cars is a 7-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are small, but cozy and clean
It was an unexpected hotel where the location is amazing . Close to a lot of little cafes which I love.
We walked and it took about 25 mins but you could get the Metro which would leave you with a 5-8 min walk. The area is quite hilly and probably not suitable for wheelchair users or those who struggle with walking
The hotel is very well located in a lively tourist area. It offers excellent soundproofing from street noise, a superb breakfast, and very friendly staff. The room was a bit small for a 4-star hotel.
Also it helped that they all spoke English! Rooms was small but all that we needed for 3 night stay. We did not have the breakfast. Highly recommend this property in Montmarte
Due to a flight delay, we arrived close to midnight. The check-in driver was incredibly nice and immediately confirmed my information (he even addressed me by name, which was a real plus)
I can barely speak either French or English, but they were very accommodating to me. I felt bad that I couldn't speak much. For breakfast, I decided the menu for the next morning the day before and wrote it down on paper
Check-out was scheduled for 11:00, but knowing we had an evening flight, he told us we could check in before 12:00, so we didn't need to worry. I highly recommend this hotel; it's an excellent value
The staff kept the room clean every day for our three-night stay. A special thank you to the driver on the day shift. He was incredibly friendly and wished us a nice day every day
The place was clean and cute, the staff lovely and plenty of places not far, great as a hub if you want to head out and explore
I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit Paris

Perfect location for going to cinemas and theatres. A minor drawback regarding breakfast: a separation (a thick curtain, for example) from the reception area would be welcome. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices
Since we had three people (each with our own luggage) it would’ve been great to have additional luggage racks so our suitcases didn’t have to lay on the floor. Overall, I would absolutely stay here next time I’m in Paris
Although the hotel room was small, it was spacious by Parisian standards. The room layout was reasonable and the facilities were complete. A double bed plus a sofa bed made it perfect for a family of three
The skylight window upstairs was a nice touch that allowed for fresh air. Bathroom felt luxurious and spa-like with dual shower heads, towel warmer, and vanity sink
We felt the plugs were in odd places so you had to plug your devices in across the room sometimes. Hotel staff were so welcoming and kind; they always greeted us when entering/exiting
Lobby is warm and inviting with 24 hour coffee and tea as well as an honor bar each evening with wine, beer and spirits. Neighborhood has lots of great restaurants and shops nearby
Had a distinct honour of staying at this amazing hotel in rooms 62 and 30!
The suite, room 62, is a piece of art! Complete with a turntable, collection of vinyl, amazing furniture and room full of character with a great view!
We decided to extend our stay, and unfortunately room 30 was the only one available and it was smaller but amazing character as well with a stunning cabinet bar, cool art and...
Breakfast was incredible! Staff was all lovely and so helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Thank you!
It cheekily embraces the salacious history of this neighbourhood through the art and accessories. Located a few steps from a metro and bus lines that make travel to all the top sites in Paris extremely convenient
I stayed there for my birthday and they left a very cute handwritten note in the room! The neighborhood is very chic with many local cafes and restaurants to try. Public transportation was also easily accessible
I wanted to leave this review because I read others on this site after I booked (through a different platform with excellent reviews) and I worried that I made the wrong choice
Nice design. Perfect Paris view. Wonderful young and vibrant staff. Great breakfast. Close to Metro Pigalle and Montmartre. Can truly recommend.
We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but understand it was very good. The front desk staff were wonderful, thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. On occasion, the maid staff missed replacing coffee and towels
Really great breakfast with lots of options. Room was cute, clean and bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly with multiple languages spoken.
The location is fabulous and I would not hesitate to stay again
Convenient, room was small but minuscule as always in Paris. Excellent and friendly support from the reception. Beautiful decoration and work area. Very beautiful breakfast area with plenty of good food
The room was very sweetly decorated. The staff, always accommodating, went out of their way to make our visit wonderful. It all made for a great 10-day vacation in Paris!
It's not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. We stayed in a 3 star earlier during this trip to France in the 6th arr which we enjoyed more
Where to start?!
Everything is perfect: from the waiting/siting area with gorgeous decoration, to the breakfast area and the room!
Exactly as the pictures on their website and even better!
The staff is great, nice and friendly! Even the dog is super cute and friendly!!!!
Next time
I’m very happy with my stay here. Everything was perfect I love the location. The nightlife and bars nearby are fantastic! Hotel is very clean and the best thing is the balcony! Would definitely come back :)
This will be there again! First time I feel like home in an hotel in Paris!
A big thanks to the team!
Reasonably priced hotel considering the area it's in. The room was a bit small but we chose one with a balcony so that more than makes up for it, experience-wise
The hotel is cosy, keep an eye out for the friendly cat often found snoozing on the reception sofas! There is a lift however it is very very small
The room itself was fine, although given the age of the building there was an obvious uneven floor slanting to one corner of the room

It’s a convenient location good with a variety of restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores as well as nearby to transportation hub/metro. The staffs were very helpful, especially John and Armel. Highly recommended.
Hotel is a well-regarded, 4-star choice in the 14th arrondissement, offering a blend of convenience and value for Paris
Nice touch of complimentary mini bar/snacks and lounge bar for coffee and drinks also complimentary. I highly recommend this hotel. 00 was well worth it with a fresh juice bar
Fabulous location close to Gare Montparnasse Station and Pernity stations. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Room compact and has everything you need
I always stay here when visiting Paris. The location is super convenient, close to everything you need. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained—highly recommend!
I have booked a king-sized bed, the facilitate in room are really clean and comprehensive. And you have various options for delivery. Suggest the hotel to everyone.
Good, very good, very good, good, very good, very good, good, very good, very good, good, very good, very good, good, very good, very good, good, very good, very good, good, very good, very good, good, very good, very good
Ideal for family trips, with a safe and convenient location within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. Rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring cleanliness and comfort
The front desk staff are warm and attentive. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations and is highly recommended
Friendly staff, situated near the arc de triumph. Nice boulangeries nearby
The front desk service, breakfast, and facilities were all great!
The air conditioning didn't work & it was really hot.......

We did have to take the subway to most of the sites, and got a little frustrated with that because of trouble using our credit cards in the ticket machines, which kept asking for a pin
Accommodating and friendly staff. Loved the rooftop bar with great views. (The attached nightclub a little noisy, but didn’t bother us
We enjoyed our stay very much!!!! Thank you!
very nice restaurant and friendly service. Maybe the room that we had 216 was a bit dark? But overall we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay in this hotel
The environment on the top floor is good, you can drink and eat, but the place is not very big, but it is still crowded at night
Generally it was a good stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well located, easy to get around
It’s a nice hotel in the Latin quarter of Paris. It’s walking distance to Notre dame which is the best thing it has going for it. I don’t think the champagne bubble theme was my taster but it’s a well renovated hotel
The location is perfect, in the Latin Quarter, between Notre Dame and the Pantheon. The staff is absolutely wonderful! They upgraded our room and were always helpful with everything! Thank you so much!
The bathroom is small but functional; obviously, and unfortunately, it lacked a bidet. The room also included free water (a carafe) with a coffee maker, shampoo, body lotion, and slippers; conditioner was not available
Amazing location 10 minutes walking distance from the seine, 5 minutes away from late night food and bars and still managed to be in a very quiet area for a peaceful sleep. 7 minutes away from the metro as well
The only thing I would warn against is the single room - it’s too small for a tall guest or anyone with a suitcase. So I upgraded to a double room and had a much more comfortable stay
We even got upgraded to a larger room which was a lovely surprise! We ended each night drinking champagne in our room. We would stay here again and recommend friends and family to stay here

Room a bit too small with no room to put the luggage and even the bath towels. Other than that very close to metro and shopping. Lots of dinning facilities nearby
no towel change unless we required so disapoinnted. the reception guy was good
The room wasn't huge and the facilities were a bit dated, but it was clean. Breakfast was just okay. Overall, it was a pretty good stay 👍
Excellent location near the Champs-Élysées. Everything is within walking distance and the staff is friendly!
Very clean and supplied with good amenities, even coffee machine
Amazing staff from the first encounter
There recommendations and picks are amazing
They speak 4_5 languages
Fast and attend to your need in seconds
For a small room it was really nice and I really recommend it if you a solo traveler
It was an easy walk to great cafes and the Montmartre neighborhood which we really enjoyed. We were welcomed by two very friendly men at the front desk upon our arrival. They were a wonderful part of our stay
The location of the hotel is perfect. But I have one suggestion that Hotel management should think of flexible check-in timing if the guests arrive early. We waited for a few hours to get room keys
I’m still very grateful to had been in a hotel that even offered aircon so I’m not upset by any means! We loved this hotel and would most certainly stay again when we inevitably return to Paris!
The room was situated directly under the roof, making mornings uncomfortably hot. The low ceiling was a constant hazard, requiring careful navigation to avoid hitting one's head and shoulders.
My friend and I came to Paris for our first ever trip and we are so very happy we chose the maxim opera! We love that it was in a cute area of Paris, not too busy outside on the average day
Only issue I can think of was the mediocre wifi, which let me look up websites but struggled to do much else
The center. The hotel is a bit dated, the breakfast is weak. It's worth staying for its location.
The hotel’s location is great, but the kindness of the staff made it feel even more special—better than a five-star luxury hotel! If I ever visit Paris again, I will definitely stay here again
J’ai séjourné dans une chambre triple pendant trois nuits, et tout était parfait. La chambre était en excellent état, le chauffage fonctionnait très bien, et les installations étaient très propres
The staff kindly helped me arrange a shared taxi, which allowed me to get to the airport safely and at a reasonable price. I really appreciated their warm smiles and exceptional hospitality
It was my first time visiting Paris, and on the last day, I had to travel to the airport alone since my travel companions and I were going separate ways
However, this time the double room was really too small, there was no more free water, and we had to bring our own toiletries. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby, all within a few minutes' walk
Our room was slanted; I stayed in room 302. I hope the hotel can fix the floor to make it level. Otherwise, everything was great. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby, and the staff cleans every day.
Pleasant concierge staff, from check in to directions to check out. The room is small but didn't bother us, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was bigger than expected
It was so good I'd definitely return. It was in a great location, clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the front desk staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.
Overall experience is nice, felt the hospitality from the lobby, and since we are not French native speakers they are very good in English to communicate.
This hotel was extended again because of its good location, close to Galeries Lafayette and Spring/Summer Paris, just a few minutes' walk away
The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. They clean the room every day and put chocolates on the bedside. They reply to emails very quickly. They reserved a high-rise balcony room for us with a great view
I’ve been to this hotel twice- and it never fails me. The rooms are generous compared to some Parisian hotels. It is in a great location- that has many locals, restaurants, bakeries, small boutiques
The metro is a quick few minute walk. You can enjoy a leisurely walk to the Sacre Cuore, the Louvre. I could stay anywhere, but I think I will always come back to this place
I like this hotel very much, the experience is perfect. The interior decoration of the hotel is small and exquisite, with a retro feel
There’s a reason I return year after year. Great location, reasonably priced, clean, great decor, lots to do and eat around.
The location is perfect - central to many attractions but feels like a neighborhood and great for exploring Lo Pi. Comfortable rooms with good design. Lots of charming details to make your stay here a welcoming one

The hotel is really nice and really good location, however the pool was closed and it was not indicated when the reservation has been done
The staff were excellent and very friendly! Even after I checked out, when they noticed I was having some communication problems with the taxi driver, they proactively came out to translate for me, helped me with my luggage, and opened the car door for me – very thoughtful!
The hotel's location is extremely convenient, a five-minute walk to Galeries Lafayette, a five-minute walk to the Chanel flagship...
Location is good within 5mins walk from 3 metro stations (Auber, Opera & Madeleine), Executive Room is in good size & have adequate space to open two large size luggages at same time, reasonable soundproof with minimal construction noise on two days out of my 9-days stay, generally clean & tidy, overhead shower with stable heat water supply, air condition and ventilation are surprisingly good
Very good location, it’s a center of shopping area! You can buy lots of stuffs and come back to pack anytime. The area is very safe and easy to go to public transportation. Staffs are very helpful. Love this place!
Maybe the flush pressure was too high, water will leak through the toilet seat when I flush with lid covered. The shower also easy to leak water and the sink easy to splash. Other than that I think it’s excellent!
Downside: drinking water available at lobby only with no kettle in room but available upon request, no bedside electrical socket (USB ports available), table at room corner is slightly small

Cool hotel with old world charm that is very walkable and close to some cool things. The room was very comfortable with nice linens and a comfortable bed and desk area. they boasted nice views as well
There was one very crusty gentleman on the desk at night, who was unprofessional, (complaining about the new management, saying they were too cheap to put coffee in the room, and we couldn’t have an additional packet of instant, even though only one had been provided etc
Cosy beautiful hotel in great neighborhood
Very cosy, clean and stylish room. Quiet even if in a lively neighborhood. The breakfast is a bit small, but tastes good
Beautiful and excellent hotel. The room was so luxurious, the bed was very comfy, close to the metro so using Google Maps you can get to and from top places like the Tour Eiffel and Champs Élysées.
We purchased the breakfast option which met all of our needs with a good selection of fresh fruit, English style breakfast as well as European
, ) bordering on rude, and this is the reason for my four star rating instead of five. The day staff was exceptional – very helpful
The staff made our stay very pleasant and went out of their way to make us comfortable by switching us to a larger room. We would definitely return
We had some incredible baguettes and croissants from Boulangerie 28, which is just on the next corner and a lovely French bistro experience, which catered for kids at Bistro Camille. Highly recommend this amazing place!
The staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere every step of the way!the area is brilliant, with a 10 second walk to bastille metro which links you to the Louvre and other incredible sights
We absolutely loved our stay at this warm and welcoming hotel. The family room was perfect for our family of 4
The Le Marais area is gorgeous with so many choices of bakeries and patisseries and not overrun with tourists
Central location, clean and comfortable hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and easy access to many attractions.

“Impeccable hotel: clean and comfortable rooms, extremely kind and helpful staff. Perfect location for exploring the city, and a varied and excellent breakfast. A truly pleasant stay, we will definitely be back.”
The hotel location is almost perfect. Marais, Opera, Louvre is around half an hour walk. There are 2 metro stations eat hotel where you can go to almost everywhere with only one change
The front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave us homemade pastries; the service was excellent.
The room is in a great location, close to both East and North Stations, with convenient dining options downstairs. Most importantly, the room is simply and warmly decorated, with excellent hygiene
They also provide complimentary snacks and free luggage storage, making travel very convenient. I'm very satisfied and look forward to staying here again
The hotel is clean and nice, the area itself is close to the train station, so we chose it before our trip. The photo shows the view from the window.
