Hotel les Jardins de Montmartre in Paris

Pros:
Close to the train station
Small easy walk to Montmatre sights.
Breakfast staff and cleaners lovely
Average breakfast - but clean facilities
We saw lots of sights of Paris because we wanted to be so tired and not return to our room
Cons:
Room size was soooo small, not even able to open a suitcase unless on the bed
Walls so thin - we thought we were in a brothel for the first three nights of our stay listening to continuous sex
Smoking somewhere in or at the door that it wafted under our door as we slept
Smallest weirdest breakfast room

I can’t believe I paid to stay here, we had looked at other options after our first night, but decided to be out as much as possible to avoid the hotel.
If you get a choice be sure to get a room facing out to the road, ours was facing the internal courtyard which may have made it more bleak
