The nearest Metro stations - Grands Boulevards (lines 8 and 9) and Cadet (line 7) - but we only tried the Grand Boulevards exit, need to climb some stairs if you carrying heavy luggages... The staffs here are friendly and helpful... Breakfast pastry are nice 👍🏻 Nearby got carrefour etc can get mineral water and snacks.. Restaurants/ cafes nearby some open until 12am.. The room is kinda small and soundproof not that good.. Overall still acceptable and will consider to come back to same hotel next time :)

I’ve been to Paris over 7 times and this was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Excellent location close to two metro stations, very safe/walkable area with a very lively vibe thanks to the bars and excellent restaurants nearby (but the sound proofing from the window is very good!). Clean and tidy rooms, good size for central Paris. Aircon was working very well and the balcony view was a nice touch. Reception staff were also very helpful and friendly. The only things missing I feel are a mini fridge and amenities like conditioner, toothbrush/tooth paste and body lotion. The shower water pressure can be a bit stronger as well. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Maxim Folies!

The staff were amazing, helpful, and sweet. The location is the best. The room itself is super clean and comfy. I recommend and will come back in the future.

We were greet by the staff with warm welcome of drinks and snacks.
Amenities are loccitane brand.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Everything is good except the bathroom size is small.

Everything was great. The staff was very welcoming. The room was small but very cosy. Breakfast was excellent. Location is great, very well connected. Would definitly come back
