I am writing to formally complain about a series of issues I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel in Room 406.

On the first night, I discovered that the hairdryer in my room did not work at all. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for help. The front desk staff told me there was a certain button I needed to press, so I went back to my room and carefully checked the device again. There was no such button, and the hairdryer still did not work.

I went back to the front desk a second time. The staff member did not seem to believe me and insisted on coming upstairs to check. After he came to the room and tested it himself, he finally confirmed that the hairdryer was indeed broken. He then asked me to go back downstairs to collect a separate hairdryer. As a result, I had to go up and down three times just to solve a very basic problem that should have been checked before the room was given to a guest.

On the following night, when I returned to my room, my key card no longer worked. My friend and I went together to the front desk with our two key cards to have them reactivated. At that time, the front desk staff first gave my friend a card for Room 405, even though our room is 406. When the door did not open, he said that we had taken someone else’s room card. I had to explain that he had given us the wrong card in the first place.

Instead of apologizing, he seemed annoyed and muttered something like “confusing.” He then reissued the correct card for Room 406. While doing so, he asked, “Are you checking out tomorrow?” I replied, “Yes,” and he answered “Great” in a very sarcastic tone. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful.

The staff member in question was the male front desk agent on duty that evening, with a beard and a heavier build.

The hotel has serious security issues. The cameras didn’t seem to work properly and there was no clear response from staff about it. Guests should be careful with their belongings and consider staying somewhere with better security measures.

Hotel under renovation, so ABSOLUTELY AVOID. Noise from 8:30 a.m. even though the signs say it's open from 10 a.m. only!! Dust everywhere. Also, the shower lever is broken, so it's not easy to rinse off!
