I am very pleased with the services, and the room is very clean.

The hotel's location is a bit inconvenient; it takes some time to get there. The front desk service was excellent; everyone was very welcoming upon check-in. The room facilities were all very good, but the hairdryer wasn't very good; it could burn your hands and didn't dry your hands completely in one go. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel itself is amazing, clean and pretty rooms with a good bathroom and enough storage space for 2 people. Service was very friendly and helpful. There is a bar that looked nice and the reception is open 24/7. Breakfast was very good, many options and available for a long time. Only issue is the location: it's a 10-20 minute walk to the surrounding metro stations and the area is quite scary, especially at night. You have to walk next to/through a park to get to the hotel depending on the metro station and there were some scary bridges you had to walk under. That's not the hotel's fault, just something that should be kept in mind. Overall very good hotel, would definitely recommend.

Mustafa and his Team are exceptionally Kind and very. hospitable They have Created a peaceful and perfect place that is spotlessly clean. Every day, they serve a fresh breakfast – the pastries are warm and freshly baked.
I’ve never felt so relaxed! Everything is very clean and the service is excellent. The welcome was warm and friendly. The large lounge is beautifully decorated – like from another world! The rooms are a bit small, but perfectly fine. There’s daily room service, and everything is kept spotless. Simply perfect!

Rooms were very clean, they had enough space for storing luggage and the bed and water pressure in the shower were comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming and always available. Breakfast was nice as well, with many different options to choose from
(only some more savory options like hummus would have been great). The location was relatively bad, with some scary areas around and it takes around 40 minutes to get to the city center using the metro. Overall an amazing stay.

Rooms are small, clean, decent beds and nice bathroom. We had a broken side table that they fixed promptly when informed. Air conditioner did not keep the room very cool. We stayed in mid June and we had hot days. At times I couldn't tell if it was any cooler with the windows open or shut. Others that I stayed with who had no air conditioning in their rooms said their rooms were almost unbearable, so I'm assuming my ac was just struggling to keep the room cool.

The location was ok, which is near the paris nord. However, the facilities are poor. Our toilet door could not be locked, and nothing was done by the staff.
