My stay at Hotel Galileo was truly wonderful and made my first visit to Paris even more special. the hospitality was warm and welcoming, which made me feel at home.
The room was spotlessly clean, neat, and very cozy, creating a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere .
The hotel has a lovely charm that adds to the whole Parisian experience.
I would especially like to thank Ms Basma,
who was incredibly helpful when I lost one of my bags on the way to the airport. She went above and beyond to assist me, and I truly appreciated her kindness, support and professionalism.
it was a beautiful experience, and I left with such lovely memories. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

We stay 23-24-25-26th February 2026. Clean sheets every day. Tea and coffee and a nexpresso machine can used as a kettle as well. Big warm room. Everything you need. Very discreet people. The breakfast genial! 6 stars of 5! I used other accommodation before in Prague so I know what I'm saying. Very near to tram very nice location.

We came to this hotel to leave our luggage as we were commuting for the day in the Paris.
We were greeted by a lovely lady called Annie who was very pleasant and provided a fantastic service.
She explained how the luggage drop off facility works and gave prices and options.
Furthermore, she conversed with us in a friendly manner and told us good places to visit, provided easy transport options and suggested places to eat especially as we were vegetarian.
It was a very simple process.
Equally when we came to collect our luggage, it was ready for us to take within a few minutes.
This time a gentleman by the name of Djalal was equally very helpful.
He allowed us to stay in the lobby for an hour before our taxi collected us and this was non-issue to him. He also gave us the option to use the toilets.
An excellent hotel and service with two great members of staff.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Paris! Hospitality 10/10 staff were so accommodating and kind. The hotel screams luxury and classy! Located near iconic monuments, I’ll definitely be back her again! Thank you so much you were all amazing.

Just got back from a 5 night stay, this hotel was very clean comfortable beds and good size rooms kept very clean
Breakfast not really catering for English people only if you like scrambled/poached or boiled eggs on toast, but we managed
Hotel staff girl at reception we found very miserable, no hello no goodbye thanks for staying just took the keys and that was it, a little more customer service would be nice.
Fire alarm went off when we stayed and oh my days the staff were like headless chickens running everywhere didn't no what to do didn't come out to the front to tell us visitors it was safe to come back in or anything we just went back in after 10minutes assuming all OK for the fire alarm to go off again bit more training for staff on fire alarms as if it was a real fire it would of been a catastrophic.
Overall our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable its is a good 25 minute walk into Prague old town and is very hilly, but lots of lovely coffee cafes etc

Small effective hotel, very clean rooms and atmosphere! No smoking odors! Very quiet at night and comfy beds. Easy walking down Champs Elysees to shopping and cafes. Air conditioning excellent. Probably caution for people who have difficulty with getting in/out of elevated bathtub. Staff so friendly and speaks English. Very happy to stay here. We got two rooms for our family of three. If we wanted to could have squeezed in to one room because of the sofa. We skipped having breakfast and walked to many options outside. We appreciated our stay!
