Great location, friendly for people who are not tourists and who participate in normal Parisian daily lives, close to Bon marché, train stations, etc. Rooms are gracious and comfortable
Breakfast at the brasserie with the semi-outdoor seat was quintessential, the spa area was great and the indoor pool was long enough for a swim
Stayed a couple of nights here - and the hotel more than delivered. From the moment your cab arrived at the hotel, multiple doormen would come to take care of you and the luggage
They very kindly upgraded us to a balcony room, which looking back should be the room to book at a minimum. The balcony view was lovely and we enjoyed lounging there very much
During our stay we also visited Rosewood (v briefly), and you could tell MO operates at a level above in terms of services (as per our experience in HK)
The concierge desk was very helpful in providing recommendations and securing tickets for museums which was essential to avoid the long queues
The front desk reception, concierge and butler team is wonderfully kind, and special mention to Gaëtan, Xavier, Melinee, Antoine, Fabio, Rose, Adrian, Florian, Lea, and Elise- all hospitality super-stars and each took wondef care of me and were so lovely
Special thanks to the food and beverage team, especially Mareva, Jesus and Attina in le bar long and Anna and Erik in Matsuhisa- you all made me feel so comfortable, provided exceptional hospitality and palace level service
The food in both the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, bar and in room dining was amazing and I highly recommend dining at Matsuhisa. The desserts are also amazing especially the frozen brioche with bitter almond cream
The hotel’s bathtubs are divine and the clarins toiletries smell heavenly. Room #511 is lovely and spacious. The service from housekeeping was fantastic and the ladies kept my room over my 4-night stay impeccably clean
The slippers left at turndown are so soft and cozy. The hotels staircase is stunning and I loved walking down it each day. The lobby is very calm and quiet and very contemporary in its decor
Special mention to the hotels reservations team for being so efficient and friendly, especially Jariya, Camille, and Julia. They also respond to emails very swiftly

Heated towel rack in our room is not working, during breakfast at the hotel it seemed like all the Asian guests were seated in one corner, it felt a bit uncomfortable and somewhat discrminatory.
Fantastic location within walking distance to many attractions and shopping areas. We had an issue with noise from the street on the weekend and the hotel promptly changed our room to a much quieter room.
Location and hotel facilities are very nice! Shift leader Hortense was amazing! She gave me an upgrade and resolve my issues! Great Job! I will defenetely recommend Klimpton to my friends!
Excellent stay. New facilities, free drinks at social hour. The room is beautifully designed especially the shower area. I had a great stay
Excellent service and location. Room design is stylish and clean. The restaurant and the rooftop bar are really nice too.
Friendly staff very helpful and great convenient location
We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Paris Bercy! Our room was spacious, with a bathtub and shower, and comfortable beds for the three of us. The room was well-equipped and made our stay very comfortable
Great experience for an affordable 4 star hotel. We got a free upgrade to an Executive Room which was large with complimentary snacks and clean. A little on the older side but just fine
We were a group of about 25 exhausted and frustrated people hanging around the lobby and repeatedly asking her if our rooms were available. She did her best to accommodate us as the rooms became available
I arrived as part of a group that stayed a week at The Novotel Bercy. Naturally, having taken an overnight flight from the US, we arrived in the morning and the rooms were not available until about 3 PM
It started off with beautiful crepes, croissants, fresh breads, and it went on from there with eggs that were scrambled, omelettes, boiled eggs and also you could make your own eggs
Friendly staff and great service. And what’s very nice: when you step outside the hotel, you walk straight into the metro. In just two stops, you’re in the centre of Paris

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Paris! Excellent service! Freshly renovated. But expensive for rooms of this size. If you are traveling by car, you must ask the hotel to order a pass in advance
Wonderful hotel, great room, and the location was ideal! The beds were the most comfortable we have had in a very long time, and even the shoehorn was a pleasure to use
Great Location, High Security and Loving the environment
My husband and I had the best stay at this hotel! The location and staff are incredible. They went above and beyond to help celebrate my birthday. The hotel itself has a touch of a boutique feel which I personally loved
The turn down service is a great plus as we had a sofa bed open during the night for our kids and closed during the morning time to make more space in the room. The location is excellent, many great cafes, restaurants
The bed is extremely comfortable. Size of the room is decent compared to all others in Paris. The staff are extremely friendly, they call you by your last name and they really took care of all our needs

This restaurant is a whole experience! The quality of the food was flawless, my husband had the best burger. The entire vibe of the place was energetic and thrilling. We would love to visit The Palace again!
One of the best places I have stayed in, among the last 18 days in France. Let me begin with the service
A highlight of my stay was the new swimming pool area, which proved invaluable during the scorching August heat, with temperatures soaring above 100 degrees Fahrenheit
Not forgetting to mention the swimming pool! All in all I had a wonderfully restful stay!
Finally the service at breakfast was really professional yet extremely friendly/caring and helpful given the heavy snow situation and all the driving restrictions around; the staff really cared and advised us on potential options to ease our journey
Despite these minor inconveniences, I had a wonderful time at the Waldorf. The staff was incredibly caring and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The concierge was particularly helpful and knowledgeable
The room was average, but rather dark overall. The hallway felt like a typical chain five-star hotel, not at all like a hotel in this price range. Staff service was acceptable, and they responded promptly.
Not only did he greet us with a warm smile every time I entered or exited the hotel, but he also took the time to offer personalized recommendations for dining and local attractions
Mandarin Oriental, always my top choice and a brand I adore. I landed early in the morning and my room wasn't ready yet, so I headed to the breakfast restaurant
The hotel room was clean and the location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. There were plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and attractions were easily accessible
Reminding us the details that we expect to know and have. Very thoughtful gentleman, for instance, I ordered sparkling water upon check-in, then he remembered and served me sparkling from then on
This is a fantastic restaurant—the food, service, atmosphere, and location are all excellent. The location is very convenient, and the restaurant staff are incredibly friendly. Anything I needed was promptly provided

I'd call this hotel's location 'the light of Paris' – it's incredibly convenient, right at the subway station entrance. You can take a direct train to Disneyland and Charles de Gaulle Airport without any transfers
Plus, the nearby Saint-Eustache Church offers evening concerts, which is a fantastic, lesser-known local experience. The hotel rooms are spacious and tidy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils
The front desk even provides travel tips and tourist information. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple, offering limited options if you're staying for multiple days
Excellent hotel! It's located near a shopping area and right next to a metro station, making it super convenient to get to the Louvre and Notre Dame!
The surrounding area is bustling with restaurants, shops, and malls. The Louvre, Notre Dame, and Sainte-Chapelle are all within walking distance
I hope everyone reading this has a wonderful time in Paris!

The room cleaning was a bit perfunctory; they didn't take away the old towels but simply left new ones alongside them. However, aside from that, everything else was great
Extremely convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it. The service was excellent.
Clean and comfortable room, close to Le Palais des Congrès, very convenient
They didn't tell me where breakfast was, what time it was served, or the check-out time. They had a completely blank expression, even a bit grumpy. It's not like I don't speak English; their attitude was just awful
This was the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at! The check-in staff only asked for my passport and pointed to the elevator, without any further communication
I have no idea how Marriott trains their staff! The other employees I encountered later were all quite nice though

We booked 2 single beds but because the room is small, they were joint as "king size" bed
my mom and i loved our stay here! the hotel was very clean and all staff members were friendly. the location is also great since it's near many subway stations and bus stops
Love to stay in this hotel, I am just missing a gym or fitness center
Great welcome and very comfortable bed, very good location
Nice hotel in the middle of Bastille area. Supermarket is nearby.
there are also a lot of amazing restaurants, convenience stores, and bakeries nearby!! the room did get a little bit chilly on some nights but it wasn't anything out of the ordinary
The hotel is in a very good location, near Arc De Triomphe. It is quite new and modern which is not easy to find in Paris downtown.
The location is superb, with beautiful views and convenient access to various areas. It's definitely much more expensive, but it's a rare find in this area of Paris. Highly recommended.
This Marriott-branded hotel is in a great location.
It's very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and a 5-minute walk from the Champs-Élysées. The bread for breakfast was especially delicious, and the milk was surprisingly hot!
The room was clean and hygienic, and the service was excellent. When one of our friends suddenly fell ill, the front desk called a doctor and an ambulance for us
The breakfast was delicious and the room was very spacious! Plus, it's located near the Arc de Triomphe, in a very lively and bustling area.
The location was perfect. Road construction in front of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, but the room and breakfast were both excellent. I'll be leaving with fond memories of France.
This is the hotel I usually stay at when I visit Paris. The front desk has staff who speak Chinese. The rooms are very clean overall
There are Chinese restaurants and a pharmacy nearby, so the overall amenities are quite convenient. I highly recommend staying here
Although the room rate is not low, the size and the quality of the room type is very good! Staff are all very helpful
Just that they double charged the city tax to my credit card but they are able to resolve within 24 hours
Very convenient location - entrance rather small with construction outside. Safe area to stay

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The hotel is well located, close to Paris city centre, with good transport links and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby
All in all good for the price
Great hotel! I stayed there because I had a concert at the Zenith and there is really only the park to cross on foot, and if you want to move around during the day you have the metro less than 1 minute walk away :) the staff was pleasant
Overall, it was a good service and a pleasant experience
France has abandoned Lipton for Palais de thé which is Earl grey, green or fruit teas, there is no English Breakfast tea to be found anywhere. Coffee machines didn't work well
Stayed here for a concert at Zenith. 🚇 Metro very close, music venues very close and great local restaurants open for breakfast until 2 AM
The room is comfortable, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides free drinking water with a Brita filter in the hallway, allowing guests to refill their bottles
Novotel was the perfect hotel for my sisters 22nd birthday, accompanied with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower alongside the Parc de Princes, our king suite had plenty of space and practicallity, a special thanks to Elvierre for accommodating our requests with ease such as extra items or late checkout whilst also keeping our luggage safely stored, they also have a small gym on third floor and a...
We had the suite which was perfect for our family of 4 and amazing. We had a view of the eifel tower. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful and super friendly. We will absolutely come back to stay here again!
His help and professionalism were truly appreciated. One thing to note is that the toilet is separate from the bathroom, so you need to walk to the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet
We would especially like to thank Nadine (hopefully I spell correctly) at the front desk on 16 January night. We had booked a room for four people, but the room was pre-arranged without a sofa bed
The hotel is well located and just a few minutes’ walk from the metro, making it easy to travel anywhere in central Paris. There are also supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient
The hotel is better than expected. It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and there are many restaurants around. The room is bigger than expected, the bathroom is clean and comfortable, but the shower room is small
We had a very good stay at La Clef Tour Paris. Besides the great location, which is near to the Effiel Tower and also the metro station, we have enjoyed the first class customer service from the hotel
Nice, spacious, and comfortable room.
The area is very satisfactory, the French style appearance, the service is also very good, English communication is barrier-free, the scenery outside the window feels like a typical Paris street
Clean, great location and bigger rooms. Beautiful environment and helpful staffs. Passport must for check in and make sure your name is matching from your passport to your hotel reservation
Everything was exceptional, but what truly made the stay memorable was the kindness and professionalism of the Moroccan-French lady at reception, adding a special touch to the experience.
Separate room for bathing and toilet bowl. A stone throw away from a small interchange with line 5, 6 & 7. In fact my room facing the mall (interior). Value for money in terms of of Paris hotel
The hotel is located directly on a metro stop with multiple lines which is extremely useful. Also, very good options for food are available by walking distance all around, as well as a big shopping mall
The hotel is simple but with nice touches such as free coffee available in the reception area. I would consider staying again in the future
The location was perfect — close to the metro, bus stop, and supermarket, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and well-equipped with a small kitchen and a bathtub with a high-pressure shower
Coupled with the city's weekly transport pass, the price offers incredible value for money! The hotel is located inside a shopping mall which has a Carrefour supermarket
Being able to buy groceries every day and cook our own meals was a real lifesaver for our 'Chinese stomachs'!

I really liked the decor, and the room's sound system was fantastic. It's especially rare to find such a new hotel in the Montmartre and Champs-Élysées area
Very comfortable hotel in a great location, beautiful spa with a pool, modern hotel. Very good breakfasts. In winter, during periods of extreme cold, the temperature in the rooms struggles to rise.
There was no concierge to help with luggage during check-in and check-out, and unlike other hotels I stayed at during the same period, the LXR and MO offered a brief room tour explaining the room's facilities
Elegant smaller hotel, walking distance to almost everything you want. The Concierge staff was helpful beyond measure. The room was quiet and very comfortable. At the higher end of price but worth it.
Enchanted interlude for a night in this brand new hotel. A stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées, relaxation is total. No complaints, comfortable room with all amenities, lovely staff, excellent dinner
I was temporarily upgraded to a suite, and I can see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony🥺
The service is super good. The food in the hotel restaurant is also very good, and the service is also very good
Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the grand lobby to the serene spa and courtyard garden. Our room was spacious by Paris standards, with refined décor, plush bedding, and every amenity imaginable
our 6 night stay at Hotel Barrière was delightful. The property is stunning, clean and in a great location situated right on the Champs-Élysées. The restaurants on property are wonderful, and the food is top notch
Breakfast was a highlight each morning, featuring fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, and made-to-order dishes. What truly sets this hotel apart is the balance between old-world glamour and modern comfort
Dining at Fouquet’s was an experience in itself—rich in history, with exquisite French cuisine and impeccable service, it felt like stepping into a piece of Parisian heritage
The small touches—fresh flowers, daily treats, and flawless housekeeping—made it feel like a true five-star sanctuary. The service deserves special praise
The hotel itself is stunning—classic Haussmann architecture on the outside, seamlessly blending with chic modern luxury inside
Immaculate rooms, beautiful and comfortable. Amenities included. Great location. The restaurant staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Food prices were moderate to high. However no complaints. Highly recommend
Cute little terrace and the most comfy bed and comforter. Did the “stay longer” where we had a discount off the room and breakfast included. If we can swing it again next time we will absolutely stay here
Restaurant services and very responsive. Room services and maintenance response time is very quick. I would definitely recommend this hotel
The location in the heart of Paris is absolutely fantastic. While the room is a bit small, it's incredibly clean.
Most of the staff are super friendly and professional except one that was a bit rough, considering this is a luxury hotel with its rate at €500 plus a night, we we surprised this particular staff weren’t well trained
Absolutely fabulous stay! This was a splurge for us and it was worth it. Staff, especially at the restaurant and bar were extremely kind and welcoming (not the experience we had everywhere else as Americans)
there are 2 local stores around so getting your quick bites and groceries are a breeze. Room deco is unique with a twist of some safari theme, and given the limited space we still can easily unload 3 big luggage bags
The room was very clean, and the hotel was located right across from the metro and tram stations, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in guiding us
The rooms are great, and we stay here every year when we visit France. The Caucasian front desk staff always takes extra good care of us. The hotel is very clean, and the service is excellent
Great location, very close to the metrostation which is 10min ride to the tower! Very friendly staff and the best of all: the pillows!! Slept like a baby! Parking was also a hugeee plus!
Ballard metro station is just about 30 steps away from hotel, and its conveniently connected to all accesses to the city and attractions (with some change of metro of course)
Nice hotel located right next to the metro Station Balard. 30 min ride to get to the city center. Comfortable clean rooms and friendly staff
