Suppose i stay this hotel but my euro train cancel so i can't stay here.. i hope they will give my money back .. very2 upset can't stay here and see paris..

The hotel is ok but the hospitality is zero. Check out time is 11:30 but they start knocking on the door at 11:15 and know every other minute.

I left the room at 11:42 and i was approached by angry housekeeper in the hallway

I booked a second night and they made me pack everything go to the lobby then send me back to the same room First they said i need to go to their other hotel because the one i booked was full. Then they changed their mind

Overall. Very bad stay.

The hotel's elevator is incredibly small, barely fitting one person and a small piece of luggage. You often have to queue, so try to go early. Anyone a bit on the larger side probably wouldn't fit. Breakfast was also very limited, but there were a lot of local Chinese guests.

When I checked in the room was tiny and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a choice of pastries and toast. That night we asked if we could change rooms as I was very uncomfortable and the guy advised no was no helpful. The air con was not working in the room. The next morning we asked to change the room and the lady was very helpful and gave us a better spacious room. The air con was still not working in the room. Even when we had the do not disturb sign on the door someone tried opening the door at 8.15am which was very distressing. Thank you to the lady that was helpful and changed rooms

We liked it! Nice hotel! It was good to sleep) next to the tower, about 20 minutes walk. Shopping center, cafes, restaurants. Thank you, it was a nice stop)
