Le Relais Madeleine in Paris

Very clean room and an excellent location. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The location is excellent. It's right next to the Paris Opera. Conveniently located for both metro and bus services. Place Madeleine is also nearby. It's quiet, clean, and safe. The only downside is that our room didn't have a window.

The hotel's decor is decent, but they're a bit stingy; they only provide one set of toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers, and charge extra for anything else. The location is convenient, and the service is okay, but the kitchen is too small, and the breakfast is average.

Great location, staff are friendly & helpful! Looking forward to visit again soon!

The hotel is located in the heart of Paris, with all the main attractions within walking distance. Saint Lazare train station is also nearby (convenient for those wanting to visit Versailles).
The hotel rooms are decorated in a vintage style, but everything is new and clean. Housekeeping was excellent.
We didn't use the breakfast or sauna, so I can't comment on it.

Excellent value for money. Cleanliness inside and outside the room. The hotel gave us a room with a terrace, so we could have a cup of coffee in the morning on our terrace in the courtyard... gorgeous... coffee machine, kettle, free bottle of water. We even got decaf upon request without any problems. Usually, when you stay for one night, 3-4 star hotels "forget" to bring slippers and robes to your room... here they had everything... decent bathroom toiletries. Stylish room. The breakfast was excellent! You walk in and there are three tables... but they are full of food! Fish, meat appetizers, bacon, omelette, beans, mushrooms, potato pancakes... fruit, pastries, a gorgeous baguette and croissants with amazing apricot (and other) jams! Everything was prepared deliciously and with love... No heartburn... the hotel made the best impression. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel rooms are relatively small, but the location is very good walking distance to the main attractions and the large supermarket nearby is very convenient.

Good location however 3 star at best. The shower is well placed but the toilet is opposite the head of the bed which is uncomfortable. The rest of the room is OK

I had a delightful stay at the Relais. Friendly staff, great location, spacious room compared to most Parisian rooms and good amenities. It was a very good value for the money I will return.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel le Relais Madeleine. Walking in the front door to the lobby, we were immediately welcomed. Clement recognized who we were and made the check-in process smooth and uncomplicated. We were offered small refreshments and information about the hotel.

We went to our room…. Adorable! Every bit of what we anticipated plus more! Cozy and newly decorated, clean and bright. The bathrooms were spotless and well appointed with incidentals. The bed and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE…. After a long flight, ready to take a short nap!

Clement and the entire staff was always friendly and willing to answer questions and offer suggestions, if asked. We had a small ‘bump in the road’ in our personal plans, and everyone was there to help us through! Concierge service at its best!

Very much enjoyed out stay…. Definitely would love to return! Recommend 100%
