Walls maybe a bit think so pretty noisy if you got a noisy neighbour. Other than this, all is good and value for money.

I booked this hotel because of its great location, as I was departing from Gare de l'Est for Strasbourg. There are plenty of good restaurants, supermarkets, McDonald's, and Burger King nearby. It's a 3-minute walk from Gare de l'Est and, naturally, also 3 minutes from the metro station. For a Paris hotel, the room was quite spacious and the mattress was comfortable.

The Air Cindition makes loud noises even If switched of and the stuff cannot change it. It's ususually a problem of maintenance. Parts of the rooms are dirty, i.e. the heater.

Room is too small, the sink is unreasonable shallow, that will let water splash out

Location and staff were great, room was clean, bed was comfortable.

That’s it cold showers to get a warm shower you had to have it at night, mould in shower it looks like no attempt to clean, points hanging off wall in bathroom, phone didn’t work all these items were brought to there attention. In general the hotel looks tired.

I have stayed in 15 hotels and this would rate as poor.

Room is small but clean and have enough stuff for short stay, good points are the window and the aircon. Accommodation is soso, acceptable. The receptionist is very friendly. Location is very convenient, restaurants are around, metro is nearby. Only one negative point is this area is it seems not so safe to walk alone in the evening in this area (after 9pm).

The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes’ walk from the paris Paris Est station/Gare de l'Est. My room was clean and the Staff was very considerate throughout my stay, and I appreciate that.
