The hotel is decorated wonderfully, the location is good, the bed was comfortable. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Unfortunately I found it to be very noisy on a Friday evening, with noise from the street keeping me up until 1:30am, which isn't ideal for a holiday when wanting to rise early to explore the following day. Strangely the Saturday was fine... perhaps some rooms are better soundproofed than some, maybe the higher the better.

Overall it was a nice stay. Thank you!

Room was ok, staff was helpful and breakfast was good quality.
Problems: (1) extractor fan in the room is very noisy and cannot be switched off (not the first time I find this issue at this same hotel, different rooms), (2) there is an extra charge for the sauna other than 13:30-16:00 (bizarre hours when nobody can use it), and (3) gym equipment is extremely basic.

An absolutely beautiful hotel. Rooms are small but so cosy. Great stylistic choices. Very practical place in the city to get basically anywhere. Very friendly staff. Please DO NOT come here so I can keep affording coming here!

The decor is amazing and the staff is lovely. But the room disappointed this time as there were issues with the shower. We could not adjust the temperature so it was almost impossible to use. And they were not able to fix it during our stay, so that was quite disappointing.

Amazing place beautiful and fun wonderful staff. One of the best I have stayed in ! Loved it loved my trip to paris. Right by the train helped get everywhere fast

There was a smell of sewer gas coming from the drain in the shower. Hot water was in short supply. After a few minutes in the shower, the water temperature dropped to cold. Excellent location for access to public transportation: trains, metro, RER, busses.

The interior design and colors were impressive. The amenities were also boutique-style, featuring Diptyque products. It was close to the train station, making it easy to get around by train or subway, and there were several restaurants nearby. The service was excellent, and the sauna in the basement was reserved for privacy. However, the small space meant I couldn't fully open my suitcase, which was a bit inconvenient because I kept having to open and close it. The view from the train station roof wasn't great, but I imagine it varies slightly from room to room.

The perfect corner. The hotel and its sister cafe and restaurant are an absolute joy. The rooms might be small, but the beds are by far the most comfortable ones I've had in years of travelling.

I would advise having breakfast at the restaurant instead of the buffet at the hotel. Although moving out sounds like a hassle, the views and people-watching make it worth it.

Highly recommend when visiting Paris.

Nice colorful rooms, quite newly renovated. A little small, but that's Paris. There is a small gym and a sauna. Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, but very French (no drinking water, no eggs, no whole grain bread). There's a cafe right across, better go there. Hotel has a great location and friendly staff. The old elevator could use an upgrade.

The only good thing is that it's right next to the station. The room was old and small. I was given a loft, which I didn't mind, but I should have mentioned it beforehand. I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on it. A single room for over 900 RMB a night—is this the standard in Paris? Very disappointed.

I wouldn't stay there again. Smell was bad and the hotel was hot.

Very adequate hotel, close to Gare du nord. Really close. We had 3 x large suitcases and it was easy walk, and they even have a lift! A really convenient place to stay. Not super flaw, but for the price it was good. I would definitely stay again if in Paris for a night or two.

Stayed there with my children this summer.

I have read some pretty aweful reviews left by others... about mold and a supposed smell. As for me, I can say this hotel offers outstanding service at an outstanding price, at an outstanding location! I would gladly go there again any time again!

Yes there are drawbacks to a hotel being an old building. If you're a nitpicker or someone who smells things that nobody else does, then don't go there! If you appreciate an accomodating team who is trying to make you feel welcome and who provides you with a clean environment, or if you simply appreciate a decent, affordable hotel in an unbeatable location, then this is the place to go! You will not be disappointed!

This place doesn’t deserve any stars. It was honestly the worst place in Paris to stay. First off when arriving we had to pay up front which is unusual for a three star hotel. Secondly when we got up to the room we noticed the smell of cigarettes, then we got into the room... First thing we seen was black mold all over the walls, the walls themselves were cracking apart with mold coming out of the cracks. After seeing this we noticed bugs all over the floors and walls. Entering the bathroom you could see the toilet had something wrong with it, the seat was holding on for dear life. Being in the room for a matter of minutes we already had a reaction to the mold causing us to not be able the breath. We grabbed our stuff and headed back to the “front desk”. We asked for a refund, he looked at us like we were crazy and questioned us asking how the room wasn’t clean. After a long process and explaining ourselves he became very hostile saying he wouldn’t give us a refund. DO NOT stay at this place. I would recommend a tent a the train station before this place. I seriously can’t stress enough about how shotty this place is.

Sooooo luxurious!! Perfect fancy very very Parisienne. Had oysters, lobster ravioli, a very sweet wine, and pastry. Amazing maybe bad combination but settled okay. Pricey but a splurge.

They should really work on clarifying where you should be. My train was behind another one and I could barrely understand what was being announced. My train didn't arrive on the platform it was supposed to.

Fantastic place to eat real French food before you board the train. Excellent fruits de mer. Service like it should be

Very rude waiting staff, constant crashing of dishes and half the menu wasn’t available. Quite possibly the worst coffee I have ever tasted. We also got seated in a tiny table round the corner, and forgotten about. Do not recommend - avoid!!!
