Second stay; the room was small but clean; the location was fantastic, close to many attractions and the subway station; unfortunately, I booked for 3 nights, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't make it and had to delay my check-in by one night, still paying for that extra night. This is less considerate and flexible compared to places like those in China…

Samantha receptionist could’ve been abit more helpful. We had a checkout at 12 and my partner went and asked her if we could get a late checkout. Samantha didn’t even check the booking but just went on and said they’re fully booked.. she came across rude.. wouldn’t come here again

Positives:
- location!, walking distance to many attractions, very close to train stations, Roissy bus for the airport, great cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby (Galleries Lafayette, Opera)
- quiet rooms
- good beds
- a recently refurbished bathroom

- rooms are a bit dingy
- view from our window looked into a grotty inner courtyard

🌟 My stay this time really exceeded expectations! 🏨 The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable; I felt relaxed as soon as I lay down 😌. The staff were friendly and even thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants during check-in 👏. The facilities were complete, with stable hot water, and even the hairdryer was a high-end brand – attention to detail truly shows ✨. The breakfast selection was rich, with freshly baked bread that smelled amazing, paired with fresh fruit to start a day full of energy 🌞. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time 👍.

Aside from its location at a transportation hub, connecting to different modes of transport, the other services are lackluster. Firstly, the shower room was too cramped; even though I'm petite, I touched the wall as soon as I turned around, and it was both cold and cramped! Secondly, the sound of water running through the room at night and the smell of toasting bread in the morning both affected my sleep. Finally, the front desk staff were unfriendly; they ignored my advance email during check-in (which I had specifically arranged via email), indicating a lack of attentive service, and their conversation was impolite and disrespectful.

The room was very small, but since I was only there to sleep it wasn't a problem.

The location is excellent, with bus and subway stations nearby. Many attractions are also within walking distance (if you enjoy exploring on foot). The family room has two bathrooms, making it very convenient for a family of four.

Located just beside a major train station Gare Saint Laraze and also interconnect to multiple other metro / subway lines. Lots of food options just beside. McDonald’s and KFC. A short distance down the road is convenience outlet Carrefour city. 15-20 minutes walk to The Louvre. Breakfast is good, the croissant is a must try.
