If I go to Paris again, I would definitely consider choosing this hotel; points one and two alone make it very worthwhile

What's more, the subway is literally less than 50 meters from the hotel entrance, which is incredibly convenient

Downstairs and in the nearby streets, there are many restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery, all very handy

The rooms were nice! The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. 💕

Taking the subway is very convenient, and the price is reasonable. Booking through Ctrip is cheaper than TripAdvisor. The receptionist was friendly, and the deposit was refunded instantly

On a sunny day, you can also enjoy a leisurely 20-minute stroll to the Opera or a 30-minute walk to the Louvre. The hotel has been renovated and features clean, modern rooms with comfortable mattresses

The staff is welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist you. Guests can enjoy a delicious French breakfast that includes a variety of pastries, a selection of cheeses, and coffee

Our room service was exceptional, the beds were made every day, bathroom was always fresh and spotless clean. I would recommend the restaurant, the food was delicious and drinks also were good

The staff at the hotel are super helpful and will go out of their way to help and are always friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent for access to transport links.

The location was perfect for our family vacation. Close to a metro station and easy walk to many restaurants. The staff was excellent and very friendly

They were extremely helpful storing our luggage upon arrival and departure. We were traveling with an infant and they kindly stored our ice packs in their freezer each evening

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a lively area with numerous restaurants one or two minutes away. Most of them also had happy hours on a daily basis

After spending hours researching the different areas in Paris we finally decided on this hotel given its proximity to the river (and therefore to areas such as the Latin quarter) and its overall central location

This is not a 5 star hotel when compared to, for example, The Savoy, in London; but, it is a very good 4 star hotel. The breakfast is actually the best breakfast we have had at any hotel or resort, ever

Did I mention the amazing breakfast? It makes everything else irrelevant and worth staying here. Overall, if you are in Paris and like the convenience of the Pont Neuf area, this is a very good hotel

The reason I gave 4 stars overall is our experience. I did not like the having to wait in a sitting room to get the room. It is not the luxury experience they think it is

The hotel has a long history and should be renovated as a whole. The interior is gorgeous and brand new. The location is 3 minutes walk from the Louvre. Going to the Louvre is like taking a walk after dinner

We booked two nights and extended our stay for one night. We went to the Louvre three times in three days. There were not many passers-by at the door. It may be that there were no idle people during the Olympics

The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with plenty of fresh options. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions but still peaceful and quiet

There is a cafe on the corner. The hotel's own restaurant is called cafe 51. We watched the closing ceremony of the Olympics with tourists from all over the world. The atmosphere is very relaxed

Outstanding central location next to the Louvre and Metro. Beautiful modern styling and decor inside. The hotel building is elegant with classical limestone exteriors overseeing an intimate courtyard

The connecting room was very good and suitable for our family of 4. The staff were very warm and friendly, and the location was very convenient, just a 3-5 minute walk from the Louvre.

On the positive side, the pool and steam room area is very nice and especially pleasant during winter. The fitness area, however, feels dull and poorly equipped, with basic, low quality treadmill

As for the swimming pool and the spa area it's a disaster, there are far too many people it's very clearly not the size of the establishment in addition to being very dark which is not pleasant either

The mattresses are of poor quality and caused a sinking feeling in the bed, making sleep uncomfortable. Street traffic can also be clearly heard and even felt in the rooms due to constant rumbling

I feel there is nothing wrong with it, the location is good, the service is good. Oh, if I must give a suggestion, it is that the breakfast is a little monotonous

In addition, although the television is advertised as a smart TV, it does not allow connection to a phone or laptop. The spa treatment itself was rather average

I can really recommend this hotel and the two other hotels by the same management: Le Pavillon des Lettres and the Hotel de Petit Moulin. I have visited all of them, each one is great and has its own character

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Le Marais district with plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques within minutes from the hotel

We had requested a quiet room (far from the elevator) on an upper floor, but were not able to see our room upon arrival (11:30 AM) as it was not ready

The bedroom overlooked a courtyard filled with greenery which was so quiet you could leave the window open at night. The staff was abundant and super courteous. We will certainly stay there again on future visits

This is an absolutely superb hotel. My wife and I have stayed at this beautiful hotel twice and it has been wonderful both times. The hotel is secluded, quiet, gorgeous, classy, and warm

Stunning outdoor terrace off Place des Vosges. The ideal place to enjoy one of the fine wines on a sunny day. Far enough off the beaten track to be calm and peaceful

Attentive staff, all always in fine attire. Note that the drinks are all very expensive. This is one of the best areas in Paris to stay, just a block away from Pont Nuef. We stay five nights and enjoyed our time

My husband and I loved staying here. Room was not big but decorated with elegance, flowers by the window, toiletry by Hermes. Breakfast was delicious, full of very good options in a cozy restaurant

Wonderful hotel in St Gemain des Pres. Excellent facilities, generous rooms especially for Paris, and splendid bed, bathroom, bath and shower

The entire front desk staff and concierge were very professional, kind and courteous throughout the week, and housekeeping left the room immaculate each day with nice little touches at turndown service whether it be little chocolates or fruits

We were a 15 min walk from the Louvre, the Orsay, and the Luxembourg gardens to name a few. Restaurants within and adjacent the 6th district were generally very good, lots of different options to choose from each day

Great hotel with nice amenities. Around a half hour walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to metro stations. Staff are incredibly helpful and rooms are clean and comfortable. Spa was also nice downstairs

Having a central location with a bonus of a pampering swimming pool and SPA made me select this hotel

If you turn left when you leave, there's a Carrefour convenience store that has everything you need, which is super handy. Across the street at the intersection, there's a really good BBQ place

Their grilled bacon and roasted potatoes are seriously delicious! It's a shame I didn't take any pictures of the hotel room, so here are a couple of food pics from the BBQ joint instead

It is a chic and the bedding is very comfortable which we seldom met. Would definitely recommend to others. Also it is full of cafe restaurants cafes supermarket in the neighborhood

We stayed during fashion week and there were some events being held in the room below us. You can hear noise in the room, but every traveler should bring a white noise machine when traveling in big cities

We have had an amazing stay at Hotel Lancaster. The staff was welcoming, courteous and made our stay special as we were celebrating a special occasion

Our Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we required. The decor was tasteful and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was superb, delicious and high quality

So we slept like babies) The Staff - Some reviews mentioned rude staff and the French have a reputation for being less than kind, but from the minute we arrived we found the staff here to be unbelievably kind, helpful and quick to do whatever they could to assist us

My third stay at the Lancaster, and I think that in itself speaks about my satisfaction with this exceptional hotel! it has all the elements every one needs: excellent Location, spotless cleanliness, attention to details, attentive and kind stuff that makes you feel like family, large rooms and comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast

The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and almost just as import, very quiet! We stayed in a Delux King room. We eat breakfast and ordered room service, and like the hotel the food was unique and high quality

Not my top choice but Hotel Costes had Bar and SPA under renovation. It was a really good surprise with generous rooms, great service and lovely little gym which is at ground level so flooded with natural light

As a first time visitor to Paris I didn't know what to expect from this hotel. It was located in a lovely area nearby the embassies and high end shopping, within walking distance to the Concorde Metro station

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself. The staff was warm and welcoming and more than willing to help us in any way possible. The room was clean, well appointed and offered plenty of closet space

If we were missing anything they quickly provided it. We only ate breakfast there, but it surpassed our expectations offering continental breakfast, as well as regular breakfast items cooked to order

Close to the hotel is the affiliated Buddha bar (2 min walk), and that is definitely worth the experience. Great food and music!!! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Is it because I only stay in cheap hotels in Japan? There was no language stress as I didn't have to ask questions about baggage storage, check-in (you do this while sitting in the lobby next to the hotel, and they offer coffee or cocoa), baggage storage, etc

The hotel is located a little way off the main road, but it's on a busy road. Given the location, I think it's safe. The Champs-Élysées is like Omotesando, and the area around the Opera is like Ginza

We stayed in a DELUXE DOUBLE room, and there was plenty of space to spread out our luggage, and even when we ate in the room, it didn't feel cramped, so we thought it was comfortable

The room was clean, and the shower/sink and toilet were separate. The shower door was not half glass, as is common in France, but the whole door closed lol

During the day, there was always a staff member near the door, and you couldn't get on the elevator without a card. At night, the automatic doors wouldn't open without a card

Nice stay with family at this hotel. Very nice big room. Kids also enjoyed the pool given it was a really hot day. 10 min walk to Arc de triumph. Champagne bottle in the room was nice touch.

The Nolinski impresses again! Ever imagined living in a beautifully appointed and decorated Parisian apartment in one of the best locations? For five wonderful nights, my two young sons and I had this with our Nolinski stay

This hotel is amazing!! It is a boutique style hotel- not too big and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is wonderful. We were upgraded upon arrival to a junior suite which was beautiful and spacious

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Victor Hugo. My room was comfortable and, by Parisian standards, pleasantly spacious. Everything was clean, quiet and thoughtfully arranged, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable

One of the highlights was its unique location. Right next to the Reservoirs de Passy, the large water reservoir, that supplies Paris‘s fountains and parks. The staff were exceptionally kind

Great location, with metro stations very close by. There are plenty of good restaurants near the hotel and lots of breakfast options if you choose to include it with your room

We initially had a small issue with our door lock, but Paola at the front desk was amazing — she immediately offered us an upgrade and made the whole process seamless

Overall, the room was perfect, the AC worked well, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I’m ever in Paris

We had a great time, beautiful room, the upgraded our room as a surprise on arrival, super clean, nice buffet breakfast with great variety of bread and pastry, not a lot of variety on filling, but varied for every taste including vegetarian, lactose free etc

The booking comes with daily breakfast and makes our second time staying at this hotel even better

That's the only things that I saw where improvement can be done. But overall my experience was wonderful, I expect to come again very soon in the future, Thank you for everything!

However, during the afternoon while we were napping, someone unexpectedly opened the door. Not sure if it was housekeeping or by mistake, but it was a bit unsettling

Our stay at La Réserve hotel was amazing! We were in Paris for a 3-day vacation, and everything was great from the moment we arrived. The valet took our car and was super polite and always quick whenever we needed it

Overall, the whole hotel had an incredible luxury feeling, with attention to detail and beautiful Art Deco design elements throughout. Everything from the lobby to the room felt thoughtful and elegant

We stayed at this boutique unique hotel for one night and we were deeply impressed by the level of service, the customer oriented approach of the team, the convenience and close proximity to restaurants and services while it is not too close to the main streets

The new restaurant (opened June, 2025) is a total gem: the decor, the staff uniforms, the resort atmosphere and the best Beef Wellington ever! The rooms have such a clean, modern atheistic and are larger than your average Parisian hotel

Sleek modern hotel. Not my favorite location but certainly central to many tourist attractions. One downside is that even the rooms look amazing there are no outlets except one in the bathroom.
