I’m very happy with my stay here. Everything was perfect I love the location. The nightlife and bars nearby are fantastic! Hotel is very clean and the best thing is the balcony! Would definitely come back :)

Only good thing about this place was it’s location and the staff were really friendly. The rooms are very deceiving and we were stuck with a very small, claustrophobic room without any aircon. There was one table fan to share between the two of us under 28 degree heat at night. The hotel itself is very dated with cracks in the walls and roof, uneven flooring and a very tiny elevator. Not worth it for the price.

Don't recommend! Be careful when booking, the room was misadvertised and we were placed in a room with a shared toilet on the floor. Booking.com blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed booking.com and we got no refund or discount. Very disappointing experience.

Extremely well located hotel at a walking distance of everything in this area of Paris. Small lift, which can be rare in old Parisian hotels. Refurbished bathroom, which is also not that common in medium price Parisian hotels. Nice and friendly staff. Check in from 13 pm.

The hotel is not expensive with respect to its location but it doesn’t mean that compromises about cleaning and comfort shall be accepted. The room I booked (comfort double) needs to be refurbished. The bed sheets were clean but I could see some spots on the bathroom walls. The major issue of this hotel is the lack of sound proofing. I woke up at 11 pm because of a family talking in the room next to mine. I could hear every single word and could also hear a person snoring. This is not acceptable, especially for a room over 100 euros. I am a French speaker and got good service from the staff but got a bit embarrassed hearing the way English speaking customers were addressed to. Politeness shall not be the privilege of French speaking customers only, especially considering the income tourists bring to this city.

It is time Parisian hotels increase their standards.

Reasonably priced hotel considering the area it's in. Metro can be easily accessed. Staff were nice. The room was a bit small but we chose one with a balcony so that more than makes up for it, experience-wise. Overall a nice stay!

Where to start?!

Everything is perfect: from the waiting/siting area with gorgeous decoration, to the breakfast area and the room!
Exactly as the pictures on their website and even better!

The staff is great, nice and friendly! Even the dog is super cute and friendly!!!!

Next time... This will be there again! First time I feel like home in an hotel in Paris!

A big thanks to the team!

Location is great, very close to metro stops and roughly 10 minutes walk to Lafayette. The hotel is cosy, keep an eye out for the friendly cat often found snoozing on the reception sofas! There is a lift however it is very very small. If you have large suitcases you may struggle to get yourself and your furniture up to your room. The room itself was fine, although given the age of the building there was an obvious uneven floor slanting to one corner of the room. The furnishings in the room have a rustic charm to them and the bathroom although small was fine.
