I paid about 350 dollars per night for a two-night stay at this hotel, expecting a comfortable and restful experience. While the first night went without issue, the second night was an entirely different story.
After waking up on the morning of checkout, I experienced intense itching all over my body. Upon inspecting the bed, I found blood stains—likely from squashed bed bugs—and noticeable debris on the sheets that appeared to be bed bug excrement. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable, especially at this price point.
The most distressing part was having to travel home—on a long flight—while still itching and worrying that I might be bringing bed bugs with me. It turned what should have been a smooth end to my trip into an incredibly uncomfortable and stressful experience.
I'm extremely disappointed and concerned about the hygiene standards at this property. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue immediately. No guest should have to deal with this.
Hotel was clean and breakfast was fantastic. Only gripe was that mirrors where only in the bathroom with no mirrors in the main bedroom.
