The room was filthy, smelling like sewage, and the bathroom was leaking, water seeping from the bathroom floor all the way to under the bed, soaking all our luggage.

Our room was supposed to be available at 2 PM, but when we arrived it wasn't ready, only available at 3:30 PM. This was very inconvenient for us because we had a work meeting and needed to get ready (shower and change). So, after a 7-hour journey, we couldn't change! We also paid for our breakfasts at reception on the day of our arrival, and the next morning we were told that breakfasts weren't included. I had to provide proof that I had paid for them! On the positive side: the room was very clean.

Six people stayed for six days.
The room wasn't too big, but it was bigger than expected. It was very clean and provided slippers, towels, shampoo, and body wash. There were no toothbrushes.
The front desk staff was very friendly.

The Hotel and front desk service really good. The location walking distance from Metro Line 2 - ROME Station. The hotel established in 1953. But well maintain.
There have old ELEVATOR - it's running well.

It was a surprise to me that there was no electric kettle in the room. I asked if there was one that I could borrow for the period I stayed there. No was the reply I got. I was encouraged to use the 'water corner' next to the reception where a bottle of water was available. I was reminded that I could drink water / fill a bottle there but not to take any bottles away from there. Then one evening, I was asked by the receptionist to pay for every time I use the water at the 'water corner'. So apart from the lack of basic facility, the service is a bit confusing and arbitrary.

+ Location is excellent. Receptionists are kind and helpful. Hotel reception is open 24 hours. Bus stops and 2 metro stations are 5 minutes walk away. Lots of bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Neighbourhood is very clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again.
