Maison 46 in Paris

I booked because they always responded to my emails. I needed a panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower. The young receptionist with glasses and long hair was extremely friendly and smiling when explaining the hotel's services to us. The room is very clean and completely renovated in a modern and luxurious style. The view is exceptional, you can see the tower from the bathroom, the bed is very comfortable and you sleep very well. I advise everyone to book and to be respectful when using all the accessories because we don't want them to be ruined by rude people when we return.

I stayed at Maison 46 during my visit to Paris and had a very positive experience. The location is truly excellent: the hotel is close to several metro lines, allowing you to reach any point in the city in just a few minutes, making getting around extremely convenient. The rooms, while not particularly large, are spacious compared to the Parisian average, well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast offers quality products, with truly delicious homemade pastries. The selection isn't vast, but it's still enough to satisfy a variety of tastes and needs, from sweet to savory. A plus is definitely the staff: friendly, helpful, and always ready to help with advice or needs. In conclusion, Maison 46 is a welcoming, practical, and comfortable hotel, perfect for those seeking a quality stay in Paris with an excellent location/amenities ratio.

very nice hotel, you can see that the reception and rooms have been renovated, the rooms are small but clean and tidy, in the room apart from the bed there are bedside tables, a few hangers, a desk, a safe and a small portable mirror (perfect for women who put on make-up) the bathroom is small but sufficient - shower, towels, soap and shower gel (for hair and body). near the hotel there are two Carrefour markets, cafes and bars. To the Eiffel Tower 20 minutes on foot, to the metro station line 6 (5 min) to line 8 (6 minutes). Safe area, you can walk freely at night. I highly recommend this hotel

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was very well maintained and everything was very clean. The location is also very close to the Eiffel Tower, where there are many restaurants. The best part was the breakfast, which I highly recommend. Everything was freshly prepared with great care and attention to detail. Without a doubt, if I return to Paris, I would stay here again; they made me feel right at home. Thank you so much!

I stayed in the Suite 46 for my birthday, and I had so much fun with my daughter, the room was always clean, we loved the staff, always felt welcome, mostly from the dark skinned gentleman at evening shift, who made my birthday much better after a bad day and the breakfast was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! We will definitely come back! Thank you so much to the whole team❤️

Clean hotel with very nice decor. Spacious room with good quality bedding. Functional bathroom with walk-in shower. Hearty and varied breakfast. Very good location near metro and parking (16€/day bookable in advance via the internet). Cambronne

Just got back from staying here with my 12 year old daughter. The staff were amazing and very friendly especially Anastasia on reception. We upgraded to the Eiffel Tower suite which I hugely recommend. Couldn’t fault it. Very clean and perfect situation for getting out and about with very close metro links. Thank you x

I have stayed at this hotel many times (most recently in September 2022 and January 2023) and it is truly an excellent choice. The service is unmatched; the staff members do everything possible to make your stay the best. On my first night, the restaurants were closed, but Anastasia found an open place and gave me directions to get some food. When I returned, a whole table was set with utensils, drinks, and everything I needed for dinner—simply wonderful, going the extra mile. upon my return I had a whole table set up with utensils, soft drinks and everything complete so I could dine in, just wonderful, the extra mile // J'ai été plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel (plus récemment en septembre 2022 et janvier 2023) et c'est vraiment une excellente option. L'attention est inégalée, les membres de son personnel font tout leur possible pour rendre votre sejour le meilleur. Very friendly staff especially George on reception, very clean, bright room with comfortable bed. Breakfast is amazing, lady who looked after the area paid so much attention to cleaning and keeping things stocked up. I would love to stay here again, nothing negative to say and good value for money considering the location
