Thankyou Hacene, you and your staff were so friendly and helpfull
Our room was compact but spotlessly clean. We only stayed two nights but our room was serviced and left beautiful for 2nd night. We appreciated your hospitality, close to 95 bus *you need to buy a ticket before you can travel around from a main station or online. (Gard du nord) or similar.

Hotel was very clear and staff was so nice. Good point is that there’s a lot of transportation around.

The room was really well stocked with supplies of needed, fresh towels daily, and the room was very clean, which for me is the most important. The room we stayed in was on the smaller size with the shower not in a separate room, which might be ok for some people. The breakfast was ok, not awful. The staff were so friendly and very helpful.

Terrible experience and extremely poor customer service.
I booked a stay at this hotel, and just a few minutes later my flight to Paris was cancelled due to severe weather conditions. I called the hotel immediately to explain that the cancellation was completely out of my control and that the reservation had been made less than three hours earlier.
Despite this, they refused to issue a refund or offer any kind of solution. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed zero empathy for the situation. I ended up losing more than 600 euros for a stay I was physically unable to attend.
Their behavior is unacceptable and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. There are plenty of places in Paris with much better service and basic human decency.

Small room but very clean. You have everything you needed. In a good location close to everything. On Saturday morning there’s a street market.

Everything was good, the host and receptionist was really friendly. We checked in around 23:00h. Rooms are nice and spacious, cleaned every day. You have a towels, bathing accessories... Only WC was a bit strange, because of rolling doors. Good connection to city center, area was safe at day and night. You can walk easy to Monmarte attractions. In conclusion we would probably stay here again.
