Novotel Paris 14 Porte d'Orléans in Paris

The hotel is well located and just a few minutes’ walk from the metro, making it easy to travel anywhere in central Paris. There are also supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.

The room is comfortable, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides free drinking water with a Brita filter in the hallway, allowing guests to refill their bottles.

We would especially like to thank Nadine (hopefully I spell correctly) at the front desk on 16 January night. We had booked a room for four people, but the room was pre-arranged without a sofa bed. We arrived late at night, and there was no janitor available at that time. Nadine kindly helped us change to another room and made sure everything was arranged so we could rest as soon as possible. His help and professionalism were truly appreciated.

One thing to note is that the toilet is separate from the bathroom, so you need to walk to the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet. Another minor issue was that some USB sockets in the room were not working.

The only downside is the car park, which is quite difficult to use if you have a large private car.

Nice, clean hotel. Around 20 minutes away from most famous sites in Paris going by car. The one thing that kept me off 5 star was just a bit pricey. Staff were friendly and would definitely recommend👍

Novotel was the perfect hotel for my sisters 22nd birthday, accompanied with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower alongside the Parc de Princes, our king suite had plenty of space and practicallity, a special thanks to Elvierre for accommodating our requests with ease such as extra items or late checkout whilst also keeping our luggage safely stored, they also have a small gym on third floor and a breakfast buffet on the second, overall I would definitely recommend but also check out the closer branch (Tour de Eiffel) if you want to be a little closer to the centre, I hope this review helps. 🤝🏽

We had the suite which was perfect for our family of 4 and amazing. We had a view of the eifel tower. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful and super friendly. We will absolutely come back to stay here again!

The hotel is the most satisfying stop in my trip to Paris. Its superior location, comfortable accommodation, considerate service and unique artistic atmosphere have left me with deep and beautiful memories. Very friendly staff, great rooms and A good choice for breakfast. We had dinner in the hotel one evening which was also really nice. Good location and not far from the metro station. Car park is a little tight for larger vehicles.

The hotel is a bit old, and some of the room facilities are a bit old. The room is large and the environment is good. The service attitude of the hotel staff is also very good. Convenient transportation, just a few minutes walk to the subway station
