Hôtel de Flore - Montmartre in Paris

Staff were fantastic. Helpful and polite. Clean, unpretentious room. Hearty breakfasts. Very good location. Would recommend.

This was a great pic for a reasonably priced hotel in Montmatre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of shops nearby. Easy walk to the subway. I would definitely stay again.

The property is simple, clean, near a metro station, across the street from a laundry mat and surrounded by enough cafes and restaurants you will not ever wonder where your next espresso, croissant or crepe will come from. The neighborhood is family friendly, bustling during the day, and quiet at night. We felt 100% safe and the staff is attentive and caring. The rooms are compact, but almost completely sound proof from exterior noises. We were not disappointed at any point during our week long stay.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Room was very clean (a bit small) and overall a great experience. Nice neighborhood as well.

A great base to explore Paris
Such good service! Blackout curtains worked great; noise-cancelling windows were super. The beds were very comfortable. Very good, super clean rooms that were an excellent base for exploring Paris.

Very convenient with great staff
Excellent staff and service. Didn't have breakfast as there was a great bakery a minute along the street. Room was very clean and comfortable. A bit annoying that they would replace towels every day when they advertise they won't unless instructed. A great stay and is my second time here. Great area and close to metro.

Clean and spacious enough for travellers. Convenient location to wander around the area.
They even help us check in earlier than usual check-in time. Its grateful

The Good: - Great location close to the main landmarks in Montmartre. Easy access to metro stations. A lot of good bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
- The room was clean and modern.
The Bad: - Very tiny hotel, with one small, old fashioned elevator that goes to all seven floors. It barely allows three people to enter at once. At times I had to wait 3-4 minutes for the elevator to arrive.
- The breakfast room feels very cramped, you have to carefully manoeuver around the other guests.
- The walls in the room are paper-thin. You can hear almost everything the guests next to you are doing. Same for outside noises. Bring earplugs.
- I thought it was quite expensive for what you get, although the location probably influences the price more than anything else.
