When we returned for another night, we were finally placed in the correct building with an elevator. However, even this time, the room situation was handled poorly.
We had booked a **Double Room**, but were initially given a **Twin Room** instead.
When we questioned this, the staff claimed that the hotel was "fully booked" again and implied that nothing could be done.
We had to strongly insist and refuse the incorrect room.
Only then did they finally provide us with the **Double Room we originally paid for**.
This shows a repeated pattern:
if guests do not complain and do not firmly stand their ground, they are likely to be given a room that does not match their reservation.
Very frustrating experience.
Guests should be extremely careful and double-check everything.
The only thing I could complain about was asking the cleaning staff for a quick room cleaning, which unfortunately was not done. The cleaning ladies were rude and unfriendly. They did not understand basic instructions in English, so it was impossible to communicate with them. Unfortunately, I also found long black hairs on the bed.
Overall, the location was very nice and pleasant, but the service was not so good. It’s a pity that we didn’t have a room in the hotel building where the reception was located.

Stayed at the front of the hotel, shutters make that you do not have a lot of noise from the street. WIFI is okay.
It's an old building, but worth the € 180 for 2 nights (no breakfast).
Free tea/ coffee and biscuits.
Friendly helpfull staff!!
