We had a lovely two-night stay over New Year’s. The hotel is very cosy and spotless, with a beautiful rose scent throughout. Great location with two nearby metro stations, and truly excellent staff who made everything smooth and hassle-free during the busiest time of the year. Highly recommended!

I recently made a booking at this hotel, but the experience was terrible. When I arrived, the room was in a very dirty condition – there was mold on the walls, the bedding was not clean, and the smell was unbearable. I immediately asked to have my room changed or to be given a clean one, but the reception told me there were no other rooms available.Since I couldn’t stay in these conditions, I checked out the same day, but the staff refused to refund even part of the amount I had paid. Moreover, after sitting on the bed to change my clothes, I ended up with a bad skin allergy caused by the dirty bed linen.I am extremely disappointed and have no idea where all those positive online reviews come from – they seem completely fake.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel; the lack of hygiene and professionalism is shocking.

The hotel is not bad, but I think the price for such a room is too high, especially considering that it is quite far from the city center and the main attractions.I liked the quality of service — they changed the towels and tried to keep the room clean. Well done!

Great stay! The hotel is small but very comfortable and located close to the metro, and central bus station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.

We missed our layover to Portugal so we decided to spend two nights closer to the city and found this adorable hotel. Mara helped us out and she was amazing!! Best guest service we had especially after a rough morning. It’s cute, flowery, pink and we felt safe here. The rooms have incredible a/c units, and the beds had us sleeping like babies. Once again thank you to Mara for helping us. Thank you Paris for being a beautiful city.

The hotel was very cute! The staff was extremely friendly. They accommodated for our late flight by holding our luggage. On the last day Socheat working the front desk brought us fresh mint water and cakes as we waited for our uber. She was extremely helpful and spoke English extremely well! They have 24/7 front desk service which is excellent. The location is in a cute area and I felt very safe. There was a wonderful bakery down the street (boulangerie Caroline) best and most affordable we had! The lady cleaning our room went above and beyond checking on us making sure we had fresh towels and coffee!

The Petit Rose Hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere including a lovely picture friendly decor. The location is excellent surrounded by restaurants and other merchants including bakeries, nail salon, convenience stores, boutiques and pharmacies. Also, the metro is one block away. The staff is very friendly and helpful and rooms are updated and very clean. Special shout out to Lake who helped me get my Hôtel receipt printed for the airline reimbursement request. I will certainly return to this hotel during my next trip to Paris! It’s an excellent value and the French breakfast is a must have experience.

Hotel La Petite Rosa saved me! I missed a connection in Paris and needed a place to stay near Gare de Bercy. I was able to book last minute - Mara on staff was amazing. Room was clean and while compact it had everything I needed. The hotel has an elevator which is super helpful if you have luggage. It's a quiet street with good restaurants nearby. Only dowside is walls can be a bit thing if you have a shared wall with another room, but it's a minor inconvenience. I will be back for sure!

I had the most incredible stay at the Pink Hotel in Paris! Everything was absolutely amazing – from the chic decor to the top-notch service. It's perfectly located, just a short walk from the subway, plus tons of cute cafes and markets nearby. The staff went above and beyond, making me feel right at home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Paris! 🌸✨
