Having read other reviews, we arrived at the Ibis with trepidation only to be pleasantly surprised :) Staff at reception on arrival very helpful and welcoming - queried our twin room and changed to a double without question when asked

The ground floor serves as a party hall, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a coffee. This hotel is super convenient due to its proximity to Gare du Nord, making it incredibly easy to get to and from Paris Airport.

Location is near to Metro ease of transport to airport and other areas.   Only thing is no kettle in room for hot water but can boil hot water and lobby- free coffee & tea- self Service

The room size for City Centre and very near to train station was very good as usually they are quite small. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful

Had a lovely stay here, quiet and clean. Short walk to 2 metro stations, and a few really nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Maybe 20min walk to Eurostar train station, which was perfect for us.

The hotel is lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious and worth the price. All of the staff were great but Selima was especially helpful with booking restaurant reservations and museum and cruise tickets

Good hotel, but I wouldn’t say it’s great. The room was quite small as expected, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the washroom, especially the shower. But wow was the toilet in a tight spot

Close to notre dame and metro line. Lots of things to see around. Everyone was friendly and the rooms were small but clean and comfortable

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a great location. Small room (which we expected) was fine, but room and corridors could do with decoration and freshening up.

The room was neat and well-equipped, with convenient transportation and a supermarket downstairs for easy shopping.

It was our first visit to Paris so thank you for making it so memorable, Enrique was the perfect gentleman, he helped us move our belongings and Hassan you are just CRAZY! like us! Which was a relief to meet someone who understood our british humour, they was both so welcoming and ready to answer any questions we had, which came in handy as we weren't the best at speaking french, both had amazing personalities...

Nice apartment hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable and spaxious room. Full kitchenette. Tram T3b next and grocery as well. Nice curvy green building.

All non-alcoholic soft drinks in the room were chargeable. The pool and shower areas were unsanitary and smelly. I was very disappointed with the breakfast; it was one of the worst I've had among similar hotels

Stayed here for one night and i will say one of the best service i have received! From the door man to front desk to the concierge! All were amazing! The rooms were 10/10!Location is also ideal from everything! Highly recommended!

This hotel is incredible and the staff are fantastic! The rooms are fabulous and the restaurants and bar are a must visit. The team in the lobby bar go out of their way to ensure you have a positive experience

This review is for the restaurant. The food was great, the staff was attentive and kind, and the decor is fun! The quotes and writing on the ceiling were a great mix of fun, introspective, and moving

Good location, slightly out of the main city but really easy to get to by metro. Nice bakeries nearby. The 3 for amenities is based on the lack of tea and coffee making facilities and how tiny the rooms are.

The hotel itself has a very cool and modern vibe. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the on-site parking garage is reasonably priced by Paris standards — a big plus. Definitely not my last stay here!

I have stayed at Mama Shelter Paris East twice: The first time I was curious about this boutique hotel that I had read about and the second time because I liked this quirky comfortable hotel

From the outside there are few signs of the playful design touches within the hotel. The decor is dark with liberal splashes of graffitti on the carpets, walls and ceilings

Friendly staff. Clean room fitting the description. Cool layout and atmosphere. The restaurant looks good even though I did not have a chance to try it.

You can't find a better location. Everything about this stay was excellent, especially the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Dinner was fantastic, and the location is excellent, right next to Versailles. A truly great experience!

The breakfast buffet was excellent too, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options (several kinds of cereals, various egg dishes, cheeses and cold cuts, sausages, pastries, yogurts, vegetables and fruits, tea, coffee and juices)

The location was perfect for a visit to the castle. The room was very well done and even with a slight heating discrepancy, the staff were proactive in resolving our concern

Excellent location near the palace. Concierge helped us with check-in and was incredibly patient. Temporary stopping outside for check-in. Parking is right of hotel and the left set of gates underground

Navigating is tight, spots are limited, spaces are very wide- take your time! All staff are polite, respectful, kind. This is the 4-star service you'd expect and really sets the standard for great service

A really well presented boutique style hotel in the paris bastille area, the decor in the bedrooms very comfortable and relaxing, breakfast area, bar and inroom service dining available, the pool and spa area is my favourite part of the hotel with spa massage available and , sauna plus steam room , the staff all very friendly and helpful at anytime

The hotel staff was very helpful with all my questions, professional and it didn’t hurt that they were young and cute! The beds were super comfy with nice bedding. They even had a heated rack for hanging wet towels

Unfortunately we didn’t have time to go to the pool, but it looked really cute with a sunny skylight. I would love to come back and stay there again!

The spa and luxury products in the room were a treat! Also, they also have the best Aperol Spritz I have ever had, which was particularly enjoyable while we lounged in our robes and got ready to go out for dinner

The service exceeded my expectations! It was my husband's birthday, and the hotel specially decorated the room with balloons, birthday wishes, some champagne, and a cake! They helped with parking and gave us bottled water and chewing gum before we left!

I had an amazing stay at Maison Albar Le Diamond Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel offers an excellent value for money—luxurious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable

A five-star hotel at a lower price point, but it really didn't live up to the standard. I guess you get what you pay for.

Plus, there are plenty of supermarkets and coffee shops downstairs!

The place was easy and accessible, it was sometimes hard to find a staff member but the hotel it was attatched to helped us a lot when we couldn't find them. Other than that the stay was reasonable for the price we paid.

Metro station is just in front of the hotel and there are many eateries and grocery shops. There is no room cleaning through the stay, towels changing is self service

The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with kitchen appliances like a microwave, induction hob, and dishwasher, plus an ironing board, making it perfect for self-catering

Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast

There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and three metro lines are right on the doorstep. The Eiffel Tower is just a kilometer's walk away, making it ideal for a short stay

Location wise is good with easy access to public transportation - metro station and bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Few halal outlets around the hotel area and Monoprix (a supermarket) is just next building

Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up. We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay

The hotel is quite close to the Orden metro station, but you have to walk up a narrow, uphill sidewalk to get there. However, there are several metro and bus stations nearby, making it very convenient for getting around

Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a seasoned traveler to Paris, the hotel’s location is perfect for immersing yourself in the culture and charm of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel is another standout feature

The hotel is amazing. Comfortable beds, enough space in the room. Very clean and tidy. Every day you get complementary coffee. :) The location is perfect right. Netflix on tv. Definitely will return when in Paris.

We were two people, the toilet super clean and towels and all was super! The soaps are Nuxe and it is premium feeling

You can also walk to Notre Dame on Île de la Cité in under 15 minutes, and the Luxembourg Gardens are right behind the hotel. The hotel's decor has a charming, old-world feel, clearly showing the building's age

You'll need to ask the front desk for those. The reception staff are very friendly and quick to assist. The room's aisle isn't very wide; you'll need to adjust the chair to open two suitcases simultaneously

If there was a weight bar or slightly heavier weights, it would be a serious upgrade. In addition, the hotel has a list of recommended restaurants that they might want to check the suggestions on the list again

Although I was given a triple room late at night when I checked in, the double bed had been turned into two beds pushed together—I guess they didn't have any double rooms left and just gave me a random one

But I was still very satisfied with the cleanliness, bedding, and room comfort. There was plenty of space even with my suitcase unfolded. The triple room even had two sinks and two showers

It should be quite convenient if there are multiple guests. The hotel's mini-fridge had two bottles of bottled water and one bottle of sparkling water, all free

The best part for me was the treats in lobby that is completely free. When you return to hotel after a long day of walking and staying in cold, sipping tea at the lobby was very good. I strongly recommend this hotel

There was also coffee available continuously on the first floor in the afternoon and evening. The location is relatively perfect, but there's no elevator to the nearby subway stations (Lines 8 and 9)

It was quite expensive, perhaps because it was Fashion Week. The facilities were decent, about the level of a four-star hotel.

The hotel was fairly close to most things but if you don’t want to walk 10-15mins then UBER’s were quick to get to the hotel and even when taxi’s were called they arrived in a couple of minutes

A beautiful black kitten will be your bodyguard throughout the castle, who is no longer young and has been serving the castle for almost 20 years! The staff was very kind, intelligent and helpful, so it's no wonder I felt very good

The suite was modern in style and very clean. The gastronomic experience was wonderful, but no wonder because the restaurant and the Head Chef Grégory Garimbay have a Michelin star! So it's understandable why

It's no wonder that many people come here for lunch and dinner, because this experience will remain unforgettable forever, thanks to the restaurant manager and staff also

You can relax and have a sip in two bars, in the garden area and in the "library"

I would definitely recommend it to everyone

Since they noticed breakfast was included and we wouldn't be able to enjoy it since it starts at 7am, they went over and beyond with letting us know they will provide a breakfast to go for us, asking anything we like in advance

A wonderful hotel for visiting Paris. Conveniently located—almost everything is within walking distance, delicious breakfasts, a coffee machine in the room, and very friendly and helpful staff.

I asked her why and we are paying €26 per person for breakfast and we only got leftovers and it’s only 9am in the morning. She said oh if you come at 7:30am there are fruits but no more now

She even said - oh this hasn’t happened in their hotel for the past 2 years. When we heard this kind of response from a manager level, we know why their employee behaves like this

This manager didn’t apologize for any inconvenience their employee has caused to us and didn’t offer any solution either after we told her what happened

When I made a complaint to a manager of the hotel, the lady came to me without introducing herself so we don’t know her name or exact title at all
