The location is great, nearby 2 Metro station. It's a little far away from the main part of Paris but the neighborhood is quiet.

They were very accommodating when I needed them to store my luggage before check-in and when I got home late, which left a very good impression on me.

Perfect location, 2 minutes from the Picpus metro station and 5 minutes from Nation, very convenient for visiting Paris.
Small but functional room, very clean, with air conditioning, much appreciated for this Fête de la Musique weekend with its 25-degree nighttime temperatures.
Barely 15 minutes by metro to see a concert at the Accor Arena and the same distance to take the Gare de Lyon train.
Breakfast at €11, very good, with enough choice for everyone.

The front desk was very friendly, the service was good, the room was very clean, the decoration was good, but the single room was very small. The breakfast was good, the coffee and croissants were very good, and there were some other foods that I was not used to because of my Chinese stomach.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Be warned they are very small. We were in the accessible room for one night and it is fabulous. Moved the second night as the room was needed for another customer but the staff were apologetic and we didn't mind. There is a lift; it's on the small side but was fine for us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is far out from the centre but we found it quiet with lovely restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro
