Contact Hôtel Alizé Montmartre in Paris

Can’t be described as an hotel . I understand rooms in Paris is small but in this place everything is smaller than acceptable. Elevator cannot take more than 1 person with his small bag . Only one person can stand in the reception area to speak with the receptionist. You will not see even a single smile from the staff or no one even is ready to say good morning or Hello . The location is perfect and very near to the metro station . Anyway I had the worst experience with this place . Believe me don’t ever think to stay here

First of all , this is away from being a hotel , room is too small it couldn't even take my luggage, stuff is very unprofessional and rude , they're not even smiling to guests,they know nothing about hospitality, the elevator could barley take 1 person and 1 small packbag , we had to use it 3 times to transfer our bags to the room , it takes only one bag at a time , and most disappointing thing is the manager , they charged us 20Eur for mis-using a towel , I'm not sure what is mis-using a towel in a Hotel where they supposed to have a professional Laundry , the lady manager was extremely unprofessional , they treated us as if we stole something from the Hotel only because we have to pay 20 eur only , which we said we will pay , she unprofessionally talked to my Bolt driver and asked him not to take my luggages and not to move as if we're arrested , knowing that may Husband was already inside paying the 20€ .
It's the worst stay ever , and it's something that ruined our Vacation in Paris , if we regret something it's booking in this hotel , don't even consider the good reviews as I think it's all fake or paid , we got fooled considering these reviews. If you want to ruin your vacation , then book in this hotel
