Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Ashamed it’s in my home country.
Dirty, unwelcoming, elevator broken, rude staff said “this is not America here”, not safe, window not closing, noisy, moldy, room keys didn’t work several times, shower not working, toilet leaking .SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISED ON **********
Will file a formal complaint to get my money back.

Hotel did not worth 3* stars, it is very old, room was dirty, even 1* star they should earn, payment system also did not work properly, very noisy, even kettle staff give me from trash, very bad expirience

Me and a friend had booked this hotel as it looked nice on the website and we were only attending for a city break, we attended the hotel on arrival the card machine wouldn’t work and had tried 2 different cards we ended up having to go to an ATM near bye which wasn’t an issue. When we returned and payed the receptionist gave us an option of 2 rooms we went to the second floor to view the first room to be greeted with dirty wet towels on the hallway as something must of leaked from the roof or one of the rooms and it was dark we proceeded to check the other room on the third floor when the elevator door opened the hallway was dark and the doors were off the hinges when we walked into the room it was nothing like the website at all we were shocked and felt so unsafe we immediately left and went back down to reception. I explained we do not feel safe and it was nothing like what I had booked and wanted a refund he claimed his boss had came and took the money which I didn’t believe as we were not longer than 5 minutes checking and asked again for my money back he said he didn’t have any money and I said I wasn’t leaving the premises without some sort of refund after a few moments passed he gave us a refund but not what we had payed but we were so disgusted we took it and left and had to find another hotel last minute. I would not recommend this hotel in the slightest especially if you are younger adults as it is not safe at all!!! His colleague also had a room key to access all rooms so we did not feel safe staying overnight or leaving our luggage knowing he could access at anytime.

Room dirty, air filters nasty, bed was hard, changed rooms, same thing. They entered our room while we were gone. Wouldn't give us a cash receipt, all of a sudden didn't speak English. We packed our bags and left and wouldn't give us a refund. When we left, we were followed by two men who worked there. Very sketchy from the minute we walked in and bad feeling. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT stay at this hotel. Very rude customer service and not helpful at all. Will be filing a police report for keeping our money, $350. Read other reviews and a lot of them say the same thing. Would give 0 stars if it would allow

Very tiny and dirty the bathroom was very small better to stay away.

We stayed at your hotel last weekend with a reservation under the name of Giacomo Ghiotto The day of the arrival you cancelled our reservation and took from us 125€ The last day you made us a payment but nothing has arrived even if 5 days has passed.

Rooms were super small, and had non working air conditioning making it a very uncomfortable stay. Had to get my room changed on 1st night, as it was almost suffocating in the temperatures this September. The reception staff was indifferent towards my requests to fix the air-conditioning. I stayed for 2 nights there was no housekeeping.

I decided to use a hotel rather than an apartment for assurance of quality. Sadly we were all disappointed, the general reception was okay with a rather cramped two person lift. The bedroom was for me and my two sons to stay whilst visiting for a concert and some culture. Almost the entire floor space was the double and single bed (this was under a thrid floor window with no security). Leaving us a single path to get to the bathroom. This was fully tiled with a shower that wet almost everything. The tiles were cracked badly jointed and bolstered with copius quantities of mastic. This include the full window (in the shower space ) which had painted glass and again opened completely with no secureity or safety catches. The door to the bathroom was rotting and had mould along the bottom as it was next to the shower. The floor was swamped after each shower. There was enough hot water and the toilet functioned okay but we had to ask for towels as we were only given two also toilet paper as only part of one was left. When I pointed out the issues to the staff we were told the manager was not available but had agreed to make a €10 cash refund. Which at nearly €360 for two nights I felt was another level in insults. We would never stay here again.
