Clean and cozy place for a night. Very convenient as it is near to the train station!

Great location. Merely 500m walk to the station. Room is clean and quiet. Breakfast is good, loved the croissants. But breakfast timing varies, it can be slightly late if you’re in a hurry, make sure to check with the counter desk for the exact breakfast timing.

The front desk staff were very friendly. However, I have to say this hotel is really only suitable for a one-night stopover. I stayed here because I was traveling to and from Switzerland and needed to catch a train from Lyon station. The room was incredibly dusty; my phone and tablet were covered in a thin layer of dust in no time. The reason? The sheets and duvet covers were old and so dusty! It really bothered my nose and throat!

The good:
- The location. Just beside the arena if you're going for a concert. Within a few short minutes there are great restaurants and grocery stores.

- Dogs welcome, and a park beside the hotel where you can walk them.

- Buffet breakfast was good.

The bad:
- A lot of things were broken!
When I wanted to put the shower on its hook, the hook fell off.
When I wanted to put back the hairdryer in its place, it didn't stay. It took me a while to figure out that the magnet had fallen off, and I needed to insert it in its correct place.
But the worst part was when I drove out from the car park. The barrier was broken and was hanging down. It scraped the roof of my car all the way. I immediately checked my roof and luckily there was no marks. I went back to the hotel and told reception. They said they would get it repaired.

- A hefty 30€ per night for the underground car park.

- The room was very small.

- Mold around the windows.

All in all, the hotel is too expensive for what it offers. But it's the location that allows them to ask a high price and having minimum maintenance of the building.

The hotel is right next to the subway entrance, which makes getting around by metro super convenient. However, the room was really small and there wasn't a kettle.

This was the most horrible and unpleasant hotel and room I've ever stayed in. The room was unpleasant; everything felt heavy and shabby. There was mold in the bathroom, streaks on the walls, and hair. The doors were swollen from water. The room smelled musty, there were stains on the furniture, and it felt uninviting. The breakfast area was also disgusting. The floors were sticky, and they wiped the tables with a rag, which was then used to wipe the chairs and floor. It's hard to call it a hotel; it's more of a place to spend the night if you have no other choice.

Furthermore, the front desk staff are very warm and thoughtful, offering various conveniences and services. The rooms are well-equipped, especially the bed which is extremely comfortable and even has a reading light, though a kettle and tea/coffee were missing. The bathroom lighting was a bit dim, and the shower pressure and flow weren't great, but the cleaning was excellent, including towel changes. The breakfast selection was rich, only lacking hot food. Overall, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to others.

Buffet have limited selection for breakfast. Food is ok. But can be better especially when refilling food and plates. Quite slow so the queue for plates is very long

Room was very dirty. Hairs in the shower when we arrived. Also mold in the shower and above the shower.
We booked a queen bed and got 2 singles.
The sink didn’t properly run through.
No desk or table in the room.
Breakfast was a mess. No plates, coffee mugs, cutlery when we arrived.
Service was not great, when we checked out we didn’t even get asked how our stay was.
Ridiculously expensive for the room and service that we got.
Only positive points, close to the arena and parking was 30 EUR for 1 day, not possible to reserve though.
