This was a very disappointing stay.

The room was in an unacceptable condition: visible mold throughout the room, blood stains on the carpet, cobwebs on the ceiling, and overall poor cleanliness.

When we raised these issues, the hotel manager was unprofessional and stated that having mold in the rooms was “normal.”

There was also a clear lack of organization among staff. The staff did not appear to work well together, and a cleaning staff member openly mentioned that the hotel is dirty because there are not enough staff members to properly clean the rooms.

A refund was initially refused at the hotel level. We only obtained a refund after escalating the issue to country management, and even then it took nearly two months to resolve.

This experience does not meet the standards expected from this hotel brand, and I would not recommend this property.

Based on US standards I would rate this hotel at 3.5 it was ok and decent, I expected more from the bathroom... Also the hallway didn't look like this is a 5 star hotel mainly as there was stuff laying around there... All in all good for the price...

Absolute nightmare hotel. My company unfortunately Nona this place regularly. There is always something. A colleague got bed bugs. My room smells extremely strong of tobacco. The beds are uncomfortable. The staff is unhelpful. Avoid if you can.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The hotel is well located, close to Paris city centre, with good transport links and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it was a good service and a pleasant experience.

Stayed here for a concert at Zenith. Brilliant location. 🚇 Metro very close, music venues very close and great local restaurants open for breakfast until 2 AM . Biclowne was brilliant. BUT take your own teabags. France has abandoned Lipton for Palais de thé which is Earl grey, green or fruit teas, there is no English Breakfast tea to be found anywhere.
Coffee machines didn't work well.

👉 Positive point: the location, truly ideal if you're in the area.

But unfortunately, that's where the positives end.

• The room: gloomy atmosphere, outdated decor that's more reminiscent of a mortuary than a hotel room. Worn carpet, old furniture, and a bed advertised as "double" when it was actually a small double bed, completely inadequate for two adults. The mattress was rock hard.

• Cleanliness: hair found in the bathroom and shower, stained towels.

• Comfort: no air conditioning, unpleasant sewer smell, broken refrigerator with only one bottle of water.

• Security: completely open parking lot, no security whatsoever.

• Value for money: clearly disappointing. The price paid is absolutely not commensurate with the service provided.

👉 The only real positive point besides the location: the breakfast staff, very welcoming and impeccable.

In summary: a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend it at all, especially at this price.

The location is great, but the desk staff is terrible.
There were a lot of authoritarian attitudes, frequent mistakes, etc.
The worst attitude was that interns had to admit to their mistakes.
They said they'd refund the tax calculated for two people,
but they later said they couldn't because of the time difference. I was shocked.
Please pay close attention to payments and invoices.

Great hotel! I stayed there because I had a concert at the Zenith and there is really only the park to cross on foot, and if you want to move around during the day you have the metro less than 1 minute walk away :) the staff was pleasant.

The downside is that the room was not prepared.
The bed: just white sheets and 2 bunk cushions like in a simple hotel. No free toiletries. Hair found on one of the towels. Broken sink plug so the water could not drain. And the air extractor did not work.

Not great value for money. Convenient location (near the metro and bus stop and the Zenith)
