This hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
There is a bakery next door. It is in walking distance of many great places to eat. It is not too far from the train station.

We liked everything about the hotel. The staff, the convenience, the location, and just the feeling of really having access to everything and it being a central point for us. Will return for sure.

We loved this hotel. Very modern and clean in a fantastic neighborhood that was quiet, safe, and non-touristy, yet had a lot of awesome food nearby. There's even a boulangerie (bakery) right next door that has delicious pastries and coffee.

Many cafes and stores within walking distance. Easy access to several Metro stops which was very convenient. The desk staff was super helpful though the cleaning person unplugged my stuff and replaced towels even when I didn’t request new towels (by leaving them on the floor)

Front desk staff Maria was very friendly and helpful. We needed to move from the 5th fl to the 2nd fl due to no cold water on the whole 5th floor on our 2nd day. Maria was able to move us to the same kind of the room we had reserved. AC didn't work at both rooms, temperture stayed the same no matter how high we changed it to. There was a hallow aera on the one side of the mattress at our 2nd room. My husband managed to stay away from that area but still not comfortable.

On this day Sept. 25th around 7:50am there’s this elder gentleman at the reception was implying my 65 year-old mother trying to be dishonest and he was extremely rude to her. First, I know you might encountered a lot of Asian look disrespectful clients but not everyone of them is trying to scam you, 2nd this is extremely disrespectful and racist behavior towards an innocent old lady. How can you rate as a 4-star hotel with this kind of service attitude? Don’t reflect your own miserable life on your guests. Except this incidents, according to my old mother everyone else was kind and she’s happy with her room.

We had such a wonderful stay at Le Grey Hotel in Paris. The location was perfect—close to great cafés, shops, and easy access to the metro. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. Our room was stylish, comfortable, and very clean, with thoughtful touches that made it feel special.
