The room itself is a bit cramped, but it's very close to a Line 3 subway station, which makes getting around super convenient.

The room was small and somewhat dimly lit, with rather dated facilities. The bathroom, though small, appeared recently renovated and was clean. No toiletries were provided. Housekeeping was done daily, and the front desk was staffed. The location was excellent, offering convenient subway access. The surrounding area was quiet and safe, with restaurants and a Carrefour convenience store nearby.

Beyond expectations! The hotel is located near Place d’Italie station (13 arr), near the police station. The neighborhood is peaceful and we feel safe. The room looks a bit dated and small but totally acceptable. We’ll stay here again when we come back to Paris.

Facilities: The 'family room' was essentially two separate rooms, connected by an additional outer door at the main entrance.
Environment: Upon entering one of the rooms, there was an inexplicable foul, rotten smell. It made for a sleepless night. By morning, a sewage smell also became noticeable, which was utterly unbearable. I couldn't stand it any longer and checked out early.
Hygiene: There were stains on both the duvet and pillows. I would advise bringing your own disposable bedding if you plan to stay here.
Overall: My overall experience was very unsatisfactory, and I will definitely not choose this accommodation again in the future.

The room was tiny, offering little more than a bed and a single-door wardrobe with a broken handle. I could only manage to open my large suitcase by the door, and when I did, it completely blocked the walkway. On the bright side, there was a balcony, and the view from it was quite pleasant.

Great location and very modern decor. However, the room was quite small, and being on the top floor, the many slanted pillars made it a bit awkward and inconvenient.
