Business trip, spacious room, decent size and very comfortable bed. Located on a quiet street with many brasseries nearby. Grands Boulevards metro station 300m away. The street opposite the room overlooks the Folies Bergère theater. Very warm welcome. A varied and high-quality breakfast. Fresh orange juice (made to order). A great place for a comfortable stay.

After checking in I was greeted with a building site under full construction. My room was tiny, dirty, stained headboard and carpets. There was a terrible odour. I asked to be moved and was told the hotel was full. I immediately checked out..

Great personnel, great location. Room could have been a big bigger (for a family of three). All in all, we recommend this place

We booked this place months ago and paid in full. I was very disappointed, the staff were great. Unfortunately, the room was no bigger than a shoe box, and th bathroom the size of a matchbox, talking to someone else on our cruise. Said that they stayed at another mercure and were dissatisfied with their accommodation as well. Please check the room m2 when researching your booking. As I am aware that they are old accommodation sized rooms for that erra of build. Our room would have been better suited as a 1 single bed room. Also discovered that the bed had a plastic lining sheet on the mattress, which answered why we woke up in a sweat each night.

Unfortunately no where near four stars. The room was small and not the cleanest. There was no isolation from street noise. One could argue that these all are normal traits for a hotel in Paris, but in that case let’s at least be honest with the fact that it is a three star hotel at best

The receptionist was very good. It was quiet, beautiful, and very clean. The location was excellent, but there was no parking.

Very friendly and helpful staff, which was a highlight of our stay. The shower was not designed well, as lots of water escaped under the swinging door. Breakfast was plentiful and very good.
