The hotel's location right next to metro lines M6 and M14 is incredibly important and convenient for tourists, as these lines reach most of the city's major attractions. Furthermore, the front desk staff are very warm and thoughtful, offering various conveniences and services. The rooms are well-equipped, especially the bed which is extremely comfortable and even has a reading light, though a kettle and tea/coffee were missing. The bathroom lighting was a bit dim, and the shower pressure and flow weren't great, but the cleaning was excellent, including towel changes. The breakfast selection was rich, only lacking hot food. Overall, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to others.

Buffet have limited selection for breakfast. Food is ok. But can be better especially when refilling food and plates. Quite slow so the queue for plates is very long

Room was very dirty. Hairs in the shower when we arrived. Also mold in the shower and above the shower.
We booked a queen bed and got 2 singles.
The sink didn’t properly run through.
No desk or table in the room.
Breakfast was a mess. No plates, coffee mugs, cutlery when we arrived.
Service was not great, when we checked out we didn’t even get asked how our stay was.
Ridiculously expensive for the room and service that we got.
Only positive points, close to the arena and parking was 30 EUR for 1 day, not possible to reserve though.

I was not used to the shower’s hot water heater, as the water temperature was inconsistent. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was excellent, being right next to the Accor Arena, which I needed to visit. I appreciated that the checkout time was noon, giving me plenty of time to rest and recharge for the day ahead.

Adjacent to the Metro was great for getting around Paris! This hotel was a great base for our stay in Paris, room was good, breakfast was a cold buffet … no scrambled eggs or hot food!

The staff was nice and very helpful. The room was spacious enough and clean, although there were some stains in the toilet. There was no kettle and no tea cups in the room. Overall, it is good and very convenient to get to the metro, Flixbus, and bus stops!

Went to Paris for an event and the hotel was just right next to the venue which made it so impossibly easy for me to commute back and forth. Bercy may seem like it’s far away from everything but the hotel location was literally a stone’s throw away from the metro and there were plenty of food options within the hotel’s vicinity! Room was comfy for me and my partner and we definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Nice stay overall! The front desk staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and professional, even with how busy the hotel was. Everything ran smoothly and felt well managed.
Great location near the metro, which made getting around Paris super easy. It’s a bit far to walk to the main attractions, but e-bikes are conveniently available right outside the hotel. I also loved the row of restaurants and cafés across the street—perfect for a morning coffee and crepe or a late-night drink. There’s a nice park located behind hotel, which made a nice stroll through the park (picture included).
The hotel itself is simple and safe—no frills, but clean and comfortable. It could use a bit of updating, but for the price and convenience, it’s a solid choice. Breakfast is included, and while the selection is nice, it does get crowded and feels more cafeteria-style than relaxing.
Overall, a good stay if you’re looking for a clean, well-located spot with easy metro access—especially convenient for catching the direct one-stop ride to ORY airport.
